We had awesome customer service and no issues whatsoever, unlike previous place. My son received his crabs within 18 hours of ordering them, they are alive and healthy and he is so happy, will only use them from now on.
If feel dumb and deceived for trusting this website and shame on me for not looking at reviews before I ordered. I surprised my wife with a Tokay Gecko, was so excited and relieved him with in 24 hrs of ordering. Upon arrival he was extremely skinny and very underweight. Being reptile owners we were upset but sprung into action and did everything possible to bring him back. He was 12 inches and only weighed 68gr. Being that long and age he should have been close to 120g at least. Not knowing anything about his living conditions prior we just figured of course they didn't feed them well. We got him in his enclosure and gave him about 4-5 days to acclimate to his home. During the time we gave him crickets, supermorms and roaches. He would strike but not eat or put it in his mouth shake and spit them out. After day 5 we decided to take the chance and get him out. We'd get him to open his mouth and toss in a worm here and there. We thought it was a win because he ate them. The problem after handling him he was so weak so we'd put him back and give him a couple days. This went on for a day short of a month when he passed away while trying to feed him. My heart breaks because we pour 1000% into our babies and we could not save him. We thought he was getting better and moving more but in the end we believe he was just hanging onto a string. I feel so sad, mad and down right heart broken about losing Arceus. He will forever be a God to us but we will never tell anyone to buy from Underground reptiles and will be deleting anything to do with them. NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER!
Came very well packaged and in a timely manner. Plenty of dry ice, there was no chance my order would be thawed. They informed me of every step of the process of ordering/shipping by email and text. Very happy with my initial purchase. The attention to detail will bring me back for more feeders, and possibly an animal on the future.
I was hesitant to order a baby tortoise through the mail from another state. However, they (Underground) are legit and I have a happy kid now with an awesome pet that even I have learned to enjoy! Very professional, exact, and smooth as could be purchasing experience. No trying to up-sale unnecessary items, just what we wanted and arrived in a day as happy and healthy as I could have ever imagined. Do not have concerns about using this business. It was super easy to order exactly what I wanted the over night shipping was great except that the ups driver didn't let me know they arrived. Once everything g was set up for the critters I actually received a call to make sure I was satisfied and there were no problems. Absolutely recommend!

Went with my 12yr old son to buy his first Regal Jumping Spider. They were all very nice, knowledgeable and available for the 100 questions we had. He bought his enclosure, habitat, and his spider about 2 months ago and we are super happy with our new little friend! I would recommend Underground Reptiles they were great!

I ordered a Russian Tortoise from Underground Reptiles for my son's birthday. I had never ordered a live animal before, and I was a bit nervous about it. She was shipped overnight and arrived healthy. I received a called from Underground Reptiles to make sure she had arrived and was safe. She has been with us for a month now (even went on a family road trip in her travel cage). She is active and friendly. I was very happy with my experience with this company. I would order from them again.

For the longest time I only ordered through one company but after looking around I decided to take a chance on somewhere new and its been wonderful. A minor hiccup or 2 on my end but they have been great and responsive! Loving my new pets!

My order was shipped right out and I got notifications along the way, so that I didn't have to wonder what was going on. When UPS encountered a delay, I called UG reptiles, and they were very helpful and reassuring. Then, they called me to let me know about the delay. They reminded me of my live arrival guarantee. My chameleon arrived in great shape. Alert and well. I will definitely buy from here again.
We do have a rep constantly checking to make sure the packages have no issues in transit. If we do see a delay, we let you know and call UPS to get to the bottom of it for you. Ordered a chinese cave gecko and paid for text alerts didn't receive a text til after package had arrived almost an hour later. I quickly put the gecko in its enclosure when I checked on the animal the next day I looked closely and both eyes were infected one was bleeding the other was green. The gecko was weak, malnourished and could barely move and did not eat. I was left sickened by having a animal that clearly sick and die within a day.
I purchased 2 red eared sliders. I reached out with a couple of questions about our tank set up. I was given excellent advice and the sliders are so happy and active. I will use Underground Reptile again without question.

On my birthday my parents ordered me the baby rainbow jackson's chameleon and when it got to my house it only lived for 2 days! As a teenager I was met with so many mixed emotions I was sad, furious and overall frustrated that would be my first chameleon. My father called Underground Reptiles and they said they only guarantee 100% live arrival but not the first few days when it arrives. Do NOT recommend but I will try and order again
Very good service. The turtle arrived healthy and clean. I recommended this place to friends and family. The only thing that my son would like to know if the turtle is male or female and what is it's birth date. I wish we could receive this info with the shipment.

I have bought from underground reptiles twice now. Both times the reptiles came in perfectly healthy and packaged professionally. My first order was three baby Nile monitors and the second order a few months later was a baby gold Tegu. They even called me to ask about how the order was received. They ship overnight and communicate very well. I will for sure be ordering more in the future.

I ventured off to find a turtle, but I had high expectations. I didn't want to Just ANY turtles, I wanted them to be healthy, active, cared for. I used to have 2 babies until they were kept from me after a breakup. It had strong sentimental value. I found different websites but all had concerning reviews & no response from the company. I found this place and after reading some reviews I decided to give it a try. And I'm glad I did! They kept me posted on the entire shipment process, I received my yellow belly babies overnighted. They were kept safe & the packaging was perfect for the travel to Cali. I received 2 healthy & active turtles & they are swimming around as we speak. I even got a phone call as soon as they were delivered to ensure I'd received them! Thank you for the gift of joy in a box! I will surely be back for any pet needs in the future!
