All of the things I've bought have worked great I totally recommend using under armour for all your sport activities especially basketball, softball, and football
Tried to use the chat live feature only to have a man named Robert D. Not care about an out of stock item in which I had questions about. He didn't end up helping and just disconnected me because he was probably the only person handling an entire line of people in the queue. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
I recently bought an UA t-shirt from a store, wore it once for a workout and I was sweating in it - it turned brown everywhere that I sweat! So I called they took the shirt back but I had to pay shipping and have me a $14 Hoft card in return (my purchase was $24) then I buy a new t-shirt online from their site and pay another $15 plus my gift card get the shirt wear it once to workout and sweat, like I think most people do during a workout and it turns brown again. I call and they say yo return it and I might possibly get a refund and the $14 gift card back. Thabk you but no thank you I will wear it for junk and NEVER buy another product from them again. Horrible expensive products and horrible customer service.
I ordered something online. I got a message indicating that I was going to receive the product as soon as possible.
Well, one week after, I sent an email saying that it was taking too long and I asked what was going on. They told me that they had some issues with the deliveries. I told them that I wasn't going to pick up the product.
So, instead of cancelling the order, they continued as if everything was alright and 3 days after that I received an email saying that my order was "on its way". I told them, again, that I wasn't going to be there to pick it up. They said that it was OK and they would return me the money in 15 days.
Therefore, AVOID BUYING PRODUCTS VIA THE WEB PAGE! It's the most frustrating experience I've ever had.

Don't order from this company online! They refuse to cancel your order even if you have only ordered minutes before. They would rather ship it to you no matter what. Very poor customer service.
After receiving the WRONG item color AND SIZE, Under armour now tells me by order won't be shipped until AFTER CHRISTMAS! This ordered was placed in NOVEMBER and NOT MY FAULT THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEMS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - If I could have given this rating a 0 I would have! And since this was ordered ON LINE I have no receipt to show at this point.

I purchased the Under Armour Healthbox a few years ago. First the band of the wrist monitor disintegrated, then the display started to go out from the edges working in, until it was totally unusable. So I abandoned the band and started using the UA Record APP. This app was working for a while, it now crashes within minutes of starting the app, losing data. For the most part, the clothing from UnderArmour has been satisfactory, but the Healhbox was a complete bust. Every time I contacted UA Customer support I got a run around, and the most they offered was to apply part of the cost to another Healthbox, so I gave up.
I've posted a longer review on trustpilot, but save yourself some hassle, frustration and money, and just go elsewhere. Please!
I ordered an item online as a gift on 3rd December, and was charged immediately, but it's still being processed 10 days later, with no sign of being shipped. Customer support is useless, just tells me the "small delays" are due to cyber week... And even though it hasn't been dispatched yet, when I asked to cancel the order and get my money back, they say they can't cancel once an order has been placed, and they can only refund you when you send back an item. So now I have to wait until this item arrives (in all likelihood I will have to find a replacement gift and spend more money in the meantime) and then send it back to them even though I don't want it anymore and I don't want waste more time waiting for it. How many people will bother doing that, and how much money will Under Armour make out of customers losing the will to go through that whole rigmarole. And what happens if the item never arrives...?
Do yourselves a favour and avoid Under Armour like the plague. The whole experience has felt like I'm dealing with a unknown company advertising cheap crap on Instagram and ships from China (no offence China). It just feels like a scam business, not a multinational retailer. I will NEVER buy anything from them again, and I'll be advising every I know to do the same.
We had ordered 6 pairs of the Boxerjocks and one pair they did not take off the security tag prior to shipping. I tried at a few places in town to have it removed with no luck. So I mailed in the product for an EXCHANGE, 3 weeks later and no email notifications I call for a status update. They have refunded my account- I WANTED THE PRODUCT! That is the reason we ordered what we did. Very frustrating to say the lease!
I've placed two orders through UA online in the past and Lasership (US-*******) and FedEx (US-*******) each lost my orders despite my attempts to ship it to my address and a friend's address thinking that it was because the mailroom was not accessible from the first address. Then, most recently, I decided to attempt placing a new order yesterday US-******* one last time despite not being re-imbursed for most of my order from US-*******, and today I received an email saying that the order was cancelled for no reason. I called customer service who said that it was a billing issue, but I've made multiple other orders from other companies (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc.) and have not had any problems with my financial institution. Therefore, I will not be recommending UA to anybody in the future and will stop attempting purchasing any UA products.
Aug 3rd 2017 I ordered a backpack and a pair of shoes for my son for school. He starts school in 2 weeks! Today on August 9th received his shoes and NO backpack! It was suppose to be ONE order and BOTH items were suppose to be here today! I just looked at my order status online through my email and it says "will ship out soon" for the backpack! Im so mad! It should have already been here! Anyway i call to see when it will be shipped after 20mins of waiting for customer service help nobody answered so I hung up. Then i try to "chat" online through there website for customer service help and it says it will be 45mins to be connected! How ridiculous! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will NEVER order from these people again!
I purchased shirts for my dad on fathers day. We had to exchange them so i sent them back months ago. Took me 4 hours to reach a customer service agent that told me they are not currently exchanging items and that i needed to place a new order. He said i had been refunded. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND AND WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF ANY OF THIS. Customer service is a joke as is this company. I will never buy anything from this company again.
Been waiting a month for my order, after being promised it would arrive in 4 days, call customer service to request return label for WHEN IT DOES ARRIVE was told can't return the sports item lol THAT HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED…also told will take 14 days for them to respond to my return request! I got a sweet pant last November, and after 4 washes it does look like 5-6 years old pant. The color, the texture are degrading little by little. The lines are crooked. Not good at all.
These shoes are a bit stiff and hard inside and one of them squeaks when I walk so I'm wondering about the quality of this product. I did receive them fairly quickly.
I bought a UnderArmour winter coat from Cabela's in 2016 after which I broke the zipper on, it was nearing spring so I never took it back to Cabela's until winter 2017 they wouldn't exchange it due to time passed. I contacted UA on Facebook told them what happened they paid for shipping to their warehouse and refunded me $250 which I used to purchase the same jacket and with free shipping.

