Underground Reptiles

I got a baby blue axanthic iguana today 1/28/20, iguana arrived active and healthy. As soon as I opened the bag I was able to hand feed it, and hold it with no issues. Currently it is learning it's new habitat and enjoying the Vegas sun. The coloration is getting more blue as it was slightly greyed from shipment stress. Very pleased with this reptile.

My mother had won a blue tarantula on auction from 100 to 40 and was super excited to receive it. Only when it came, it was incredibly dead. Two days of customer service and nothing was offered and my mother was told she was out of luck. This interaction she had one time with this company has made me never want to do business with this company and I shall be telling everyone.

I was first iffy about ordering online but I started doing my research and happen to come across you guy's. My baby Tegu and baby Tarantule came in healthy and already eating properly. Only problem I have is the Tegu came a little too skittish and already bit me 3 times trying to handle, but that all comes with the love for reptiles. She must get used to me. I will be purchasing from you guy's again for sure soon, Thank you for making my experience fast and easy.

I had been looking for an albino hognose for a while, and came across Undergroubd Reptiles. I'm usually wary if I can't see the actual animal, but decided to take a chance given the great price. My snake arrived in perfect condition and is GORGEOUS. They even shipped same day. I honestly could not be happier and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

I just ordered my first animal from underground reptiles (a yellow rat snake) and I was impressed with how fast they got the snake to me and the communication/shipment tracking. The snake also arrived healthy and beautiful.

The Chinese cave gecko is alive! It came healthy and beautiful! Now UPS on the other hand was a pain. They hit a delay and wasn't clear on what happened or where the Gecko was. They said she or he was in the air but 2 hours earlier it was at a place 1 hour from me. Customer service for ups provided no information and I couldn't hear them because they talked in a whisper or very softly. So it just made my stress levels go higher. Then they had the ups store that's 20 minutes from me reach out and that guy and 2 others went the extra mile to help. At the end I had to drive up and was ignored by the lady at the desk. Thank everything that the other people were still there and helped me. She is safe and healthy.

To sum it up, terrible customer service when it comes to dead animals. Signature confirmation needs to go and the customer is always right.
I had a frog die because UPS screwed up the delivery and I the customer needs to pay for that and then buy another animal that will probably die because they can't package animals safely.

Our baby turtle arrived exactly as planned. Watch for the delivery and use tracking so you know when the package arrives, due to Covid 19, the delivery person does not always knock.

I purchased a Nile monitor through UGR roughly a couple weeks ago. I was nervous due to some reviews both online and from working in the reptile business previously. The monitor came packed well in a basic container surrounded by fluffy material to minimize movement of the container. The only thing that didn't seem right with me was when he was delivered the UPS worker didn't ring or knock, nor have me sign for the package. Thankfully the tracking updates were awesome so I knew when to be expecting my monitor, he arrived about 20 mins past the ETA. I'm not sure if me not signing for the package was an UGR issue, but more of a UPS error. Either way the monitor is doing well, arrived healthy and ate right away. I'm very pleased with my purchase and UGR customer service, a lady named Dani contacted me to follow up on the shipment the day after arrival to assure everything was good and I think that was awesome. I think UGR has definitely stepped up in the last couple years.

Ordered a turtle for my son and he arrived the next day in perfect condition and healthy. He's such a cute little dude! Would recommend to anyone looking for a turtle! Will use them in the future for sure.

I ordered a male veiled chameleon and asked several times through email for pictures and they were lagging on it for quite a while. When I finally received my chameleon, it was going all over the cage and especially in the pot of dirt the plant was in. I called again to make sure it was a male veiled chameleon and they said it was. Here I am ten months later comparing the chameleon I have to a male veiled chameleon at 10 months, realizing I was given a female. How do you know you might ask? Well, female chameleons dig up dirt to lay eggs, their veil grows smaller, and they present less color. I am very disappointed in this purchase and I have no other choice but to continue raising this moody chameleon of mine.

Every time I order from these guys I always get my animals on time and they always arrive alive and healthy. On top of all this they supply very high quality animals at very affordable prices compared to other companies. I'd highly recommend underground reptiles and I will be buying from them again.

A last minute decision to use UGR and I'm glad I did. I put the wrong billing address and they made it a easy fix. I was able to still get my order on time.

We recently ordered a Blue Tongue Skink from them and they were quick to reply when we had questions about the order. They're customer service was good and they were really helpful when we had a concern about our animal.

We ordered the aquatic turtle 10 gallon starter set and yellow belly sliders! We received a phone call to inform us of the delivery difference on turtles and tank which was greatly appreciated! My husband and I plan on continue working with them for any future orders. This is the second time we've ordered spiders and frogs from them and they are always well packaged. Which they have to be because they are flying from FL to AK. We had a small hiccup the first order but they worked with us and were very nice. I would reccomend them completely!

After I placed my order online, I promptly got a call from someone at U. R. to discuss delivery arrangements. He was concerned about the hot weather forecast in my area, and wanted to make sure the animal wouldn't be sitting in the hear. We made arrangements for a Fedex pickup, and the animal showed up right on time and in great health. Definitely appreciate the attention to detail.
