I was online adding to my cart when my app glitches. I noticed my shopping cart had suddenly been cleared. So I closed app and opened thinking it would reset. Nope. So I added items back into my cart. Then I purchased. I receive 2 emails saying 2 orders were placed. Both were duplicate. So, immediately I texted customer service (within 5 min) to have them cancel 1st order. I explained my situation and was told by 6 different people they couldn't cancel my order. All of them assured me they could help, wasted my time just to tell me their bs system wouldn't allow them to cancel my order that hasn't been shipped. I have been a customer for years and they just lost one due to bs policies and incompetent agents.
Ulta Beauty has a wide variety of quality products in different price ranges, so you will be quite surprised by the anount of products for reasonable prices. Moreover you can earn points for shopping at this store.
I used to order from Ulta a lot and never had any problems with shipping until they apparently changed the carrier they use. No one knew where the package was, could not get a hold of the carrier (lasership, never heard of this ever) and they had the audacity to ask if I wanted my refund in an e-gift card! Nope! I closed my Ulta credit account, asked for a refund back to my card and will be shopping ONLY on Sephora.com. I understand shipping is crazy with COVID right now but at least use a reputable carrier! Lasership is not good!

I went to purchase $100 worth of product yesterday online, to receive an 11 PC lip sampler. I tried all day to make the purchase, it would never go through, I got sidetracked and then I called today to see if they will fulfill my order the 1st person said she was having phone problems, i asked her to call me back, she ended up hanging up on me, and didn't bother to call me back, I called back again and they won't give me the online special. I will not be ordering my products through Ulta. I will shop somewhere else. I am very dissatisfied with them
I'm a huge fan of Ulta and I'm also slightly addicted. The variety of things is huge and the convenience is just awesome. I can browse online at all they have literally for hours. I've spent hundreds of dollars and have not a single complaint about them.
Cosmetics and perfume galore among so much more too. I know that I haven't even touched the surface of seeing all that they have but I definitely look forward to exploring and finding out.
Every woman should check out Ulta at least once! I've bought so much stuff from there that I can't take a picture of all of it so I'm paying just a couple of items I recently got such as eye masks, lip masks and moisturizing hand gloves.

