Ultimate Transport was contacted on 1/8 to transport a vehicle on 2/5, date later changed to 2/14. Calls were made up until 2/13 inquiring about status of carrier assignment, no carrier assigned, reps were explained I needed vehicle by 2/14 for appointments on 2/15. I picked up vehicle myself on 2/14, no carrier arrived. Reps knew full well I needed vehicle by 2/14, took advantage of situation, charged a cancel fee. Numerous calls were made to resolve issue, spoke with two managers, both refused to refund, refer to a contract I didn't sign, order was placed on behalf of myself by another party. Most recently, I reached out to owner, Keith Hecht, he complained about reviews such as this, refused to do anything, acted like a real jerk. Yelp reviews show similar experiences
