I ordered mediums and let's just say it's more extra larges. Also I have to pay to send their crap back now. And it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Won't ever order again from here. Material is stiff as a board too.
Never ever again! One out of 4 sets I could use. The other 3 were so thin and long although all of them the same Cherokee pants I went to return them and found that the return would cost more than the delivery... with less items. I called and told them there was a flaw and they could have cared less. Buyer beware!

I bought scrubs from this company 2 years ago and had a great experience. I purchased a 65/35 poly/cotton blend top (made in Pakistan, #UA71C) that lasted hundreds of washes. Then, when I reordered it (the same 65/35 poly-cotton blend top), it was drastically different. This one was made in Ghana. It looks like a cheap knock-off version of the original. The material is stiff, shiny and transparent in the light. There is ZERO stretch. It's loud as if it's made of plastic. My school uniforms were better than this, and those were free. Even the stitching on the logo is poorly made with a sloppy design. I have no idea why they chose to downgrade their material, but I can only assume it was to save money because the quality is a fraction of what it was. I'm writing this to notify their Quality Assurance team of this problem. I hope they change it back to what it was because I will take my business elsewhere.

Ofcourse the uniforms are fine some are name brand but unless you are 100% sure of your size don't do it. I went by their size chart and had to send everything back because they swallowed me and received a refund of half of what I paid! The return shipping was 8.99 and on top of that they kept an additional 4.00 per item. That's pretty crappy for a mail order company and I returned everything tags intact they were on my body 2 seconds

I ordered scrubs in mid May and it's now late August. And I'm still dealing with my order not being sent in its entirety. I called several times and received numerous emails stating that my items were either in backorder or sold out. So I called a few days ago and thought the issue was solved. In true Uniform Advantage form they screwed up again. I demanded a refund because the took the money from my account, and that was like pulling teeth. Thank goodness there are other companies that can provide you with scrubs and decent customer service.

I have never bought anything from this page as my colored scrub which is beige binding black is not available here... currently here in Fiji we are not been supply with our scrub uniform since our national uniform centre got burnt... last issue of uniform I received was way back in 2016 n right now we facing this covid 19 pandemic which affects our economy... however we would love to wear professional scrub like this someday, so that we can feel comfortable while working especially the nature of working environment we have... thank u
Yes their pricing is good. But they sent the wrong size charged me to ship to me and then charge me again to ship it back. Called customer service to correct. Nothing but sorry. Is this legal. Excellent source of revenue for UA -charge for shipping and still keep the merchandise. Save your money order from somewhere else.

Ua's product is by far the best in style and durability. I typically no not like baggy scrubs and their brand is awesome!
Sizing is my issue. I have a 32" waist which puts me in a medium. The small is great. Love the belt loops and the styling.
UA is the first place I ever got scrubs from. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these scrubs! They continue to hold up even almost 2 years later. I was them with hot water and put them in the dryer and they still look almost new. I have a backup pair but haven't needed to use it. This holds up multiple washes a week as well. It's been a year and the inside labeling has started to peel, and some stitches are loosening on the pants but other than that, 5/5!
I had placed an order for 2 Cherokee top scrubs with the side pockets (convenient for holding the work phone & the other for flushes). After I read all the negative reviews on this website, I was worried that I had put my credit card information on a scam business. The delivery took long, but my scrubs came in as ordered and were in such good condition that I actually wore it out from package as I had night shift that night.
My package came in on the promised date. I'm not sure why this company has such a low rating, but I am a satisfied customer.
I went here because the prices were better than amazon, scrubs.com, and other competitors.
Customer service has no idea what they are doing or how to fix your order. I have returned 5 orders now. First they sent me someone else's order, which has never happened to me in my years of online shopping. Then they sent me my order incorrectly 3 TIMES, THREE. Finally I got the order correct for the most part, except I was sent two scrub pants and not the top I ordered. I returned the stuff for the last time in hopes of an exchange but customer service didn't process my exchange so all in all, they suck. I called the nearest store for help 3 times during business hours and no one picked up. I went IN STORE to see if I could find what I needed during this pandemic. They had a small selection of blue and black scrubs, no other solid colors really.
I'm never wasting my money on them again and you shouldn't either

The material is great on all brands that I purchased. I love that they offer petite sizes; it makes the scrubs more comfortable for me as I work. Shipping is also very fast; it was delivered to my doorstep way sooner than I expected.
It took almost three weeks to receive my order, when i did receive it the pants and top were of very poor quality, size charts are not correct. The return took over three weeks for them to process,. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never order from this company again. Only gave one star because I couldn't give zero stars!
Bought a really cute XS scrub top - saw some reviews stating the sizing is a bit big but wasn't expecting anything too drastic. In reality, the XS 100% looks like it is actually sized as an XL. Total waste of my time and money. They charged $5 to ship it to me, yet expect me to pay $9 for return shipping on a total $12 order (scrub + shipping) if I want to return it for a refund. Complete rip off.
I've ordered scrub tops from here before. Good price. Good fit. This is my second order. I ordered 3 more, same style same size. However, none of them fit. So I sent them back. They say I could exchange, but how do I do that when they don't fit. And then pay shipping twice? Nah.

I have ordered products from uniform advantage three times now and have been unhappy each time. The Butter Soft line is horrible! I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but never again! Always described as soft and stretching in both directions but in reality the material does not stretch at all. I cannot imagine how they can publish this false information. The tops I ordered ran small and I bought Butter Soft pants and they were HUGE! Both in size medium. I received them yesterday and they are on their way back today. Now let's see if they actually refund my money in a timely fashion. I will go to BBB if I have any issues with the refund.

Do not order from these people. They are not willing to help the "customer". After I placed an order and in less than 24 hrs called to change the order as it had not shipped and was a gift for my mom. I was told to bad so sad. I will be sure to pass along this terrible experience as well as my family and business.
I put my order in 20october and it was delivered to my door in New Zealand 3 November! Amazed how fast it arrived from the other side of the world.

I ordered maternity scrubs earlier this year. I was unhappy with the style and they were big on my despite using the measurements on the online size chart. I was disappointed to have to pay an additional $7-8 for the return shipping even though I had paid for the original shipping to get the order to me. Overall just a hassle and not worth the time or money.

Frankly, sometimes it’s only by trial and error that we ultimately find the fit we are looking for. For this reason, we do all we can to assure that our return and exchange process is as hassle-free as possible. If you decide to use the convenient prepaid UPS return shipping label included in your package, we will generally charge $8.99 to cover that shipping cost. Use of this label is optional, but we recommend it since it is trackable and insured (which could become significant if the shipment were to go astray on its way back to us). However, we are happy to process returns that reach us by any carrier.

My merchandise total when I put in my credit card info was $76. After placing my order, my email receipt stated that the merchandise was $95. This smells a lot like fraud to me - be sure what you agreed to pay when you checked out is what they actually billed you for!

Hi Liv: I'm sorry I didn't see this message sooner and that your items didn't fit as expected. This sometimes happens when an item is accidentally mislabeled at the manufacturing plant. Another possibility, is that you purchased one of our loose fitting styles like Style # PC62C. Customers who prefer a more loose fitting garment love this style but it's not for everyone. Please note print styles starting with PC, for example: PC62LWF, will mimic the same loose fit. To guide our customers with product selection, we always mention the type of fit within the product description paragraph.
