There is so much stuff popping up and flashing on the screen it's hard to figure out what you want. Please declutter the interface. - declutter the interface and keep all the extra stuff out the box, I don't want press on nails, lashes, or a robe. All end up in the trash - which ultimately fills the landfill. Please allow for the option to opt out of the extra "gifts" in the delivery box.

Looking forward to the product, but wish it was more customizable with options
I reached out due to receiving hair that was poor quality. I was given a 20% discount. Which was poor given the wig is trash. I've worn it a week and had to condition it 3 times because it's so dry. I want either a new wig or full refund. Every time I was the wig more and more hair is shedding. It's an awful wig.
