They have great apparel for all sorts of physical activities predominantly. Although sometimes I like to wear it when I go out with my friends. It's good to feel comfortable, plus the brand is highly respectable and famous.
Be warned stay far away your going to get hell from this Brand! Appauling incompetent Online staff. BACK TO NIKE! The Rock? Please put your name on a trusted brand based on service delivery.
Made an order online and found all of those shoes were too small, so I replaced two of them and returned the rest. After the return confirmation emails, the company sent two refund emails to me. So I called the customer service number and asked what my replacement was going on. The first lady made a new order for me on August 3rd, but on August 20th, I still did not get the shoes or any shipping email. Therefore, I called the phone again, and the second lady told me because of their new system, my order was held but would be sent in three or five days. She gave me a discount and told me to wait. On August 22th, this "GREAT" company sent me two emails that both of the shoes were OUT OF STOCK! I called the number the third time, there were three people who talked to me and no one say SORRY! They just told me that I can just choose the refund or the other color to make a new purchase. NEVER NEVER NEVER trust the return or replace or the customer service of this company.
I ordered hunting clothes for Christmas. After receiving the clothes it was determined that the clothes were not the correct size. After following customer service exchange policies I returned the items. I received an e-mail stating that the items were returned and to expect the exchange shortly. After a week I e-mailed customer service and ask the status of the exchange. I was told that it was being processed and would be on its way. After waiting an additional two weeks I called customer service and was informed that some one had dropped the ball. I was informed that they were "Red Flagging" my exchange and that they expedite shipping. After waiting another two weeks I was informed that they were not sure what the issue is, and that it would be best if I just ordered the clothes again. I informed them that I would never again purchase any Under Armour products and that it is my intention to encourage friends, family and consumers to do the same. After some looking around I have found that their products are over priced and you are paying for a name brand. I found other hunting clothes that I am much happier with. Some are more expensive
(in my opinion much better) and some are less expensive with the same results. Shipping from the other companies was on time as promissed.
I normally buy Thorlo or Hilly socks but saw a pair of Under Armour socks and decided to try them out. They are not cheap but first impressions seemed okay. I wore them for a 2 hour walk, not a heavy jog so they were under stress, just a walk. My feet started to get sore and I couldn't understand why. I stopped to check why and it was the socks starting to wear badly. They were brand new but you could see the fabric starting to pill and slowly pull apart. When I returned home I took off the socks and on the one side they were virtually worn out, just a thin bit of the fabric left. At the price I was not happy!
I took a picture of the socks and emailed it to customer services. I had a reply saying "we take these issues very seriously" but that was as serious as it got!
I heard nothing for a month, nearly 5 weeks, so I contacted them again. The reply from the people who take things seriously?
"We passed it to our quality asurance department and they say it does not reflect a manufacturing fault so we cannot offer a refund or replacement!"
That was it, no apology, no "serious" concern for the client. I showed them to others and they could not believe it. The socks are now in the bin and I for one would not touch their products. Okay, so if it is "one of those things" it shouldn't take 5 weeks to respond with such a scripted and discourteous reply.

This company is horrendous! I used my military discount and they canceled my order. I called customer service and I get no one. These reviews are all horrible. Why is this company still in business?

