I have ordered turtle and tortoise food and other supplies from them and the service was excellent.The times I purchased turtles from them the turtles all arrived lively and were eating right away.

Received my order at the exact time it was said and my order was packaged perfectly and my little Togo was safely delivered. I will definitely be ordering from there again

She came healthy and happy. She took to her cage perfectly. Every time I reach in her cage she is calm and happy to be held. She is everything I was expecting. I love her so much already.

We just loved our Russian tortoise we orderd on line. Our tortoise was safety shipped on arrive on time. We will be ordering more from Underground Reptiles for sure.

I ordered 2 products, thermostat and thermometer. The thermostat was out of stock and once they got it back in stock they sent it out. It was really fast delivery. And I was happy with my purchase!

Service was on point. They only problem was the the ups just chucked the box on the porch and one turtle didn't make. It. But the other one was just perfect

We researched many animals before deciding what animal we could care for and wanted to love. Our hole family fell in love with xo our axolotl before she even shipped from undergroundreptiles in Florida. We were all very concerned about her trip to Utah from the breeders at UR because of her specific care needs. They answered all of my calls promptly and all of my questions directly. Xo arrived safely, and our delivery driver even waited to ensure she was alive. She showed some signs of irritation (red gills, and irritated skin) but we got her water cooled and got her acclimated to her tank water, and into her home and all signs of irritation subsided very quickly. So I'm sure it was due to raised water temps and ammonia in the travel water. She looks healthy and just as perfect as we knew she would be we absolutely love her, and appreciate UR for taking good care of her, and getting her to us safely. She may be just a bit smaller than anticipated so we have altered our feeding strategy just a little bit, but she's absolutely perfect and our hole family is just head over heels in love with this sweet girl! We appreciated the courteous staff at undergroundreptiles as well.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They sent me a SICK frog. I got it for my sweet sixteen, only to have it die the next day and look miserable and sick. On top of that, when i called an employee, they gave transferred me to a "manager" named ryan. I was incredibly upset watching this frog suffer that i wanted to love so much. The frog was lethargic, not moving at all, and when i told them they said IM KILLING IT from using a heat lamp. It was 60 degrees out. I have never been treated the way he treated me, yelling at me until i cried to put the blame on me, and hanging up on me mid sentence. I told him i was watching the frog all day and night and woke up to see him in the same position, and he said "so ur telling me u were watching the frog all night long without stopping" as if i wouldn't know if he moved. The next day he passed away, the company would not take ANY responsibility. The frog would not move, would not eat, and they STILL said "he's a stagnant frog he's not going to chase after food." i am so upset and traumatized from this experience, he took advantage of the fact that i was young and tried to manipulate as a business tactic. Disgusting and immature behavior coming from the MANAGER. He told me to have my parents call him because hes done, and had his employee answer for him and say he's on a call when u could hear him laughing in the background. This company abuses their animals and offer TERRIBLE customer service. So disrespectful and don't know how to care for their animals. Sad.

I ordered a baby Asian Water Monitor lizard on 12/05/2020 as a X-mas gift for my teenage nephew which I did specify in my original order. The monitor arrived looking okay on 12/08/2020. I left it alone and just offered it every type of possible food you can offer a monitor lizard but did not want to eat. I reached out to Underground Reptiles 3 days after the monitor arrived to let them know he was not eating. I spoke to someone at there company who stated I should open a support ticket, which I did. I recieved emails requesting pics, which I submitted them. Emailing back and forth with Underground Reptiles customer service but no real resoluton was ever offered or future resolution other than to feed the lizard insects, rodents, etc, which I been doing from day one. On there website it stated the monitor was eating crickets and silversides but not for me. The monitor since, declined in health and died on 01/03/2021, 26 days (Not Even A Month) after arrival from not eating. This was my first bad experience, first time ordering and will be my only. Will not order from here ever again nor will I recommend either. Big dissapointment! Thank you for ruining a young teenagers X-mas!

This is awesome. Both critters made it safe and sound. The tarantula is in great shape and the bearded dragon is eating already. Looking forward to doing business again

We love our new reptile babies! They came in alert and excited for their new home, they were shipped at 6pm and delivered at 9am the following day. We will be returning for future pets

My first order was missing the frogs, and one of the chameleons was small and I order the larger and more expensive one and never received a credit memo. Contacted them and the next order I refused as I found out I didn't need the product. Now I found out there is a difference between their wholesale website and retail and if you purchase on the retail side your credit cannot be used on the wholesale side. Because I'm a wholesale customer I didn't even know the item came from the retail side so I paid full price.
This was not stated to me when I bought the product I had refused. What a mess this caused.
Now they finally managed to help me with my credit (although they would not let me use it on my wholesale account and this is where all the problems started.) So I ordered off the retail side just to use up my credit and when I received my order it was wrong again!
I ordered two different types of the chameleon's a pair of Jackson's and a pair of flapneck's.
Now order received, we received one Jackson@ 4 inches and a baby jackson as the price is different between these two. I was charged for the larger of the two.
I received two flapneck's@ 4 inches, the flapneck, should be at least 6" to 10".

I recently purchased 2 brown basilik's they came to me in perfect condition. The shipping was done correctly the heat pad was working the bagging was correct. The reptiles were healthy.

I've gotten the albino Pac-Man frog it came well shipped with no trouble I've also gotten three tiger salamanders in perfect condition I will definitely use them again

I ordered three baby green iguanas and paid for over night shipping and when they got to my house i loved them they are all beutiful and healthy and love them so much.

They Deserve 10 Stars!... I have had the chance to work with Underground reptiles a couple of times in the past few months. I can't say enough good things about Underground Reptiles and have to say they are a cut above any other Reptile Dealer I have ever dealt with. Drew and Peter are consummate businessmen with a professional approach to the business and in dealing with their customers. Each time I have received animals from them the animals have been healthy and in great shape. Their communication is fantastic with text notifications in regard to the shipment. They call after each shipment to ensure that everything went well and that you are satisfied with the animals (I don't know of any other shop that does that.) These guys are the best, they have an amazing assortment, a great website and even an amazing app. If you have an issue they will work with you to troubleshoot it and find a way to make it so things feel right to you. I have been keeping herps for 40 years and don't know of any other business that does such a great job and really invests in making sure that you are satisfied as their consumer. They have me hooked and I will keep ordering and receiving animals from them. They are just top shelf awesome!

The baby Tegus I ordered arrived today and we couldn't be more pleased. The Tegus are healthy and active. The customer service was great. I give them 5 stars, Great company...

I ordered a Pacman Frog and the tank set up, everything arrived perfectly and the frog was perfectly fine and healthy. I will definitely buy from them again!

My ICE tegu came fast, alive, and very healthy. Running about within 2 minutes. Not aggressive at all. Wonderful animal. Would recommend Underground Reptiles to anyone.
