They have great apparel for all sorts of physical activities predominantly. Although sometimes I like to wear it when I go out with my friends. It's good to feel comfortable, plus the brand is highly respectable and famous.

Purchased two items for my son that unfortunately were too small. Contacted UA customer service by phone since the website was not working for exchanges. I received the return shipping label, returned the items. They received the items on January 3rd. As of today January 23rd, I have not received the new items. I just spoke to another representative about this and of course I was told it is still being processed. This is ridiculous, I should have just did a new purchase for the correct size and returned the original items for a refund. My son would have had the shirts within a few days of me placing the order and not waiting over a month waiting on doing it by an exchange. Lesson learned. But wanted to let others know this because according to UA representative this is their policy for exchanges. Also I will add everything I returned still had the tags and was in the original package. My son never even put the shirts on since we could see they would not fit just by looking at them. Needless to say very disappointed with UA!
Order a backpack 2 weeks ago, still being processed! Called customer service Fri called back 3hrs later, then was told it would be fast tracked, they apologized for then told me it would be at our house by Wed. Called back that evening, order still being processed, after about 1/2hr talked to a gentlemen who told me he can't tell me exact date on arrival as the warehouse is backed up. Also told me she should have never told me that, told him let me guess, its a lie, and factory pushing to many hrs with not enough employees, he said you know it. Early lady told me what I wanted to hear. On phone still trying to cancel order been on hold for 3hr 6min customer service sucks, must still be processing my call 3hrs later, dont recommend ever ordering though Under Armour. Message while on hold we run, we train, we win, all to make you better, how but you make your customer service, I stopped buying Nike I can stop buying Under Armour! Ordered Adidas bag came in 7 days thanks for nothing!
I ordered online cancled about a minute later. Recieved an email saying it was canceled and i would not be billed. Well of course i was billed and they only wanted to refund me a giftcard when i paid with a credit card. Called customer service and they were acting really shady. I felt like it was all a scam. Now im waiting to see if they will refund me or not. I also had to file a claim with my bank.
Ordered Headbands x4.2 shipped immediately and was here the next day i was shocked at how fast. Received a messaged the next day about the other 2 out of stock so they had to cancel. But overall very happy with the efficienct and communicstion
To anyone returning items by mail be aware the items might dissappear,and you will lose your money and your merchandise. I returned 4 shirts and they said I only sent 1. I assume an employee just steals the $#*! and says it was never returned. Just so happened the only shirt that was opened was the one returned and the ones in the packaging disappeared. I ordered two sneakers from the Company. I got an email that my product was on the way. But then they canceled my order with no explanation. I tried to contact them by phone but got hug up on because the costumer service was unavailable at the moment. I also sent them an email, but has not received any answer. I will never buy anything from this Company again.
They are using Lasership this new company is the worst for delivery and updates. Under Armour was always great fast shipping since Laseeship packages are never on time. They say packages were delivered when the are not. To bad such a 1st class company likeUnder Armour got involved with such a low class company like Lasership.

I signed up for the armourbox with the impression it was created for you to USE and test out before committing to buying. That you would provide feedback and then send back what you didn't like. After my 2nd box since they didn't ask questions like if I need neutral or stability sneakers, I was told my returns from the 1st box looked used and didn't have the tags on. I wrote several times expressing that the program said to use it for 7 days and decide. Now I'm being warned that the next time I use the product or take tags off, I'll be charged for them. But I had already done this since the note about the policy came AFTER i had the box open! I have canceled and am asking them to let me return it as is this last time. They are not understanding. I know how to order online and yet it on and send it back. Everyone does this. The uniqueness of this box was to see if it was functional for your needs. This has been an awful experience.
My wife bought a pair of Under Armour boots for hunting last year. The boots didn't make it through a month before the stitching started to come undone and the fabric was seperating away from the rest of the boot. Since we bought them from Cabelas we could not exchange them for a new pair and had to return them directly to Under Armour. Rather than sending her a new pair of boots, exchanging them or refunding our money, they gave her credit through Under Armour. So, we went to an Under Armour store looking for a pair of hunting boots. Nothing but running shoes! She eventually found another brand of hunting boots. Terrible customer service on Under Armour's part! Will never buy again!
I called customer service at 9AM this morning to place an expedited order for Cold Gear legging in a color that is only available on-line. They told me that they could get the order out the same day and deliver next day. I called back 10 hours later to get a status and they informed me that the order hadn't been picked yet. My son has a NCAA soccer game in 48 hours and there is no chance that I'm going to get the leggings he needs given that the game temperature is going to be 35 degrees. Unacceptable Customer Service and operational execution. While Under Armour may have superiors products their operations and customer service are abysmal.
My father bought my son some items and died they where the wrong size and when we tried to return them and told them what happened they said send them back. We did they sent them back to us saying there was no receipt. We called and the girl on the phone laughed at us. we asked to speak to her boss and she said I am the boss her name Alyssa and she should burn in hell for laughing at him.
Wish I could give 0 stars, reviewing Under Armour as a whole. I used to buy quite a bit from them online but havent for awhile BUT, before christmas I ordered a cold gear pullover and the website, instead of adding my selected XL, it added the true fit recommendation L. The second I checked out I tried to contact customer service but because I used Klarna they couldnt make changes. Fast forward to when it arrived, I shipped it back. My item arrived on 1/10/22. I have since contacted CS via chat and have been told first, 10-14 days. The second time I was told 10-14 BUSINESS days I would get my refund. Now today being business day 14 I am being told 14-28 days. What a freaking joke! An item that I didnt even select the size, under armour did, I paid for almost two months ago and cant seem to get muy money back for despite their website adding the true fit size instead of the XL I selected. Dont order from them unless you know 100% your size because you may never see your money again

