I ordered a pair of UGG boots from these a**holes. I thought they were AUTHENTIC boots. After receiving them, I decided to do some research about AUTHENTIC UGG boots. The boots they sent me FAILED all of what AUTHENTIC UGG boots should have.

The UGG metal tag/label in the back of the boots were falling off. The label inside the boots did not have the authentic tags (bar code, etc) and they were sewed in by hand. The (?) fox fur was shedding, subtle dirt stains all around the boots, and the typical UGG name was NOT on the bottom of soles.

And oh! The broken english from their website. Take your time and read it carefully and you will notice a lot of broken english. I did not notice it before because I was too excited to order and get these boots in my hands.

They are based in China. OK, so what, most of everything made is from China.

They only give a email address to contact them. NO phone number. And they give 15 days to return items.

So someone finally responded back to my email regarding returning the boots. Again with broken english, they were giving me a lot of run around.

I was still DEMANDING my full refund back on my card and they were asking me to send them pics of the boots so they can check it out. WTF?!?!?!

What they are trying to do is stall past the 15 day deadline for returns.

I refuse to walk around in FAKE UGG boots. That is hard earned money I will not give away like that.

So there you have it. You can choose to buy from this website or pay a little extra and buy from a more reliable company.

Still do your research about the authenticity what your buying.

Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!
