We had awesome customer service and no issues whatsoever, unlike previous place. My son received his crabs within 18 hours of ordering them, they are alive and healthy and he is so happy, will only use them from now on.
If feel dumb and deceived for trusting this website and shame on me for not looking at reviews before I ordered. I surprised my wife with a Tokay Gecko, was so excited and relieved him with in 24 hrs of ordering. Upon arrival he was extremely skinny and very underweight. Being reptile owners we were upset but sprung into action and did everything possible to bring him back. He was 12 inches and only weighed 68gr. Being that long and age he should have been close to 120g at least. Not knowing anything about his living conditions prior we just figured of course they didn't feed them well. We got him in his enclosure and gave him about 4-5 days to acclimate to his home. During the time we gave him crickets, supermorms and roaches. He would strike but not eat or put it in his mouth shake and spit them out. After day 5 we decided to take the chance and get him out. We'd get him to open his mouth and toss in a worm here and there. We thought it was a win because he ate them. The problem after handling him he was so weak so we'd put him back and give him a couple days. This went on for a day short of a month when he passed away while trying to feed him. My heart breaks because we pour 1000% into our babies and we could not save him. We thought he was getting better and moving more but in the end we believe he was just hanging onto a string. I feel so sad, mad and down right heart broken about losing Arceus. He will forever be a God to us but we will never tell anyone to buy from Underground reptiles and will be deleting anything to do with them. NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER!
Underground reptiles was not my first choice because of some of reviews I had read. However, I'm thankful that I did order from them. I received 3 follow up calls to check that I had received the Orange & Blue Iguanas that I had ordered. The gentleman that I spoke with gave me instructions to care for them the next several days so that they could calm down and transition to their new living quarters. So, I have to say that i've had a very positive experience with them. Both iguanas are eating and thriving.
Our baby slider turtles arrived on time and are so cute and healthy. They've already adjusted to their new home and seem to love their pond and basking rocks. Would highly recommend Underground Reptiles. Great communication and fast friendly replies to any questions! I have some very happy boys who love their new babies

Both chameleons arrived in great condition, very thirsty, but in this weather, to be expected. They settled into their enclosures and started eating right away. They're larger than expected... should have gotten medium crickets instead of small. Thanks for the great service, will definitely order again.

They were so prompt with keeping me informed about my order and new family members. All arrived well packaged and seemingly healthy. Maybe a little tired of being in a box for a day but good all the same. The toads are huge! The turtles tiny! Just like was advertised. I will definitely go with underground reptile for future purchases.
P.S. The wide array of animals offered alone is worth checking them out. You never know, you might find your new pet!

We ordered a baby green iguana. I was very skeptical at first about shipping live animals but we were so pleased to see how fast it came. The UPS driver really handled the package with care and we had our healthy baby iguana in its new home super fast. Thank you Underground Reptiles!

Have bought in a total of 6 turtles from them. One of which had its tail bent and came off halfway (Snapping Turtle). Not sure what happened, though the turtle is fine and healthy. Other than that specific problem, I had no other issue with these guys.

I ordered my cane toad two days ago and got it today in the mail. Underground reptiles was definitely the cheapest. Although my toad is alive and kicking, it is VERY skinny. You can see it's poor bones poking out from under its skin. I get that the toad hasn't eaten for 12 hours but it shouldn't be that skinny. Underground reptiles should maybe do a better job feeding/taking care of their animals. Other than that, great purchase. I am planning on fattening up my toad so they're healthy again.

We take steps prior to shipping to make sure that does not happen but sometimes it does and we apologize. It looks like you are taking proper steps and rehydrate this animal. Talked to Ryan and tom, both were helpful in assisting me over the phone. Tom said he would make sure i got a healthy cham, even said he was going to hand pick the little guy himself (nice gesture). About 14hrs later i had a package in my hands. The chameleon looks great and very healthy. 2 Minutes after being in his new home, already eating crickets from my fingers and shortly after took what i would call a healthy looking poop. All good signs. Thank you everyone who helped.

My daughter wanted a green iguana for her birthday, she and I researched the needs of an iguana for about six months and planned to purchase one from a local store. During our research we ran across Underground Reptile's web site because they had a lot of useful information on how to take care of an iguana. That's when it happened, we discovered the blue iguana, wow do they look awesome. My daughter decided that she wanted a blue iguana so we went around to a couple of local stores but they only had green iguanas. With the Covid outbreak I was a little leery about purchasing a live animal online. But Underground Reptiles came through for us, they responded within 24 hours to my purchase that I made on a Sunday. The blue iguana was shipped next day air that Monday and received it the following Tuesday. But wait there's more, they kept in touch with me the whole way, by email and text, thanks Peter W! I will be a returning customer for sure.

Just received my Baby Asian Water Monitor and he looks so cool. Seems to be perfect and with the size of his head and mouth, he'll have no problem eating the big boy Cricket's. Really love this guy and Underground Reptiles. A big plus with Underground Reptiles that I love, is that you can call them and actually talk to someone... not like some of the other places that will not talk to you on the phone. With Underground Reptiles you get personal attention that shows they care about the animal and the customer.

My 13-year-old daughter wanted to raise a baby mud turtle. We were super nervous about ordering online! After reading the reviews about Underground Reptiles, we felt safe to purchase her turtle online. Then came the worry about how it would be shipped, how it would survive etc. The process was amazingly reassuring! I was given updates every step of the way and knew exactly where our little turtle was until he arrived safely at our home! Immediately out of the container he was alert and active! Today is the second day with him and he is eating and adjusting well to his new environment! Highly recommend using Underground Reptiles!

Ordered and came the next day! So efficiently and quickly. The turtles were very well packaged. The box was labeled that there was live animals inside & to be careful with arrows pointing to which side UP. They were healthy and happy upon arrival!

Im so appreciative of underground reptiles, a month ago i paid for two turtles through reptile city inc and the took my money and never sent my two turtles. So after doing more intensive research found underground reptiles and prayed everything would go right thus time so i ordered 1 turtle and a a lighting fixture and as planned my lil baby chase arrived this morning ahead of schedule. He looks good and healthy and has already started eating a lil of the food i placed in his tank. Proud turtle mom here will definitely shop here again.

I've bought one other turtle previously, baby Florida soft shell. I'm pretty sure it's a female so I'll be shipping her back to Florida to be released at some point which is why I thought I'd get myself a baby mud turtle. All of which I've owned multiple of in the past. This baby turtle came and first thing I notice is the hind leg seems infected. Not sure what happened but the poor thing was missing half it's foot. This is all during a pandemic and so I did my best to treat it. Finally once that seems to get better I notice shell rot. This whole thing has been quite the mission, I'm not sure what kind of living conditions they are in but it doesn't seem good.