I received these shoes (Sonic 3) as a gift and activated them on the UA running up on November 14th. I ran a total of 156 miles when the tip started to come unglued and I'm afraid it will only progress from here. Contacted UA to see what the policy was on potentially defective merchandise and it appears they don't have one. Customer service was totally inadequate at understanding or trying to resolve the issue. First agent disconnected me after 33 minutes and the following one asked me to contact the person that gifted them to me, get a receipt for them and submit it to UA to see if it falls under the allotted time for a refund, which in this case was not the issue since I only wanted to return them because of a manufacturing defect. Even though I love them for running and have been using them for over 2 years... Goodbye UA, hello COMPETITION and their warranty of 2 years from manufacturing date!
First time they stood me up they said they meant next Friday. Second time they cancelled they said they "had no way to get them there"? I didn't ask why. This is the 2nd time I arranged to have this day off.
I returned 2 different pairs of shoes, 1 mens & 1 womens. Called/emailed about the status of my refund since 1 refund went through but not the other. I got email after email from separate customer service reps stating my refund went through. The 1st refund went through as the company promised, the 2nd (per the email from the company) was be in my bank within 3-5 business days. It has been over 15 business days, I am still fighting with them and now it has changed to 14-28 days and then 14-28 business days. Per the email from Under Armour this should not be the case. I also should not have to fight for a refund on shoes the acknowledged receipt of in the middle of November.

I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory shopping experience with Under Armour. The product I purchased had size issue, and unfortunately, dealing with their customer service only made worse the problem.
Firstly, the product I received did not meet the expected quality standards. This alone would have been manageable if the customer service had been responsive and professional. However, the way they handled my concerns was shockingly unprofessional.
Attempts to communicate were met with indifference, and it became apparent that the customer service team lacked the necessary skills to address customer issues effectively. Their approach was dismissive, and it seemed like they had little understanding of how to handle dissatisfied customers.

I ordered 3 items about 3 weeks ago. 2 items arrived about a week later. They said the 3rd item would be sent later. It never came. I called never did get an answer. Tried again. On the 4th try after being on hold for an hour I got someone. She said she couldn't give me a reason why it wasnt sent, because the shirt was in stock. Called again a few days later and was told that the shirts were not in stock. So I cancelled after I told her I wanted an email confirmation. They I saw an advertisement for the same shirt and clicked on it, ( this was the next day), and they shirt is in stock in the size I wanted. I emailed them to send it. No reply. Never ordering from them again
If you have a problem with your order, forget about asking customer service! I placed an order on underarmour.com, and there was an issue with it. I received an email asking to call customer service about it. I called, and selected the option of having them call me back. After 3 hours, they called back, and when I answered the phone, no one was on it. I figured that there was something wrong on their end, but they didn't lcall back again. I called them back two days later, and still got the message about having them call back. This time I stayed on hold - 1 hour and 40 minutes later, I still didn't get anyone. I couldn't fix the issue by phone or online. I guess they don't want the business.
I ordered something on June 28,2018 for a birthday gift needed by July 13th and immediately received an Expected Arrival Date of July 5th. Its July 7th and my item hasnt even shipped. I received no order update due to weather which is something most companies will inform customers of, so I called customer service to find out if there were any issues. They said everything seems to be fine and that the order is just delayed for some reason, but had no estimated shipping date or update for me. I usually order Under Armour items from Amazon and couldnt because this was a UA exclusive. Its the last time Ill order directly from UA.
Under Armour is shocking. Their price is too high, I purchased an item from them that I initially thought was better than Adidas' version of the same product and the only reason I paid the extra price was because of the benefits it states about the product on the website. I thought that the pricing of the shirt meant that it would be superior to the cheaper shirt I have but it provided me with the same outcome. I easily could've purchased 2-3 other shirts for the same price that did the same thing. After receiving the product, and noticing it did not meet my needs, I wanted to send it back to Under Armour and receive a full refund. I sent an email regarding my problems with the product and they replied 4 DAYS LATER which I was not happy with. They told me to phone up which is what I did, I was then left on hold for 20 minutes to eventually be told that I could not receive a full refund which angered me even more.
Total rip-off nothing shown qualifies for this sale! Tried to order two golf shirts both saying clearly 50 off but no they are not. Would never order from here!

They refused to cancel the order. Tried several times to talk or chat to customer support, they ALWAYS hang on me. Once they ship it I cannot return it as per their policy! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THEIR WEBSITE!
They have gone downhill. The stuff is overpriced recycled shorts and probably cost them a couple of pennies to make, so why not screw their key customers too! Ugh... I'm done with them.
All of the things I've bought have worked great I totally recommend using under armour for all your sport activities especially basketball, softball, and football
