Underground Reptiles

I ordered a bearded dragon back in Jan and they didn't ship because of the weather which I get so I called today a month later since the weather is getting nice and they said they would ship with today or the next day which was great! Only to get a call a few hours later saying they are sold out of all bearded dragons! Won't be coming back here.

I was hesitant to order as some of the reviews weren't the greatest but I ordered anyway since I've always loved turtles. I ordered the three pack of red eared sliders. I paid for overnight shipping with Ups and my turtles were on their way. I had one problem and it was due to ups not delivering my package on time, they misplaced my package and it had to be delayed a day or so. But my turtles finally arrived they are thriving and came really lively and ready to move and swim. Amazing and safe packaging for the turtles they were kept warm and moist. Definitely will order again for sure! Amazing company! They came so small the same size as a quarter, the cutest little turtles ever, so in love.

Im a business owner who put in many orders in the past. Their animals come very unhealthy and half of them die. They do usually make it right but they still are always low quality animals. I recently made a insect purchase because i havent had issues in the past with those, but my recent order they shorted me over 100 dollars worth of insects and wont make it right. Very irritated with this company and will never do business with them again.

Was worried because of the extreme heat for the safe delivery of the turtle hatchling... the package arrived next day early afternoon due to a delay with ups... thank goodness he arrived alive and well! Was packaged with care... kept cool and my granddaughter is thrilled with her new buddy! Will definitely recommend!

I order a sulcata tortoise it's was very sleepy when it arrived then gradually popped up it has been eating and sleeping. My daughter whom was scared of a box turtle loves this little sulcata. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase.

Ordered two Russian Tortoises online. The communication was outstanding about the order and delivery. Shipping process was great and when received the tortoises look healthy, clean and active. Will be ordering again from Underground Reptiles for sure. A+

The snake came in today perfect health clean and she is very handle able i was even told the feeding cycle and i was called by underground to make sure i received her and to make sure she arrived in perfect health

My new baby Sulcata arrived this morning well fed, healthy with clear eyes, I will definitely be ordering again I was hesitant reading all the bad reviews but did you ever think it was the mail service that kill the animals?

Great service! My new turtle arrived the next day, and was exactly what I expected and ordered. They texted me after my order was received, when my order shipped and after it was delivered. I just ordered 2 more turtles. Would buy from this seller again without any reservations.

This was my first time ordering. I order to Tarantula slings. They arrived alive in excellent packaging. The slings look great and I'm so excited to watch them grow. When I had a question about my order I got a response fast. Overall great customer service, excellent packaging, and healthy looking slings. That's an A+ in my book.

Our little baby arrived this morning! It appears to be in good health and is very feisty! Underground Reptiles is quick to respond by phone and email and the staff are friendly! They even called me this morning to check on the delivery and make sure everything was good.

I recently purchased a pair of Russian Torts and even though there was a small glitch with the order it was quickly resolved. This was my first time purchasing from Underground Reptiles and in a way I am happy there was a little problem. It tells you a lot about a company by how they handle the problem and how quickly they resolve it. In my case things were corrected ASAP to my complete satisfaction. I look forward to purchasing from Underground again as soon as a couple of things I'm interested in become available. Once again good job Underground..

I received a Indian spotted turtle on 8-11-20 the turtle was visibly sick on the day he came I immediately contacted them sent emails and pictures and they told me the turtle look fine and blew me off I am a loyal customer with this company and have been for a few years and I would like to say this was my first bad experience out of many and I am truly heartbroken in the way they handled me and my concerns. Hopefully they correct this problem.

These axolotls are the cheapest i have found and at first i appreciated that i could pick my delivery date. However, the order was delayed by a whole day; not really a big deal, but I took a day off work because I was told they were going to show up at any point in that day. I bought two of these babies on a Monday, picked Thursday to have them to be delivered. One of them was apparently 'out of stock' completely understandable, but I bought them almost a week in advanced and the most logical thing to do was to set one aside for me; right? They then further asked if I wanted one of the same breed of the other one I bought, but they were out of stock too. Asked for a refund and still has not happened. Overall short customer service representatives. Would recommend paying more for more quality shipping, handling, and service...

I ordered one little baby from these guys and he came to us ICE COLD with their so called "heat"pack. I told them that the pack he was sent with, was freezing cold and they tried to tell me it's supposed to absorb any heat/cold. Awful customer service. They keep asking for pictures of the tank set up when we clearly stated that it arrived ICE COLD and DEAD. Please don't buy unless you plan to lose $500 with poor customer service care.

I ordered a baby northern blue tongue skink from here a few weeks ago and it came with a mite infestation, a respiratory infection, and it pooped a few sticks the length of its own body out. It also had a few damaged scales but that should hopefully go away and it grows.

This was a good experience. I preferred a female Russian tortoise who arrived on time and in good condition. The price was good and the sellers are very informative on the process(although you do need to read). The only thing I didn't like was the 2 dollar charge for text updates. That was pretty petty and I won't select that option in the future. I do lab on doing business with them again!

I got my 3 baby chams today along with my 3 baby slider turtles. There So cute was super friendly walked right on my hand to get outta tranport containers. Will order again. (Turtles I put in some water while doing setup)

I ordered a goliath pink toe tarantula and it shipped the same day. She arrived today and she looks absolutely beautiful. Packaged professionally and great service. I recommend to anyone looking to buy online.

I purchased, well tried to purchase, dwarf geckos, only to get a call saying they didnt have them in stock, therefore why not take these day geckos; knowing full well that their upkeep is much more hands on. That was 6 months ago. Now i was in the market for skinks and a jackson chameleon. Again, I get a phone call stating they have no skinks available. But dont worry! The Jackson chameleon is still in stock. 1 day later I get the chameleon burnt to a crisp and dead. You know the response i got back, well sorry we have a lot of animals and its hard to keep track of all of them. This company should be shut down for the blatant disregard to there consumers and there retiles.

As a turtle enthusiast, I would like to say that Underground Reptiles is the place for you and your reptiles needs. The online department is friendly and courteous. Can't say enough about the great way I was treated. Matt took my order and took the time to answer all my questions beyond all expectations. I was lucky enough to visit the actual store last month in Deerfield, Fl and even though it was near closing they took time for me and no rushing. WOW! I enjoy the mud/musk turtles because of their size and they had plenty plus a great selection of other turtles. The sunsets are beautiful there. After the sun does go down, go treat yourself to a new pet turtle or other reptile (the selection is amazing) and enjoy. Underground Reptiles Rocks. David

I recently ordered an ice tegu from underground reptiles and could not be more satisfied. I was notified with the tracking number and when it was shipped out and delivered. I received the tegu the next day at the estimated time of arrival. Best prices for tegus around. The one I ordered came very active and alert and ate on the first day.
