I recently purchased a pair of shoes from the Under Armour outlet store in Portsmouth. When I got home and checked online, I found the same shoes available at half the price in other stores in London. I called the Portsmouth store, and they advised me that I could get a refund at other outlet stores in London. However, my intention was not to get a refund but to request a price match. I feel deceived for assuming that an outlet store would offer reasonable prices.
I visited the O2 store to request a price match and explain my situation. Unfortunately, I encountered the worst customer service. The manager was extremely unfriendly and kept insisting that she couldn't process a refund without the original shoe box. Despite my efforts to explain that I wasn't seeking a refund but a price match, they refused to address my request simply because I didn't have the box.
My main concern was having the price match considered, not getting a refund. I'm very disappointed with the service. For such a reputable brand, losing a customer over a simple box is unacceptable. I won't be purchasing from Under Armour again due to this poor experience.
The top is fine, however the returns system for Under Armour UK is not up to scratch. I wanted to return the top as it wasn't quite the right fit. There is only one option for courier return FedEx. The FedEx page to see return retailers was down for over a day and then intermittently worked. I finally had a list of retailers, the first said they don't take returns. The second said the return label did not register so they couldn't take the parcel. I contacted Under Armour for an alternative return method as I live in the countryside and cannot keep driving 5 miles to check each return retailer. They said there was no alternative and just gave me the list of retailers to return to for FedEx. This is not good enough, I'm stuck with an item I don't want. You need to offer more courier return options.

This company has said so many orders have been dispatched that then never turn up. It's then near impossible to get a refund. Customer service is terrible they are massaging their end of years figures.
When I downloaded the application and placed the order, I found this account in the history of the women with a huge amount of orders, some of which were shipped but not to my address, which means that your account is hacked and anyone can place an order and use your bank information. I purchased 2 sweatshirts online and when received, they didn't fit. I returned both sweatshirts using the return label provided by UA. It has been 1 month since UA received my return and I haven't received a refund. I have called Customer Service multiple times and spoke with Adam and Dave, I am told it could take 2 months to get my refund because the warehouse is running behind. How is that my problem? Maybe they should hire more people or better yet, process my refund since you have had the items I returned for a month now. Order#US*******

Twice now This fine company took an extra $1.00 along with my orders. I asked them to credit and they deny they took it. Me having to send them a photo to prove it I experienced this before, same scenario. We didn't. Show the charge and after weeks they have not credited. If you ordered from them lately, last two quarters they did it to me. My dollars added up to hours holding and no resolution. The only way you will get the dollar back is to prove it after they post to your account. How many orders did they receive and keep the dollar in the last year? 1 million dollars? More?... nice money for nothing. They should be criminally investigated.
Bought 2 project rock under armour tops coming to £100.60, I returned the items after being wrong size with tags etc. days went by and I received £46 refund from borderfree. Under armour have refused to refund me the rest of my purchase. The items came to £60 and it was £40.60 shipping from US. I've purchased hundreds if not thousands from under armour and I will not be buying a single thing again. Although, US UA say free returns shipping but didn't state how much would be deducted from the purchase! This would lead to me the buyer to expect a full refund of £100.60 back as they didn't state fees. Stay away!

I have 2 orders with many different items. Had to returned some of them, accordingly. Was credited back the next day. Great, right. Almost a week later, I got charged for an item that they claimed to have not received. In good faith, I have sent all that the items that was to be returned. I did not keep this one item, that cost $19.XX. Now I am returning all the goods I have in my possession for money back, and dispute this with the credit card co.

Sadly, any handler of the return items can be take your item and claim that it is not in the box since there were several items that were returned. I asked for a package list before mailing, and we just went through this over the phone with a customer support. No paper listing of the returned items. As customer, you are at their mercy and now they can just claim that they did not receive an item and automatically charge your credit card.

I got some running shoes and tried to wear them several times. The design is absolutely cruel, sadistic, each time the back of the shoes actually cut my skin, cut!, not just injured! In less than 30 minutes.

I ordered 2 items as Christmas gifts, received one. Apparently they cancelled the other item without notifying me, stating it was now out of stock. I didn't find out until the other item was received 6 days before Christmas. Contacted customer service and was told they don't always remember to email cancellation notices. Terrible customer service. Don't make online purchases if you want to be guaranteed to actually receive the item. Not worth the trouble or time.

I bought some really cute under Armor shoes very comfortable. I have bone on bone knees and back problems it's important I find shoes that support me. I found these and I rate them a 7/10 my complaint is the symbol faded a month after wearing them. So now they look like a knock off brand.
I've contacted their Live Chat help once a week for the last month, wondering when I will actually be refunded for a return that was delivered back to their warehouse a month ago. Every time I contact someone, they tell me it will be processed in a couple business days. I'm still counting the weeks

You can place your order hours before their cutoff time, but your shipment will be delayed by 24-48 hours for no reason. It's better to buy UA products on Amazon than from the actual manufacturer... And that's sad to say! Ultimately, don't waste your money paying for overnight shipment because it is very rare that they actually ship items correctly.
I really do like their clothing and their prices, but their customer service is terrible. First off, they don't do exchanges... what?! I had to return something via mail, wait 14 DAYS to be credited back, and then re-buy the sweatshirt. Absolutely ridiculous. Their excuse? "It's busy season"... umm yea, it's busy season at Macy's and $#*!'s too but I was paid back within a day! Now I see why this company is struggling.
Paid a lot of money for a camo jacket, nice jacket did keep me warm until the zipper broke only after 3 months, took it back to place of purchase, I was told i had to call under armour directly, what a joke that was! They would not stand by their product. I was told the style of my jacket had been discontinued, and there was nothing they could do for me. There products are over priced. Overrated and dont hold up. Don't waste your hard earned money buying anything from underarmour.

Under Armour is hands down one of the best companies. In addition to making great gear, their customer service is out of this world. It is not the cheapest stuff around but the quality is superb! If you have questions about UA, go to their site and go to the live chat feature. The people are very nice and knowledgeable.
Don't do on line orders. Customer Ser Reps have different answers. Need someone that know what the policy is. Return shirts, (shirts paper thin) they had the nerve to send me gift card instead of credit back to my Klarna Told me that is policy,,,NOT. Other cust rep said they would cancel gift card and credit account, but if I want credit right away, I have to give them another credit card they can send credit to. Switched around for an hour, I was asked to call back tomorrow. Don't bother, go nike
Under Armour used to offer hoodies and sweats the were nice looking and well made of a substantial material. That is no longer the case. The hoodies I bought this year are poorly made with ugly exposed zippers and thin, cheap quality fabric. Don't buy them thinking they will keep you warm, because they're about as lightweight as a t-shirt. The same criticism can be applied to their sweatpants, which are huge size-wise and "styled" to be make anyone look unattractive. Cheaply made and flimsy now defines Under Armour products. Too bad.

Have ordered from them 4 times, failed to get my complete order ALL 4 TIMES. Why their site cannot accurately reflect their stock is a mystery. I've never seen this with any other online retailer. There are plenty of companies out there who make athletic apparel that will cause you half of the headaches. Don't bother complaining about a bad experience either, they don't care.
