Have ordered from them 4 times, failed to get my complete order ALL 4 TIMES. Why their site cannot accurately reflect their stock is a mystery. I've never seen this with any other online retailer. There are plenty of companies out there who make athletic apparel that will cause you half of the headaches. Don't bother complaining about a bad experience either, they don't care.
Terrible! This company uses cheapest economic shipment method, i ordered 2.5 weeks ago and it still says in transit. Representatives can't help with anything or even try to help resolve it. All they saying is " I don't know".

Waited for chat on UnderArmour behind 50 people (supposedly) then when I got to #1 they disconnected. Sent a return and it arrived back there a couple weeks ago. It's taking way too much time and is impossible to get through to resolve this!

The company is too political. It should have been an honor for Kevin Plank to serve on a prestigious national board, but he turned it into a political platform. I will no longer purchase UA products and plan to urge all of my contacts to do likewise.
Don't expect a speedy delivery for an exchange, i received no verification that my return had been received and when i called i was told it would take 17 days to process. I certainty won't be buying from them again. Buyer beware.
Ordered on 5/22/2022 a pair of shoes, got an email FEDEX label created on 05/25/2022. Under Armour says shipped. Contacted FEDEX with tracking number yesterday 05/26/2022 and It hasn't even been picked up yet. Delivery date 05/26/2022 never showed, updated delivery date 05/30/2022 last night. Updated delivery date as of this morning 06/03/2022.
I would research underarmour. Com reviews before you click add to cart and check out. LOTS of negative reviews. I should have done this prior to buying from this company.

Ordered my shoes, first time ordering from Under Armor they arrived in about 2 weeks I had ordered the shoes half size large as I was told they run small, I could not even get my foot into them! They were very poor quality and had strings and glue on them. They were returned and I am still waiting two weeks later for a refund. Never again Under Armor!
I ordered 2 garments on 7/11/21... it has been 4 weeks and no one is able to tell me what's happening.
I find it really odd that I am chasing up the delivery service that Underarmour chose.

Ordering is easy. Even returning is easy. But don't try to reach a live person to speak with. It just won't happen. I have ordered several sizes of shirts but none fit. I wanted to cancel the order for the three remaining shirts I have not received but I can't reach anyone to help me with this. When you call the phone number the recording always says that the call volume is higher than normal & you can press one to be called back. It never happens. If you try to start an on-line chat, you may find yourself #41 in the queue. Not going to order again from this company.
Ordered some trainers for my daughter from under armour in the UAE. They were a little snug so I asked to exchange for the next size up. They told me they'd collect them and then send out replacements. Despite further requests as well as a request for return and refund, they never collected the shoes or contacted me again. Pathetic after sales.

I ordered, was charged but never received it! The package is still sitting in the same place for 2 weeks. I've tried several times to contact them but no one responds! Now I have to go through the dispute process with my credit card. So disappointed with UA.
I ordered sweaters and joggers from here. All were great quality. All were true to size.The only issue was getting them at different times. Some were gifts and the last 2 deliveries almost didn't make it in time. They were about a week and a half later than my other clothes.
I placed and order back in February overnight. Never received the product... spoke with a customer service rep who assured me that I will get refunded but it never happen. Call again and spoke to a horrible supervisor name STEVE W who didn't seem to care about my concern or situation.
Offered shorts at a extremely cheap price. Has you create an account puts in the order like it was ok than charges you. Day later cancels the portion of the order with the discount and only sends the other items with out discount with our your permission. Once customer service is contacting they provide an excuse that it was incorrect promo code put in on their side and offers a coupon way less than the original one and asks you purchase again. Seems like a bait and switch to me.

When you date a man who plays sports in the dead of winter, you should know about Under Armour. This stuff is heavy duty gear, and it looks good too. It's much better to go into buying Under Armour already knowing the sizes since the stretch factor really plays a part in the fit. It could go either way (the size you normally wear or one size smaller). The Under Armour website is nice, though you could find some things for cheaper in stores (unless you're bent on a certain style, but this stuff goes under clothing). I needed to order from the website out of a hurry, and I got the items just in time to get it back to my then boyfriend.
I knew this brand because they sponsored Curry and believed that this brand might be another trustworthy sport brand. Therefore, I bought one pair of running shoes which cost me over 100 dollars and did not receive them at all. I connected with the customer service and asked them for a solution twice. At the beginning, they promise me that they will send me another pair or refund my money. However, they did nothing. I thought that the USPS guys delivered the products on my front door, where someone stolen it. And they thought this is my fault and refuse to give me another pair. I am pretty mad about their this. They thought that they can go away from these delivered products because customers will not bother to file a law suit against them by such small amount lost. They are right. But We will never ever ever buy any Under Armour's products.
Poor quality of shoes I bought. They broke after have been used between 5-7 times during the time of 1 year and 1 month. The warranty period is 1 year which means that no matter the wear on the product (almost new) Expect no customer service. The answer you get is from a bot that doesn't reply to your questions, just replying with the same message over and over again.
I bought a UA duffel bag for my dad because it looked cool. After 2 years of light use its ripping everywhere. The material seems not very strong and cheap. I had other brand names duffel bags and backpacks that lasted me many years. Defiantly, not worth it and very limited warranty.
I returned an item in the mail a month ago and I have not received any update on the status of the return. I tried calling the customer service number and was put on hold for the entirety of my lunch break (35 mins) and never ended up talking to anyone. Usually I am very pleased with under armour but this is absolutely terrible customer service
Don't think that you can take those 6 gift cards you received as gifts and redeem them on your Under Armour online order. If you have 3 cards with a $100 each and want to buy something that is $300, you can only use 2 of your cards Only two gift cards can be redeemed per order The reps that I spoke with about this issue were rude and abrupt. I'm sick of these companies treating customers as a bother. Done with Under Armour for good

Under Armour has got to go down in history as the worst customer service ever. If I could give a negative star rating I would have. My husband's aunt was kind enough to buy my kids sneakers for the new school year. She did that in August and I am still waiting for a pair we did an exchange for we started in late August. They tell me they need a couple more days to find the shoes in the warehouse. How the heck long does it take to find a pair of sneakers in a warehouse?!?!?! I mean seriously, it's going on a month and a half and they still need a few more days?! Someone explain this to me... My kid will graduate before he gets his gym shoes!

We bought a pair of under armor shoes, nine months ago, and they are unwearable at this time because they have fallen apart. Part of the soul has come off, and the sides have worn through the material in several places. They were only worn to stand in, not even to exercise in. Terrible quality. When I tried to contact under armor, I was unable to send my feedback.
