This related to my previous review and to keep a balance. I did get an apology and a refund from Ultphone, even though it was only forthcoming after I posted my previous review in Sitejabber and trusted review. I also got an offer of any one of the software licence for life from their catalogue and even though I had indicated my preference I am still waiting for this software, not that I am missing it after previous experience. I only wish the refund offer did not have to be processed after posting my negative reviews. Is that power of the social media or lack of empathy from service suppliers. Make your own mind up. I am posting this to acknowledge the refund with some gratitude.
