I ordered maternity scrubs earlier this year. I was unhappy with the style and they were big on my despite using the measurements on the online size chart. I was disappointed to have to pay an additional $7-8 for the return shipping even though I had paid for the original shipping to get the order to me. Overall just a hassle and not worth the time or money.
My merchandise total when I put in my credit card info was $76. After placing my order, my email receipt stated that the merchandise was $95. This smells a lot like fraud to me - be sure what you agreed to pay when you checked out is what they actually billed you for!

I've never bought anything from Uniform Advatage before but I have won a contest and let me tell you, they are legit! Got the products super fast and the scrubs were so so comfy and soft by light fabric like I love! Definitely worth a buy!
I love using uniform advantage however my last purchase was 2 black tops with 3 toon prints. They all came but my black tops were different. And I ordered quantity of 2 of the same top. Ill make it work ill just be aware of making sure I got what I ordered next time.
It was easy to use the online website. The quality of the scrubs were excellent. I had an item embroidered and it was exactly what I wanted. The best part was after I had ordered, I was sent a catalog to look through. It was an extra something that businesses don't usually do these days.
I always buy my scrubs from uniform advantage. They are sure to give you the best deal around! I have had troubles in the past finding cute, comfortable and color appropriate scrubs but uniform advantage makes it sooo easy to find what you want and need!
I wear size Medium. I ordered 10 pieces, a mix of tops and pants all in Medium. Due to styles and cut some are like a Large. All 10 pieces shipped to me in 1 package. I want to exchange for different size and return but I must either use their shipping label with a MAX of 5 pieces per package and have the 9$ each package deducted from my return or get my own return labels but they MUST be insured. While I read the return policy prior to purchase I was hopeful that my same brands would fit same. I am disappointed that the fits were so unreliable and now I have so many pieces that I can't wear.

While I’m not sure exactly what you ordered, each garment that we sell has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website. The chart indicates the body measurements that each size of that particular style is intended for; it also indicates the inseam length of the pants. This information is intended to help our valued customers make better-informed choices on what size to order, especially when requesting styles that they have not worn before. We recommend that our customers always consult this information for each individual garment when requesting new-to-them styles.
Of course, the Size Chart is only a guide, and personal preference on how we like our clothes to fit also plays a big role. Realistically, sometimes it’s only by trial and error that we ultimately find the perfect fit.
At Uniform Advantage we do try to keep returns and exchanges as hassle-free as possible. If you choose to use our convenient prepaid return shipping label, we will generally charge you an $8.99 fee to cover that shipping cost. (You can always download a second label from our website if you need to send back more than 5 items: https://www.uniformadvantage.com/returns/). Use of this label is optional, but we do recommend it as it is trackable and insured, which can could be important if the package should go astray on its way back to us. However, we are happy to process returns that reach by any carrier, whether insured or not (though we greatly encourage insuring any shipment of value).
We definitely don’t want you to feel that you are “stuck” with garments that you can’t wear. I’d be happy to waive the 8.99 return shipping fee as a courtesy, if that would make the process smoother for you. Uniform Advantage is the only company to sell ankle length scrub skirts and they are fantastic. I am very happy with the customer service. As long as I have been shopping here I only had one issue and they fixed it right away.
I ordered scrubs and long sleeve under shirts 11/28/16. When I received my order my long sleeve under shirts were a completely different brand. I figured mistakes happen and called the company (as the other brand was cheaply made). In total I have called uniform advantage 4 times (3 times resulting in me on the phone for 45 minutes) trying to help them figure out how my order got messed up. Waited to receive my actual order tens prior to shipping the other tips back. TWO months later and still nothing. Finally send their stuff back and told them to refund me as I no longer even wanted my items I had ordered in the first place. Checked to see if I had been refunded and it was $10 off. Are you joking? Never will I order from them again. Mistakes happen but then correct them!
