My wife was admitted shortly after 0700 on 26 Novenever. Her nurse, Melanie was great, the chaplain was good and the voulnter, Charles was also good. All else was bad. My wife asked for anoter pillow for her pain AND SHE WAS TOLD THERE WERE NO OTHER PILLOWS. By 1330 she had not been fed, either. I went home and got her another pillow and brought her something to eat. The only thing we were able to learn was that she did not have a heart attacke and she did not have a blood clot in her calves. She finally came home because the hospital had no beds to keeep her. My suggestion: Find a hospital that cares about their patients (customers).
Tip for consumers:
A review of my wifes' Medicare and Blue Cross will be proof she was at this hospital.
