Be warned stay far away your going to get hell from this Brand! Appauling incompetent Online staff. BACK TO NIKE! The Rock? Please put your name on a trusted brand based on service delivery.
I have ordered a 2nd pair of shoes, first time we got the wrong size but box size was correct-NOT the shoes. It took a month for reimbursement. 2nd order was a mistake because I decided to give them a 2nd chance…. BUT my order was never delivered but I received a delivery notice so I had to order another pair but in a different color since my original color no longer carried the size I wanted. I will never order online again, we are now in March and my initial order was in mid January. I had provided an online review through UA and it was denied! Clearly Under Armour is sweeping complaints under the rug. I also don't understand why pickup isn't available when I live minutes from the store and a factory near sandy point MD. Completely unsatisfied! Not worth it. Buy in store if you have too or don't shop there at all.

Don’t shop on their online site. Go to the actual store. I ordered twice, first time was incorrect, 2nd time my order never arrived. This whole process took me 2 months and still no shoes that I ordered. Their online service is terrible, how do they screw it up twice??

I have to say I am very disappointed with the service received to date starting at the store level where I get told by staff member Gerard to bring defective item in for exchange having phoned the store to explain issue I had. I had explained I didn't have receipt for shorts he said no problem couldn't refund but would exchange item purchased Jan 2022.
Only to be told at the store having driven 15 miles one way that they couldn't because item had been used and washed. ( what else did I buy the shorts for if not to wear them)
I contacted customer service at UA spoke with Chris he asked for photographs March 1st which I sent. Was told expect resolution within 5-6 days. No one contacted me.
March 10th I contact UA again I have submitted photos again to yourself today.
Shorts cost $41. I have spent a lot of time regarding this defective garment. I hope you can resolve this in a timely manner.
I ask for a replacement pair of shorts to replace the defective shorts.

I placed an order on their website, it stated it would be here before the first day of school. I waited and when it never got it I called to figure out what was going on with my order. I could not get anyone on the phone after waiting two hours for a person. I then tried there live chat and after waiting 30 mins for someone I was told my order was canceled because it was no longer in stock. However on their website it still states the order is processing and I never received an email letting me know my order was canceled. I will never buy an Under Armor products ever again online or in store.

Purchased a backpack from UnderArmour.com. Received it on September 9th, 2017 and shipped it back the same day. Reason for return was that I saw the product in the store after ordering it and I did not like it. When it arrived, I did not even take the backpack out of the plastic bag it was in. Simply opened the box, took out the return label, sealed the box and shipped it back. 20 days later I received a partial refund with no explanation as to why the refund was partial. No emails/no contact from UnderArmour during the 20 day wait time, although they promise an email once they receive it. I called them twice, was on hold for 25 minutes the first time and 45 minutes the next. I lost $20.00 in the process of returning the backpack despite the company promising free and easy returns and exchanges. Needless to say, very disappointed and will not do business with this company again.

5/1/17 called customer service to get a pair of boots replaced. Bought December 2016 soles are separating from shoe. They said if I sent them in they would replace them, or order replacement pair on credit card they would credit the card after receiving the original pair. Problem is that's my only pair of boots besides dress boots that I own, I do not have credit cards. Offered to send a picture of the defect so they knew I wasn't running a scam. Was told that wasn't policy and could not help me. So basically I'm out $125.00 thought I was buying quality. Oh well guess I'll wear thars till I can buy another brand and when someone ask about the soles coming off the boots I'm wearing Zillow let them know to stay clear of Under Armour.
I bought $90. Sneakers at a outlet mall which is supposed to be deals, correct? No, when I got home I looked on line & they were on sale for $63. Which they said wasn't true, so I sent them a picture of the product with the price from their website. They eventually agreed to reimburse me. After a few weeks, they looked into it & again said they would do it. After a month I called & they said they couldn't find any of this! I asked for a supervisor & I was hung up on. Never received anything & after all that the shoes give me blisters on my heals! Never again buy Under Armour!

I received some merchandise from Under Armour that did not fit correctly. So I returned it. Never received email acknowledging to returned item. I used online chat to ask about item. Rep tells me that they received the item 4 days ago and that I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 days. Why? You have the item, please refund my money. Policy? So I wrote a review about the item and included my customer service experience. They moderated my review and never posted it. All I did was relay the truth. Now they have lost a good customer. Make that 2 customers!
Under Armour lies to its customers. Under Armour predicts shipping thats MONTHS before it will actually be shipped. Horrible professionalism, and they falsely advertise information on their website about shipping times. They should be fined and audited by the Better Business Bureau.

Placed in order on July 22nd 2021. They kept having problems with the shipping either it was in stock not in stock or whatever sat in the processing for a month. Bye week 3 I called and they had me cancel the other order place a new order I received that one immediately but they never cancelled my other order and now that money is coming out of my credit card account again they say there's nothing they can do because it is already been processed. Well it should have never have been processed because I instructed them to cancel the order and they did not I will never ever do business with this company ever again. Worst customer service ever. So if you are reading this please consider not using this company.

Now, my order still does not show on the website. The tracking numbers that came in the email are not found on their own UA supplied link to Canada Post. The delivery date of June 29, NOW reads JULY 3rd! (the date "promised" was by June 20/21.

