I am writing to express my disappointment with the service that I received from your company. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative, and I cannot recommend your services to anyone.

Firstly, I found that there was no proper support available when I needed assistance. This made it extremely difficult for me to use your service and caused a lot of frustration.

Secondly, I was given false commitments which did not match the reality of the service provided. This left me feeling misled and cheated, and I was unable to trust your company.

Furthermore, I was unable to cancel my subscription, even though I found that the service was not working as mentioned. This added to my frustration, and I felt trapped in a contract that was not delivering what was promised.

Overall, my experience with your company was very bad, and I would not recommend your services to anyone. I hope that you will take steps to improve your support and ensure that your commitments are accurate, as well as making it easier for customers to cancel their subscriptions if necessary.

Omg! For some reason the target phone stopped updating and I couldn't get anything for a week...everything that I was told to do yesterday wasn't working...sooo...I came back on chat today and Nicky was helping me, it took some time and I'm sure she had to have been frustrated with me as I was with tryin to do what she said...I'm pretty sure we solved the problem unlinking the target phone and gonna relink tonite...it seemed nothing was working right...so new credentials and Nicky unlinked the target phone for me...so now I can start over tonite...she was so nice and patient to the end with me...its so great to have customer like this! I tried the service, it did nothing but cause the device to crash using apps, failed to show the information it was promised (like snapchat) I even sent snaps from my phone to target phone and it still didn't get any of it. The worst was what it did to the phone. It completely OVERHEATED it, drained the battery on the phone within 2 hours. Even after changing every setting it didnt work. Im not a novice and this isnt the first service Ive used. On top of that, I was charged for over a year even though it was suppose to be month to month. After contacting customer service to cancel it. They refused. I went over their REFUND POLICY (make sure you read all of it, they make it practically impossible for you to cancel or get refunded anything) according to their policy I was qualified for at least a partial refund. I've reiterated it to them, shown them, proved it and they are still refusing and saying a refund is impossible. Wth is that? They keep pushing to add it back onto the device and just keep offering me 1 free month of service. I have a year left with this and they want to add an unnecessary extra month. I have been going back and forth with them for over a month now. Do not go with them!

I just installed the software and seem to work well.
It took me a bit of time to make the installation, but that is nothing to do with the app, but the backup time on the iphone.

The managers helped me install the app, it was easy. I can already see the messages from the phone that I need. This is the best mobile phone tracker.

The opinions about the program are very warm, the program is very well made and every information is complete and of good quality, I like it very much, I will wait for better results from you

My daughter had her phone stolen and in a midnight panic I looked for a tool aside from Apple Find myiphone to help locate the device. I stumbled across UMOBIX and signed up for the cheap trial thinking this may help my daughter. I quickly found the tool didn't do what I needed it to. Two days later a months subscription was taken from my credit card. I queried this and asked for a full refund as I hadn't used the service and had made a genuine error signing up. I then get sent a very long refund policy explaining they can't offer me a refund. I explained that they could but chose not to. I accept that I signed up but asked for some common sense and fairness, but they declined. Faceless companies that hide behind their refund policies really irritate me and no doubt if you have issues along the way, they will pull out their rule book and not do the right thing. I've no idea whether their product is any good or not but you can tell a lot about a company about how they deal with situations like this. They chose rules and policies over fairness and doing the right thing. The dollar amount is immaterial. I made a mistake and they chose a quick $60 instead of being reasonable. I'll never use them. I'll share my story wherever I see the opportunity to comment. Looks like I'm not the only one reading their online reviews. Buyer beware.

I had trouble with the program downloading when I had to switch phones. I got in touch with Sandra at UMobix customer support. She helped me with the issue almost immediately. Friendly and efficient!

I had issues with my initial install and Sandra took the time to walk me through locating and uninstalling the app so I could reinstall the app successfully. Perfect Customer Service!

First off I'm john and I scribed for a year because I want to make sure my daughters are ok and not up to anything that could be harmful to them. I live in another state, I'm currently recovering from a bout with lung cancer. Any way I ran a search for services that don't need the target device present, this was the first in the list so I subscribed. I quickly found out that the target device must be present. I wrote the company chat and explained my situation and I asked for a refund because there is no way I can get a phone from another state in front of me. They denied my request, it felt as though they told me I was stupid for not reading the fine print, and to asd insult to injury they offered to put my membership on hold. I now don't have the money to get a service that can help me watch my girls. I ask you to please don't use this service and if you are locked in I'm sorry, hopefully you get what you are looking for and not end up like me paying for something that is useless. I've enclosed a pic of proof tht I realy did sign up for the service

I'm actually so annoyed and enraged that I paid $130 NZD for an app that doesn't work! The techs are useless as all they do is get me to uninstall and reinstall over and over. DO, NOT, PURCHASE- THEY WILL NOT REFUND. So useless and such a waste of money.
