Underground Reptiles

I ordered turtles from underground reptiles and at first i though they were healthy so i gave good reviews. Unfortunately few days later after close supervision i realized that they were sick. Most have trouble breathing, soft shell, and their eyes are closed most of the time. I also noticed pimple like growth on their head or neck and i contacted underground reptiles about that and they did not care. Packaging for the turtles were also terrible, they were put in a back with damp paper and when i opened the bag some were upside down with their eyes closed. I was really disappointed. One of them unfortunately passed away and the others are still sick. I don; t have a choice but to take them to a vet for treatment

My first purchase of a red eyed tree frog and also from Underground Reptiles I wasn't sure what to expect ordering amphibians out of state. I was not disappointed in the service from start to finish. Delivery on time an before noon. I witnessed the ups man throw her on my porch i ran out an opened immediately to make sure she was ok. And she is. She is very active an ate right away. I cant wait to start this new journey.

I got three nile monitors. I asked for 2 female and a male. Although you can't be positive, I would say that's what they sent me. They went the extra mile. Great size and all three of them ate on the second day. I could not be happier. The price was the best on the internet and the delivery was super fast. They even checked back after the delivery to make sure everything was good. I would not buy my reptiles from anyone else.

When I was looking to get a baby turtle I was very unsure if this site and any other. I wanted to make sure to get a healthy animal and keep it safe while shipping. This place was great and I got my turtle exactly as expected and he is so wonderful. If you're worried about this then go with underground reptiles. I promise it'll be great!

I was really nervous about ordering my cane toad online, especially since it's so hot in Arizona. I communicated with someone who was very helpful about shipping in the 100+ degree weather and went ahead and took a chance with it. My toad came perfect! She's so beautiful and I really thank underground reptiles for their great customer service! You can really tell they care a lot about their animals!

I ordered a mangrove snake from Underground and they were very responsive to all/any questions that I had and shipped my order out next day for delivery. I am now the proud owner of a baby mangrove snake!

I received my amphibian I'm good condition, fast of course, and very pleased with what I received. I highly recommend this site for any sort or reptiles or amphibian purchasing. They also give you some guide on the animal.

I would highly recommend this place, if you are looking for a reptile. The staff is very friendly and they pack the reptile nice and secure. I absolutely love my bearded dragon, the colors are amazing. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I was weary ordering our Red ear slider's from an online website, but underground reptiles was awesome. They were very professional and kept me up to date the whole process from ordering-shipping-delivery. I will be ordering from them in the future!

Good prices nice selection. Just purchased 2 baby Brazilian horned frogs. They look great. A few weeks ago I purchased 3 South America CB horned frogs they are doing great. If you are looking for nice animals and also unusual creatures Underground Reptiles makes it happen.

So we received the scorpions as soon as they arrived. 1 was flipped over in its case and unresponsive (it was dead). The other was very very weak and barley moving. I reached out to their customer service and at first they just wanted pictures of the scorpions. After I sent the pictures, they wanted pictures of the tank setup, which makes 0 sense because they arrived in poor condition to begin with. The wanted pictures of my setup so they could blame their deaths on me. I asked for a refund and they kept asking for pictures of the tank setup. You would think they would be able to send 2 more scorpions or refund me since they arrived the way they did. Blaming the customer is not a good look. I've purchased scorpions off of other sites and they are still alive. This is the last time I will ever do business with your company. Thanks for taking days to respond to my email and failure to answer my phone calls.

I've ordered from them a few times and each time was amazing! I've only had one issue and they were understanding and fixed everything for me. Very great, i will continue to be a customer for underground as they're an amazing company and always has what i'm looking for.

I happened upon Underground Reptiles when an order of frozen mice for my snake (from a different vendor) was over a week late to ship with no tracking info. I was panicking - I just moved to a remote town with no way to obtain frozen mice - that I know of, at this time. I figured I'd order another batch from a new vendor and hope they would arrive, and soon. Wonderfully, they did! They arrived the next day, packed well in dry ice and still frozen. I am thankful to have happened upon Underground Reptiles and will continue to purchase from them.

They arrived in good shape, and have been adjusting to their new home pretty good. They ate on their 2nd day here! Ate right out of my hand too! I'm happy with my order and my kids love them too. We look forward to watching our savannahs grow & having them many years to come. We named them Brutus & Nero from the Disney film The Rescuers

My order including shipping did not reach 300
Which I did not notice that that was thier policy
They within 3 min to let me know about the min. I declined to up the order too 300, then they said they would refund my money minus 15 percent, what a scam the only thing the did was process the card which should be automated. On my receipt it does not say anything about a restock fee, so that scammed 21 dollars from me.

I had found these guys in YouTube a few years ago and really just fell in love with there store, through Tyler Nolan I rediscovered the shop and decided it was finally time to place an order, the animal arrived in super safe packaging within under 24 hours of me placing the order. Will be ordering from them again in the future for sure.

I bought some animals from UR on a Saturday, they delivered on Tuesday, exactly as promised.

Order 3 snapping turtles all came in one container not separated one turtle looked to have been hatched a few days before shipping to me it died in less then 24 hours 72 hours turtle 2 died and in just over a week the last one has died.

I love my Red-Eared Slider! She came on time and super fast. As soon as I got her in her tank she immediately started swimming around. She's super energetic and very aware of when I come into the room and will lift her head up to look at me and say hi. I will definitely use Underground Reptiles again!

I have been wanting to keep a inferno dunner bearded dragon for 10 years, and it finally happened. The price was reasonable so I jumped on it, and I was SUPER glad I did. He came in alert and healthy, he also ate like a champ on the first day. The next day he ate one more meal than yesterday. I am so glad he came in not in any rough shape, love what your company is selling and I will be a returning customer for sure.
