Their customer service is non existent. I have never experienced service this apathetic and incompetent in 3 years. Some of the representatives do care a lot, but they are far and few between. Their website rarely works and each time I report a tech issue they reset my password even though my password is not an issue. And I can't log in for days. They reset they send me doesn't work and they reset my password again and that password doesn't work. They are unable to resolve very very basic issues. When I keep sending complaints and emails they sometimes act as if I'm the issue when they won't listen to the issue. They NEVER listen. They send cookie cutter copy and paste answers instead of asking questions to clarify issues. One representative is very nice and hard working but when she told me to stop sending multiple emails, she never bothered to ask why. Firstly, they never send your issue directly to the right department or tell you they will, this department never gets back to you and so you're forced to send multiple help requests.

The manager at the resolution center is the most punishing manager I have ever dealt with in the past 3 years. She had no intention of helping me and because she refused to listen to me or call to clarify my frustration she simple stopped answering my emails and when I send a follow up email she acted like I should have known she hadn't planned to contact me to resolve the issue. When I finally got so angry, I told her the least she could do is tell me she wasn't going to help me so I wouldn't be left hanging but there was no apology, just righteous know it all attitude claiming I should have known that she couldn't help me. I can't read minds and I waited months to complain and months of calling and emailing to resolve literally the most basic issues.

I've emailed the school 16 times for the same few issues. They made me think I was the problem but after emailing 8 times to change my major, I realized, its not me. The chat also does not work, it is designed to make sure you do not contact the school. There were no messages telling customers that the chat is nothing but a bot and that they would not connect you to real humans. I waited for 35 minutes before realizing that they never intended on contacting me. When I complained, the IT agents repeatedly lied. When I said that their responses were false, they insisted they were correct and then I had to go through the trouble of emailing 3 more times to tell them that the chat never told me I had to ask for a live human. The IT rep never once told me that when you start a chat that you had to specifically ask for a live human. I didn't know either until I went back 5 times wondering what I did wrong. That bothers me the most, how they constantly make you feel like a trouble maker. It's unethical.
