Underground reptiles had the exact tortoise I was looking for! Best price and even called to see how the turtle was doing when it arrived. If I'm ever in the market for another reptile I'll be purchasing from them again.

I ordered 3 dart frogs on Friday, and they processed and shipped within a few hours, and arrived less than 24 hours later, on the other side of the country. I can't think of another company that ships animals faster. Apart from the shipping, the frogs are in great health, and were packaged wonderfully. There isn't another company out there that can pair this level of high quality animals with top notch customer support. I would highly recommend them for all your reptile and amphibian needs.

My first time ordering from them. I love it. Bearded Dragon was nice and healthy... Shipment was perfectly fine. Came on time. No problems they even answer their phones lol will be continuing to spend my bread with them.

I got 3 baby yellow belly sliders I'm so in love with them. There so tiny and are getting along with my red belly baby's I've just got recently also. They sent me a text letting me know they arrived. I've done business with Underground Reptiles for probably close to 8 years now. I've visited the store a number of times and have had some of my best pets in my collection purchased online and have never had any issues. It's a pretty busy store but the employees will still help you as much as they can and this goes for online as well. I just received an albino male bci yesterday. He's a gorgeous snake with a great temperament and no health issues. He's awesome!

I have a ball python that I rescued about 4 years ago. She came to me small and thin. She was also a picky eater and could not shed completely on her own. I tried several sources for frozen feeder rats and I had a difficult time getting her to eat on a regular basis; until I ordered from Underground Reptiles. I was immediately Impressed with their packaging. The rats are organized; not just tossed in a bag. My snake now eats twice a week and just last month she shed all by herself. She has never been healthier. In fact, my vet says she is a tad chunky, but I can live with that. I am happy with my purchases (as well as the customer service!) and will continue to but my frozen feeder rats here.

As always underground reptiles did a great job packaging my reptiles to ensure they all arrived alive and healthy. If you are on the fence about using them just go ahead and place your order, you won't find anyone better who cares about the animals they sell.

Receive a female Emerald Swift through UPS overnight. She arrived in a state of what appeared to be false hibernation. Contacted the company, who responded right away via email. My swift unfortunately did not survive but, while she was received an email very day from Ryan B checking on her and asking questions to try and figure out what was going on. Things can happen in transit. Specially going from coast to coast. Received a new Swift today and she is doing great.

Ahhh! I love these little babies so much! I ordered 2 Mississippi map hatchlings and i thought it was pretty neat i got a female and male. The shipping was faster than i expected. They were very active and healthy from what i can tell. They're still getting used to their tank, but other than that i just adore them!

I bought a Brazilian rainbow boa and it was an amazing experience dealing with underground reptiles. The people are very kind and helpful they made sure by snake came to my door alive and healthy. I recommend them to anyone interested In getting an animal shipped. Awesome place awesome people

The process was fast and easy. Literally perfect, my baby pink belly side neck came in great condition. It is healthy and full of life once he was put in his little habitat we made for him. Point blank simple I will order again. My fiance loved her gift and we will now order from here instead of normal pet stores. He immediately cane out his shell and got in the water. We love it!

I received my two Russian Tortoises and they are so cute! Their a little shy at the moment but they'll get use to me soon and they love crawling around the house. Underground shipped them quickly and very safely and I'll be ordering more from them soon. So far so good! Definitely looks good and great prices for my new babies! Male and female too

I received my baby tortoise in good condition and faster than I expected. Amazing customer service because they called me once it was delivered to make sure everything was okay. Also they gave me some care advices and told me to contact them if any questions. I'm glad I bought at this amazing store.

I ordered 3 baby iguanas one arrived not alive buy contacted underground reptiles to let them know within the 2-hour window herb delivery I had no problem with the service that was giving to me they sent another iguana to me the next day with no cost to me and they were very polite when I spoke to them in my opinion this is a good place to order you're reptiles and get great service

This could just be it settling in (my baby hypo inferno bearded dragon)but it's been at my place for almost a week and is only eating 5 or less crickets in one feeding session (note it would only eat in one feeding session) or won't eat at all and now it's looking a bit Ill. I done my research and been doing everything right but it could just be stressed still. (Even tho it was eating on its first day and has been declining) she's going to the vet this Friday to check for parasites. She's very pretty tho

I placed a order for 2 water turtles for my grandchildren, from placing the order until they were delivered it was a breeze. Both turtles are doing great and I have two happy grands. I would highly recommend using this company very reliable.

As I was skeptical to order live amphibians again after my previous experience receiving sick ones from a different website I took the chance and ordered anyways. When received and was very active and was up to par with how they arrived. Customer service is awesome as well, everyone I talked to was nice and polite. Thanks underground!

I placed my order for a turtle, and it was delivered in less than 18 hours! Was even provided tracking info to see my turtle's journey to get here. Turtle looks great. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Extremely happy with my purchase. They contacted me in advance to make sure I was still good to be there, and to address the weather/heat for the day of delivery. I received shipping info both from UPS and Underground Reptiles, both by text and email, so I felt in the loop the whole time, and she looks great! I can't wait to watch her grow.

I ordered 6 sand geckos yesterday. They came today in good condition. I did actually order a similar species but these guys were sent instead. I still give a 5-star rating as I was also looking into this species and will love these even more. I asked several questions before the order and always got a quick response. I will order again from this company.
