Underground Reptiles

In the last 2 weeks we've received 2 tegus, one a female argentine, the other a male chocoan. They both arrived the following day. Each animal was/ is very healthy, active and friendly. It's obvious that the people at underground reptiles absolutely love these animals just as much as we do. We will definitely be ordering again.

Underground reptiles is a horrible service. I have ordered countless reptiles and every time they have showed up on my doorstep they have arrived dead. They do not live up to how they are portrayed.

We ordered 3 little southern toads. They arrived quickly and were alert. One seemed a tad off at first and was a bit smaller so likely this was due to stress. The little one picked back up after a good soak and some crickets. Fingers crossed for the little fellow although I'm sure hes going to be fine! The other 2 were fiesty and easily fed on the crickets offered. All were alert and readily explored their new environment. I was incredibly worried to have an animal shipped in any way but am so happy we chose underground reptiles! Definitely reccomend and they have gained our trust for all our exotic and herp needs!

I have to admit I was anxious that he wouldn't be alive when he got here but everything was packaged very well and my marine toad came in good shape. He seems very happy and healthy. I definitely recommend buying from here.

Sooo in love with my baby turtle. He was shipped and delivered super fast. I called to confirm my order and they were super polite and helpful. When it arrived it was live and active, beautiful shell! Sooo perfect! Thanks a bunch

Order received on 10/10/2019 at 1030am 1 Sulcata 2 Russian tortoise one was very sick and notified at 2pm same day all that i get is hard time from them and he blame the light (zoo med basking spot lamp is 4 in one) turtle died in 2 days. First time and last time buyer my advice is buy local. I have turtles for 10 years no problem

My turtle came very poor and malnourished looking but not dead. After two days, my new baby turtle died. When I contacted them about it, all they said was well sense it wasn't dead on arrival they couldn't give me a full refund and only offered to send another at a discounted price and discounted shipping. So yeah, won't be buying from them again.

I ordered a few thousand meal worms and a beautiful male rainbow Jackson chameleon. In the blink of an eye it was all on my front porch first thing in the morning. The chameleon is absolutely gorgeous and so friendly well fed and beautiful horns. He came right out of the container and went right into his reptibreeze. He didn't want to eat but he looked so well fed right out of the package that I figured he wouldn't feed. The mealworms seem great and honestly the best I've gotten in a long time. Active beautiful very happy with my whole order. We will definitely be ordering more from this company! Absolutely impressed with the pricing and the fast efficient shipping and contact! Have already recommended you to our local reptile chapter!

This is the second time I have purchased from this company, before I purchased a Venezuelan Sun Tiger from them, she is doing great!

The pede i purchased from them is doing great even though I havent seen it since in its new enclosure, which im guessing is a good thing.

Will def do business again with them anything related to reptiles or inverts!

My scorpion came perfectly packaged and healthy. He began eating shorty after arrival and he's still doing great.

Androctonus Bicolor is a very difficult species of scorpion to find. Underground Reptiles is the only vendor I've ever found that had this species. Kudos to UR.

Wanted to buy some beautiful Northern Red Belly turtles and I decided to give Underground Reptiles a first time shot. Web page was easy to follow. Checkout was fast and easy. Price's were good. Shipping was was overnight and my baby turtles arrived next day safe and sound. Couldn't have been happier with service. I recommend buying from Underground Reptiles.

I was very excited ordering and then receiving my tegu. I called about 4 times to check in to make sure everything went through and they were nice every time. They check in once it's delivered as well. I will be buying all my reptiles from underground.

Idk if she lied to me but when I called to cancel my order they told me it's been shipped. But when I received tracking information it said it's been picked up by usps 5 hrs later after I called. I had bought a12$ item but the shipping was 18$ for a five day delivery!

He is very knowledgeable about his animals and will address all questions immediately and respectfully. We have gotten two dart frogs from him (planning on more!) the very first was DOA and he offered me a replacement of equal or lesser value. I got the new frog very quickly, well and alive. A few months later I got another and it was alive on the first try! I plan on purchasing tarantulas, snakes, and a few more frogs from him. He packages his animals well and according to the weather. I love that he offers gift certificates as well as feeders and some supplies on his site all together! Convenient!

My order was delivered when it was suppose to be, and the contents arrived frozen. Not even a little bit thawed. The packaging was great and they definitely know what they are doing shipping frozen contents! Very happy!

Had a great experience buying from UGreptiles. I ordered a male hognose and decided shortly afterwards that I would prefer a female. I called in and they were able to change it for me with no issues. They also contacted to know about shipping options as it was too hot to ship to my home. Overall: Excellent service and an active, healthy animal.

My experience with underground reptiles couldn't be better so far. Ordered my babies yesterday about noon and they were here about 10 this morning. I got a text they were shipped. A text they were being shipped to me a couple hrs before they got here and a text after I received them that they were delivered ( I already had them) everyone seems healthy and active, but they are in their quarantine tanks. Over all great experience.

I have over 30 reptiles in my collection. I bought a giant waxy tree frog and a adult savannah a while ago and the both died after a day or two of having them. The savannah was a twig when I got it and wouldn't eat and the tree frog wax dark green and really dry I did my best trying to keep them alive but eventually they passed. I emailed them about the savannah, they messaged back once then just ignored me. I just messaged them about the tree frog and doubt they're gonna help.

I bought a female russian tortoise and after a day and pulling five ticks off of her she passed away. I let underground reptile they told me no refunds. Then I complained again again, so they said there give me a discount on my next order, I just purchased two fish and had them shipped to my house cuz they said they would give me a discount on my next order, they arrived and I only have one alive and the other was dead let sit for a couple hours nothing. I spent a $110 on this. Im done with this company. I want my refund or partial

I may just be wasting my time, ranting but hopefully this reaches at least a few buyers. I purchased a Pacman frog in winter of 2022 and after a long battle with a fungal disease my pacman frog has died (june 2023). I took him to the vet because I knew this couldnt have been starvation nor the habitat I had him in and my vet informed me it looked like he had been strugging with a fungal infection since likely before we received him (at underground reptiles terrible facility)

I love this company and they're staff! I have purchased many times and not one issue. All animals arrived healthy and eating. I suggest this company to any animal lover. Plus prices are not bad either

I have had many toads and have never had this issue. These poor babies must have a parasite or a inbreeding issue. They are all dying slowly. I have literally done everything possible to try to keep them alive. Its a slow process and its horrible that these poor toads are suffering

Amazing experience... 5 stars and I recommend Underground Reptiles to everyone... I was notified that the caiman was available and I brought it... I received it the next day and the caiman was healthy and active. Then I also received a phone call asking if i received my caiman and how it is... Well from my eyes amazing... Great customer service and this was my first time buying... I'm a customer for life more orders from me very soon... Thank you so much...
