We had awesome customer service and no issues whatsoever, unlike previous place. My son received his crabs within 18 hours of ordering them, they are alive and healthy and he is so happy, will only use them from now on.
If feel dumb and deceived for trusting this website and shame on me for not looking at reviews before I ordered. I surprised my wife with a Tokay Gecko, was so excited and relieved him with in 24 hrs of ordering. Upon arrival he was extremely skinny and very underweight. Being reptile owners we were upset but sprung into action and did everything possible to bring him back. He was 12 inches and only weighed 68gr. Being that long and age he should have been close to 120g at least. Not knowing anything about his living conditions prior we just figured of course they didn't feed them well. We got him in his enclosure and gave him about 4-5 days to acclimate to his home. During the time we gave him crickets, supermorms and roaches. He would strike but not eat or put it in his mouth shake and spit them out. After day 5 we decided to take the chance and get him out. We'd get him to open his mouth and toss in a worm here and there. We thought it was a win because he ate them. The problem after handling him he was so weak so we'd put him back and give him a couple days. This went on for a day short of a month when he passed away while trying to feed him. My heart breaks because we pour 1000% into our babies and we could not save him. We thought he was getting better and moving more but in the end we believe he was just hanging onto a string. I feel so sad, mad and down right heart broken about losing Arceus. He will forever be a God to us but we will never tell anyone to buy from Underground reptiles and will be deleting anything to do with them. NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER!
I ordered 2 baby ball pythons and it was easy and they got here fast. Healthy snakes and very beautiful. Definetly will be ordering from them again.

This is my first time going through this company to purchase a snake. I currently own 5.3 pythons and 2 venomous. I've owned these snakes for quite some time with no issues, fast forward to ordering a new rattlesnake, I had been waiting months for them to get their diamond back rattlesnakes back in and when they did I jumped the opportunity, I only wish I would have read the fine print. The store has been professional and very helpful, I want to make it clear I don't blame this business for my mistake. My only complaint about this process is now the knowledge that I need to posses a permit to own a snake? I'm sure this is just standard protocol, I would just suggest that you read everything because their website is very well done and if you pay enough attention, they warn you about possible permits or restrictions. I'm really bummed out I spent a lot of money on getting a safe set up for this guy and now a permit is keeping me from getting it delivered, and from what I read you can't even buy another permit here in Oregon after 2011, which doesn't even specify a rattlesnake as an exotic pet or something you can't own, I literally can't find that anywhere. My state of dwelling and my ignorance is to blame, this company is top notch and offers top notch items. As I mentioned earlier my only complaint was my ignorance to my states laws, which are more than confusing and don't say anywhere that I can't own a rattlesnake if I purchase it and take care of it accordingly and responsibly, I'm confused how I was able to acquire the snakes I have now to be honest. You know, either way, great selection and the people are on top of their business. Hopefully I am able to get this resolved but either way I hold no hard feelings for a situation I should have been aware of, even if it is not specific and does not say I cannot own a rattlesnake. Oregon sucks, this reptile store should be able to sell me a snake if I choose to buy it and it shouldn't be any of Oregon's business. Anyways, if I knew how to acquire these made up permits I would already have one, but no where does it say I need a permit in Oregon to own a rattlesnake. My state sucks, I want to live in Florida. Just read the print about permits and your state laws, I thought I had it figured out and by the time I was expecting my animal to be here I was instead receiving phone calls to see my permit I had no idea I needed to own venomous snakes, because I already own 2. They are a good, reputable company I don’t want to dog them for something that ultimately comes back to me. I am not sure what to do about this situation but I’m sure things will get worked out.
