I ordered on 12.28.2020 and today 1. 28. 2021 still do not have my items, I have to start communication to get information, I was told items were not available and offered 20% off an alternative on the 15th I sent 2 options I would take, over 2 weeks later I still do not have my scrubs, I emailed again last night asking to drop all but 2 items (I ordered 6) and still have not gotten any response. I will not be shopping this company again.
Extremely disappointed with the feel and color shade of the 4 items I rec'd. I ordered two black scrub tops and two black scrub pants... all four items are a different shade of black... this makes it hard to wear as a set. The "Butter Soft" brand is far from soft... it's a stiff material that doesn't flow with body movement. Unfortunately, I washed the items thinking they would "loosen" up to soften them a bit and was even more disappointed on the feel after I washed them.
The return policy does not apply since I washed them on the day I rec'd them. The only good thing about this purchase was the shipping was fast.
Stick to uniform shops in your area if you can so that you an try items on and feel the quality of the material.

I paid $15 in shipping and fees for the clothes to be HUGE on me, so I looked at the return form and they charge $8.99 to return it. After spending a total of $70.96 I'll only be getting $46.95 back. The clothes are scratchy and stiff too. I wish I would've read the reviews first.

I ordered from them online and then noticed that over a week later they had not shipped. Since I needed my scrubs for work, I canceled that order and placed a different one somewhere else. Well, 4 days later, I notice that they've charged my card and shipped out the order. I called customer service and demanded a refund. They did refund my shipping costs right away, but it's been three weeks since I returned the merchandise and they still have not refunded my money. I've never had an online shopping experience like this, and because I'll never order from here again, I likely won't again.
TL; DR: Stay away
I am a private caregiver; I work upwards of 90 hours a week caring for hospice patients. I need scrubs that are as comfortable as they are stylish. I bought four pair of wonder wink scrubs and I am proud to say that they are easy to care for, wear comfortably and look great. It's a comfort to know while my job carries many demands and responsibilities, looking good won't be one of them. Thanks Uniform Advantage.
This has to be one of the worst places I have ever been to. The customer service was horrible inside the store at the Wisconsin location. I called them to speak to the customer service line for the online store since the actual store did not know or want to help me, but the online store was so rude, unhelpful and down right idiotic. The lied to me multiple times and messed up my order. Please do not waste your money at a place like this go literally anywhere else!

Purchased large amount for all the office staff. Pants run very large and not as pictured. We ordered the Unisex UA Flex 2 Pull On Cargo in Navy. The pants seem good quality and are soft, however the cut is very different than pictured on website. On the website they appeared to be a more tapered fit and these absolutely are not. It does concern me, however, to see that you felt misled on the cut and sizing of the item. by any chance? If so, this is pretty much a straight-legged pant, though I agree that that fact is much more apparent on some of the photo views than on others.
If this is, indeed, the product that you purchased, it is a unisex item. In order to be wearable by both men and women, garments of this type are cut larger than a women’s style would be. To avoid any unpleasant surprises like the one you experienced, we always recommend that customers carefully consult the Size Chart & Fit Guide (a link to which appears on each of our product pages) before purchasing a new-to-them brand or style. The chart will give details of the sizing for that particular garment, making it easier to choose the best size. For a better fit, women normally order one size smaller than they usually wear in women's clothing when purchasing unisex garments.

I love uniform advantage. They always have matching sets and very cute tops with designs. They are affordable and I always can find stuff marked down or on clearance. I'm a nursing assistant and uniform advantage is the best place to get scrubs. I drive 40 miles to go to the store or I can order online. So convenient. Everytime I have been in store the employees have been so helpful and kind and I won't shop anywhere else. 5/5 stars.
I was really looking forward to their pants. The pictures led me to think that they were a well tailored and fitted. I carefully followed the measurements in the size chart and ordered a medium. It was a risk considering I am from Canada, that I got the correct size as it wouldn't be easy to correct an error. Size medium was FAR from fitted for me even though the size chart recommended it. The legs and bum are very loose and the crotch hangs. I am so disappointed. I spoke with customer service and there was ZERO willingness to help correct the issue. Some of the worst customer service policies I have ever come across. Complete waste of money. Don't waste your time.
