I've been a customer of Unice for years and haven't had one bad experience yet. I purchased a unit for my family vacation, but unfortunately the length I wanted wouldn't be available in the time I requested for shipping. I was contacted by the Unice team and they offered a solution literally within an hour of me completing my purchase! I can't wait to receive my wig because I've been looking so blah without my hair 😂
I absolutely LOVED ordering from UNice, the shipping time was wonderful and the customer service was top tier! When the hair finally came i wasn't disappointed at all it was everything i wanted and more, definitely will be ordering again!
I had a wig that was customized with the drawstring. It wasn't going to arrive on time. I reached out to customer support and they was able to adjust my order and give me a new wig that will be here in time. Their customer support is very helpful and met my needs. I will forever shop with Unice!
I ordered a 14-inch closure wig. Someone reached out to me to tell me they was out of stock if I would like to upgrade to a 16inch with no extra cost to me! I can't wait to receive my wig! I will leave another review once I get it
I've been browsing this site for weeks thinking about making a purchase. Once I finally pulled the trigger, I was really pleased with how quick and easy checkout was. I appreciated having all the different types of payment options. This is my first purchase from Unice and I'm hoping everything goes as smoothly as ordering does.
I ordered the wrong item, which was upsetting because my birthday is coming and I waited til the last minute to order. The customer service team quickly fixed my issue and shipped the item I wanted asap!
As for me, l was a little confused at first, on how to order what l wanted.
Company was great with letting me know that my hair would take some time to be made, being that I paid for express shipping they were able to reach out to me and provide me with an alternative option so that my order would be delivered on time.
Product came in a few days very well packaged. Unfortunately my wig was too dark and I had to return it and the return process is not very easy.
There's too many pop ups even while entering vital information.
