“Shame on me”

Shame on me. Tried to get a deal on Ugg boots. They were 90.00 with free shipping. Sounded like a good deal if it was true. They arrived in a crushed plastic DHL bag with the folded box. Couldn't use box. They were too small for my grand daughter, but they were the right color and looked OK. Tried to use return policy and after two emails I got a answer from "Emily". Her response was, "Why not sell them on E-Bay since it is too much for us to handle exchanges.