My order is still not listed under my account - even though I can get it from the help page if I ask it to track the order. The website crashed on the last step of ordering, leaving me wondering if the order worked at all.
My initial email states "everything will be delivered by the date listed above" (June 20-21). Today PART of my order was shipped with an estimated delivery of JUNE 29 - I needed this before leaving for a trip. This was a blatant lie. Unreal.
OMG. Worst customer service ever. I ordered online 2 shorts and shoes. Returned both in august. Its almost November and they have not refunded my money. I have contacted customer support 9 times! They blamed the hurricanes, the weather and everything else on the slow processing. Finally last month they refunded my shorts but no shoes. I called last month and they promised last month I would get refund. Did I get it? No. Then called today and they want to refund part of my money. Will they do it? Probably not. Why partly? I emailed them and no response. They are crooks.
I bought some speedform xc mid trainers (sneakers) the soles fell off after only 2 months of light to medium use! I also bought some underarmour tracksuit bottoms and the stitching came apart after a few months of light use! I also bought a underarmour t-shirt and the logos peeled off after a few months as well! I emailed customer services UK as I'm in England and got some snot nosed reply! Avoid underarmour products at all costs as they're manufactured cheaply and sold expensive! Crappy company!
Mike, a store manager of the Under Armour store in Jersey Garden Mall, should be sent back to the stock room. He needs extensive training. He stands doing nothing with a female cashier while a male cashier is doing all the work with a long line of customers. He also talk down to the male cashier (March 12,2022 at 5:45pm). Check the store camera for verification. Not going there anymore.
I've purchased two pairs of UA shoes in the past year and they have both fell apart pretty quickly. Way too fast, my nikes and Jordan's have always lasted me a couple years at least. Love the hoodies, hate the shoes.
Very pleased with this website. My boyfriend needed to have the UA Highlight cleats at least one week before the month ended. I needed to rush to find them on a reliable website because one had already screwed me. I didnt want to order it from UnderArmour.com because i knew it would be a little pricier than if i found it on a different website, But I'd rather have the real cleats and pay a little extra than pay less for a replica. I ordered on UnderArmour.com and realized that I selected the economy shipping for free(7-10 days) but i needed it before 7-10 days, so I called customer service, and an employee took really good care of me. I asked if i can change the shipping arrangements, from 7-10 business days to 2 business days and i asked her what the price difference would be, she handled it for me. I guess in a way i was just lucky or blessed to have a wonderful employee to take care of me, but she followed through and i got my order in 2 days!:
I ordered a pair of slides online. I ordered the wrong size. They give you a 1 hr window to cancel. If not you have to go forward with an order that takes a week to arrive. Send it back. Wait for a refund then order the size you want. I called with in 12hrs. The rep noted that it had not been shipped yet. Said sorry. It's our policy.

If you want to order online from this company, dont waste your time. I ordered TWICE only for my order to be cancelled. Love their products, but pointless to order from them if you cant enjoy their products if orders keep getting cancelled.
I did a refund 17 days ago for some shoes that were 2 sizes smaller than what they write on them, and still didn't get my money back. On the official website they are saying that the whole return process can take up to 14 days(which is outrageous anyway), then they tried to lie to me that it can take 14 working days. When I confrunted them, they days they are sorry and to wait more. Really?! Was my first time worderinf something from them, but NEVER AGAIN!
When you place an order with them, they charge your credit card they moment your hit the return key. Then they eventually ship you the item.
But, when you return an item, it takes them almost a whole month (more then 3 business weeks - 16 business days) to issue the credit.
Used chat feature to inquire about a descrepancy between the illustrated product color and the one used in the description. My question was simple, which one will a receive if I order this product, illustrated or described. CSR response was: I know that sometimes that happens. It just happened to me but if you receive the item and for whatever reason you do not like it you can return it for free. Like, WTF?!? How is this any way to conduct business? Why would I waste my time and effort ordering something where their was a 50/50 chance of getting what I ordered to only have to go to the struggle of returning the thing? Love the brand and its product lines, but I'll pass on ordering online.
My order said it had shipped. Did not get delivered on day it was supposed to so called delivery co. The told us the item has not even been scanned yet. Called Under Armour to find out what was going on. They said the needed to investigate. We decided to cancel the order, unfortunately we were told they can do that because the order was processed. It wasnt processed. It was still in their warehouse. Asked for a supervisor and was told twice we were going to be transferred, and after 57 minutes no one ever came to the phone. When I asked for the person I was speaking with they refused to give me their, or their managers name. Most unprofessional organization I have dealt with. Under Armour you just lost a family of customers. We will never purchase UA online or instore.

I ordered a few time got it within 2 days which is good service, i ordered on the 12/12/2022 - today 20/12/2022 - still no order - i phoned regarding this wanting to cancel coz its nuts - then they will have to find out where the order is - all the sudden i got a sms saying its been recieved by dpd and will be delivered today - funny that you have to go so far as to cancel an order to get service or an answer - this is way you only order 1 - after that service is history - this is joke
Used their return shipping label on 7/12/17... Per call to UA on 7/28... "The pkg was transferred to Fed Ex on 7/14 and received by UA on 7/24... and due to "Software updates" we would receive the refund in 5-14 days... on 8/17, called again, on hold for 45 min, NOW we were told that it was stuck in processing... and that it would be sent to a supervisor to expedite and we would receive an email confirmation... Well, today is 8/21... No email, NO CREDIT REFUND... I am on hold now waiting an hour... Time to call our credit card company to file a dispute... This is disgusting!