Customer service department, especially Steve W the customer service manager are pathetic. They sent the wrong hat with my order. I called and explained the situation ( after a 45min wait to talk to someone) they were getting a replacement out right away, with tracking info on it. After a few days of nothing, I called again (45 min wait) it hasn't been shipped yet, will go out very soon. 2 days later still nothing. Called again, 35 min wait, product will ship out the following day expedited. After several days nothing. Called again 45 min wait, spoke to Steve W the manager and he was worthless. No help, couldn't tell me anything, would not transfer me to anyone who could get me info. A few days later I got my replacement... wrong hat again. After calling the 5th time 35 min wait, they were going to look into the situation and get back to me in 2 days. Several days later with no call back I called, 30 min wait, and found out their website mislabeled the product, and it was no longer available. What a horrible experience with UA. Their customer service department definitely needs training. Never again will I use UA.
No removal of the checkpoint tags twice at a row in one week.when calling to complain and seek solution, the U.A agent hung up the line.
I purchased 3 items on the 3rd May and the money was taken from my account on the 4th May, I paid by PayPal. I recieved my order on the 22nd May after numerous calls, there was one item out of stock and I still havnt recieved a credit for this item. I took out a dispute with PayPal and when I phoned customer services they told me they could not credit my account until I stopped my dispute with PayPal. When I phoned PayPal and explained what was said they said the advice was not true and they then escalated the dispute further to get my money back within 3 days. Thank goodness for PayPal which is a great company to pay with, the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with and I will not be using again.
Where is my order? Phone # doesn't work. Don't buy from them on there site. You will end up doing a chargeback to get your $$ back. LOTS of COMPLAINTS
In 2017, I cannot possibly understand why Under Armour cannot process orders. I ordered a required team sneaker for my daughters team on July 18th. The package never arrived. After several phones calls, all featuring 45 minute hold times, I learned the package was lost in shipping. They never notified me but assured me they'd express a replacement. It's been almost a week and those shoes still haven't left their facility. I just don't get why it would take a week to ship something and why they can't give you accurate information. You have to wait on hold for hours on hold only to be given the runaround. Plus their customer service department is only open until 8pm. I've checked all their competitors websites and they all are open until 11pm. It really shows that they are not invested in making their customers happy. They spend all their money on developing fancy advertising campaigns but are completely unable to deliver on the product. Most disappoint and I certainly will never shop with them again. Guess my 5 kids will be wearing only nike and addidas from now on!
I ordered the "hype" facemask from Underarmour 6/12/20 and was told that I would receive it within 8-11 business days. I later get an email after the 11th day saying that my shipping date was an error. I now have to wait another 6 weeks till 7/31. So I wait and I get another email on 7/24 saying I have a new ship date of 8/17. At this point I am over it! I contact underarmour to cancel the order and the rep says,"sorry, i can't put in a cancellation". I ask why and she says, "its at the warehouse and I can't make changes". I said," the order doesn't ship till 8/17, just cancel it". She explains she can't and when I said if it arrives what do i do to return the unopened merchandise? She says," sorry all sales are final and unreturnable". Horrible customer service. I will never order through them again! I contacted Paypal who is UnderArmours payment processor and they said a pending charge was already authorized 7/11 and its beyond their scope! Bad customer service between Paypal and Underarmour! I just cancelled my credit card who didn't see the pending charge yet, so I hope underarmour is blocked and I do not receive their face masks! Do not order anything from underarmour. They are blaming covid-19 for everything!

I bought a hoodie from them for skiing and it's amazing! Quick shipping and if you watch their sale section you'll get some good deals.
How is it possible that EVERY order shipped with Lasership (a notoriously unreliable and dishonest company with the lowest BBB and customer satisfaction rating) gets routed to the incorrect Delivery facility and never shows up? Both 1LS************** and 1LS************** have this issue and the latter has been over 2 weeks and no change in status. The UA order numbers are US-******* and US-*******. Both orders were for 2 day shipping as well.
I call Lasership everyday and am told by usually rude customer service representatives that my package is being re-routed and will arrive in 1-2 business days but it never does; never. I have the exact same problem when ordering from other companies that use Lasership. Every time this happens I have to spend so much of my time on the phone with UA customer support so I can request a replacement order which then takes another 9 days or so. Hopefully the replacement doesn't again get shipped through Lasership or I have to go through this ordeal again.
I love UA products, and the UA customer service is always great but it's not worth the aggravation of ordering from UA any more, nor having to wait weeks to get something I expect in 2 days. As long as you continue to use Lasership I will no longer patronize Under Armour.

if you order 2 day shipping and they use Lasership there's a good chance you won't get your product. Customer service will send a replace IF the product is still in stock but keep in mind the replacement process can take weeks.

Ordered items, took over a week to process the order, then another week to send me a receipt and to ship. I completed a survey and was supposed to be contacted by UA via email but no one ever reached out. Been waiting and waiting for items to be delivered, checked tonight and turns out the address was insufficient so the post office disposed of the items (I do know my address and it was correct on the site). I called tonight and talked to "Marvin" who asked for my correct address 3-4 times and then placed an exchange request. He confirmed my address was correct. After the call ended I got an email for the exchange and saw the incorrect address. So I called back and spoke with "Kris" who stated she would update the address (never did confirm the address back to me, just said it was correct). I asked for a discount and she said she could offer me a promo discount code on a future order, I declined as I will not be ordering from this company again. She placed me on hold for 15 min and never checked back in during the extended hold time. When Kris did finally came back to the line she indicated the promo code cannot be applied to this order since it was an exchange and the order was complete. I asked to cancel the exchange and requested a refund. She said since the exchange was already placed I have to wait to receive and then can request a refund. They still don't have the correct address on file per the confirmation email so I won't be receiving the exchanges/replacement order. I'be been charged for items I have not and will not be receiving but unfortunately there is nothing they can do. I asked for a manager but none were available. I asked for a manager to call me back and Kris kept telling me I have to call back in instead. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I figured I'd give UA a chance bc of a pair of sandals they had, but nope! Under Armour needs to give me my money back. I do not want their merchandise. I will continue being a customer of Nike. I've never experienced anything close to this with Nike!

I ordered a few shirts and shorts to my house. It was there within 3 working days. Im pretty impressed with their shipping. Would order again.
Everything from underarmour is pretty good quality. I've never had any problems with under armour clothing