Bought 3 items and returned 2. Six weeks have passed and I have not received my refund. I have contacted UA 4 times on the issue - they keep saying it is coming, but still haven't received it.
Last year we ordered a pair of shoes for my son. Tracking said that shoes were shipped and payment was deducted from our account. Never received the shoes on the date they said they would be delivered. A few days later my husband called and someone in customer service told him that they would have to cancel the order and reorder because something went wrong with our payment and the shoes never shipped. So, the payment was reversed and put back into our account, shoes were reordered and we received them in 2 days. A week later a second pair of shoes showed up and another charge was deducted from our account. I called customer service to request the money put back in our account because the first order was cancelled and they would not do it since we received the shoes even though I told them we would return the 2nd pair. Last week my husband made the mistake of ordering from Under Armour a second time... well same thing happened, we received a tracking # for the shoes, did not receive the shoes on the supposed day they were to be deliver, husband called the next day asking what was going on tried to cancel the order so we could just go to the store and buy a different pay and they wouldn't allow him to cancel because the item had already shipped... they did offer us a 20% discount (that we never received) it's a horrible experience with Under Armour and I wouldn't suggest ordering from their website if you can avoid it!
Ordered a Christmas gift for a friend in early December. Shipping time was great! Order arrived, gave the present. The hoodie was too small for my friend so I began the exchange process for a larger size. I completed the online process for an even exchange, and sent the original hoodie with tags to the designated shipping area where UA processes returns/ exchanges. That was one month ago. Today I get in contact with a customer service representative and they give me 0 explanation as to why my exchange was never processed. It was just sitting and still open for an employee to fulfill the exchange, and it was never done. My best guess? UA purposefully does this around the holidays when times are bustling and busy- they 'forget' to issue online returns or exchanges in hopes that their customers forget about it and they get to keep their product and money. The customer service representative basically said to me, 'do you want a refund or do you want the product sent to you?' I laughed. The item should have been sent to me a month ago, and I should receive a refund for having to wait this long. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never be shopping with UA again.
I ordered two large shirts as a gift online. After finding out that medium was the appropriate size, I promptly returned them. They arrived (as confirmed by Under Armour) on June 28th. I was told by their customer service that returns ship within 5 to 7 days of arrival and that I would get an email when it shipped. On July 14th, I called back. They said that they have a new system and have been having problems. I asked for a full refund. I have ZERO faith in them to process it and expect that I will be placing one more call. And then I will be reporting them to the appropriate federal agency as well as my state attorney general. I have tons of UA gear but will not buy them again... even at a retail outlet. Nike's gear is just as good. Lousy customer service. I have worked in IT for 25 years. A new system is no excuse! Also, I had to wait on hold for a long time each time I call them. The system routine tells me that I am numberr 35 or 37 in line. Clearly they either do not staff their worker properly and/or have many dissatisfied customers!
I was hired at under armour recently for a seasonal customer service rep. The place is a beautiful place to work. The seasonal people that i was going to be working with were very friendly and I enjoyed how they trained new comers. The information they expected us to learn in such a short amount of time was a bit extreme for the pay amount. There were not alot of "ethinic" people working within which to me seem very weird being as though they put there merchandise on a mass amount of dark skinned people. I felt very uneasy at times because the full time workers would look as if I was not suppose to be there.
Kevin Plank had a town hall meeting within the company stating false allegations about a headline in the media on Monday November 5,2018. They started to speak on all the new things they were working on bringing to the team to increase engagement. Statistics showed that they were working on bringing more "colored people" in the company. I was automatically offended. Colored has not been used since the times of segregation. I quit the next day.
I called the UA customer support at 8:32 pm EST and gave the case number and the associate had no idea about what I was talking about. Her name was Carlie/Garliy and when I got irate, she even told me that it was my first warning and she will disconnect the call.
I did mention to her that I was calling as UA team failed to keep the commitment and never called me back. As this happened multiple times since morning today the US associates have always put the call on hold for minimum 1 hour, she did the same thing again.
No courtesy of responding to the customer in between the holds.
No way they could connect to the manager on shift. No way they could search for the person who had the name mentioned in the email.
The chat associate Holly-terese even wrote to me in black and white that I'm being disband she is disconnecting the call when I asked her about the international return policy and she had no answer.
Horrible customer service ethics and worst brand to even think about.
I will post everything on social media with the chat screenshots between me and UA associates and the voice recordings of the manager Karra M and other associates along with Carlie/ Garliy.

Horrible customer service. The have no idea about the refund policy. Associates threaten customers over the phone and on chat the are disrespectful too and they end the chat ( Holly-Therese). I use to be a regard customer of under armour until I gad to return an item and ran into the worst customer service ever. It was impossible to get thru to a life person and had to wait 2 hours for online chat. Even with that wait the customer service rep did not respond to my request for refund.
All I want is for the company to refund my money and I still have not been able to reach anyone.
This is SBSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT OR HAVE ANY FINANCIAL RELATIIS WITH THEM.