Ulta is providing very good products and I have been shopping at Ulta from the start. I always recommend theri products to my friends and family. Sometimes their delivery services are slow but worth waiting for.
They have some good products and some bad, Just cause they're expensive doesn't mean its good. My friends bought an angled eyebrow brush for ten dollars and thought it was a bargain but it was total crap because it isnt even precise at all.
I've been to many Ulta's, I love the brands and selection. Sorry, Sephora has somethings, but Ulta beats them in my book.
However, every store I've been too has had the utmost nasty staff. We don't all work at Ulta like you, but you don't know where we work, the condescending attitudes needs to stop.
Spent hours in store scanning all my products to purchase for curbside pickup because my card strip is broke and won't swipe.
After selecting the store I'm in for pickup the app decides to ship to my house!
Guest services says they can't cancel even though the order was made over an hour ago. I can't take my products home I paid for. I drove an hour here and I've been waiting outside on guest services line for over an hour now waiting for help I will not get!
I can't even cancel my own order to try to repurchase. I'm livid. Never again and now I'm on hold forever waiting for the corporate number. This isn't okay with me at all.
The employees did the best they could to help they saw what happened even I selected in store pickup! Oh great and now after being on hold for over an hour I am disconnected again because she didn't wanna give me the corporate number. I don't think I will shop at ulta again!
It's perfectly safe, I've purchased online a few times with no problems! Usually if it's a big company like that, it's fine. The only time you need to second guess a purchase is if it's from a sketchy website based in China.
About 3 weeks ago i died my hair blonde at home (the color i wanted) it just needed doctored. I walk into ultra asking how much it would be if they doctored my roots. Long story short they dyed my hair brown and when I got home there was a green tent to it. I spent 175 for my hair to be green thanks ulta.
I ordered Clinique products from Ulta online. Because there was a free gift with a purchase price threshold, I ordered additional products to qualify for the free gift. It did not arrive with the purchased products. When I called to complain, the representative refused to make it right. (Their customer service is obviously foreign based as I could barely understand her.). Never using Ulta again.
I always shop at Ulta for all my makeup needs. IT Cosmetics are one of the best products that I have used for foundation and Ulta always have the best prices. The rewards program that Ulta offers is unparalleled to none. I have also bought a CHI flat iron several times over the past 10 years and have never had any issues returning it when there were issues.
It's beautiful, looks well made, had no unpleasant odor.
The complainant is towards FedEx. I stayed home to wait for the delivery, they didn't even ring the doorbell and I found out that it was delivered from the email notification. It was a rainy day and the carpet was left at the far end of the porch when it would have been very easy to leave it completely sheltered from the rain. So thumbs down for FedEx.
Luckily the carpet was packed very well, keeping it dry..
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My order was shipped to the wrong house and rather than refund my money they used fed ex as a scapegoat while stating the shipper "confirmed" the delivery. Rather than listening to their customer that the house was not mine, and having integrity, corporation is using corporation to save every penny they can. Canceled for me, and if you don't want to be out money, cancel them too.
Terrible! I ordered 2x mascara's online and found the same mascara with free shipping on Sephora and Amazons website so I called them to can my order. Then I get an email the next day saying my mascara shipped. So I called customer service only to have them tell there is nothing they can do because my item already shipped my option was to be refunded for the mascara (not the ridiculous shipping fee). I asked the associate why the order was processed if I had cancelled it the day before and she states "some things slip through the cracks, there's nothing we can do about it" the end. I will not be shopping at ulta again and have filed several complaints about the unprofessionalism behavior with the customer service team and manager.
I was looking for a new mascara. The door held open for me, immediate individualized special attention given. I am conservatively a novice, applying the least amount of makeup as possible. Kind, knowledgable ladies showed me the range of services, their specific fav's (the inside scoop-Love it), and application techniques. They carry almost every Brand! WOW! Full SERVICE! IMPRESSED!
This store is obviously trying to compete with a major, amazing, chain that starts with an "S". They have a confusing mix of drugstore brands mixed with some higher end products. Also, whoever designed the interior for some reason made it totally bland and not conducive to shopping. I recommend either going to a drugstore (the one that starts with a "T" for a much better selection) or for higher end products go to the well known chain mentioned above that specializes in that.
First time I ordered from ulta online, I received an email two days later saying "sorry we could not fulfill your order" and that's it, no follow up on why or which items (why was it even listed on the website) lol but whatever nbd. I ordered again a few months later, and shipping was a horrible experience. No one could track where it was, they kept telling me to wait a few days, I kept calling back and still no resolution. Never received it lol.

I placed an order today trying to use the 20% coupon code. I typed in the code, the discount showed up in the review, but it was gone when when the confirmation page popped up. Not sure if that was a glitch or Ulta being sneaky. I've been trying to cancel that order but no luck. Guess I'll return everything
Package marked delivered but not received. A lot of back and forth with customer service with no help. Only Package out of 50+ of shopping deliveries not received. Wont have it in time for Christmas. So disappointed! Never shopping there again!
I will admit I am a makeup junky. I love makeup! Ulta is my dream store! I love buying foundation, eye shadows, skin care products, hair care products, etc.
Ulta has a great reward program and if something doesn't work out for you, they will exchange it for something that does work or will refund your money (if you have your original receipt)...
Great place to find everything from powder to having a new hair cut and makeover at the in-store salon.
I have been in back and forth Emails SINCE the middle of last month asking where my package is and all that they do is LIE. It's been 2 months since I placed the order and they have yet to deliver it. On May 11th I received and email and tracking info for this package. It has been stuck on "On it's Way" for over one month. Maynor is the customer service rep who has been replying to me and insist that they can't issue a refund because it's already out for delivery. He assured me I would get in 10 business days, but when I go to track it now it says the same thing as it did last month and the 10 business days time is officially up. I would not bother ordering anything on line from this company ever again. At least with Amazon they give you a refund if you don't get your product!
