Never purchasing from them again. I ordered my scrubs three weeks ago and they haven't even shipped yet. I need them tomorrow, and here I was naive enough to think that in 2017, three weeks was more than enough time to ship a small package. I even called three days ago threatening to cancel my order and they guaranteed they would ship within 24-48 hours, and they still haven't. I can't fathom how this is acceptable but I would be very embarrassed if I were part of this company.
It costs approximately 47% to return an item. Very poor customer service is this thinking especially on line not able to see actual or fit. I ordered 2 skirts for a total of $60.03. And it cost me about $28.00 to return even to exchange. The quality of the skirts were fine it's the business costumer handling is a money maker for them. I do not recommend this business to anyone thinking of returning an item. The return policy does not reflect a good stable company that cares about their customers
Purchased their buttery soft scrubs and they literally have fallen apart after one wash! The threading just fell apart at the seams. I made the mistake of buying 8 sets and taking the tags off. Explained the situation to their customer service and they basically told me they wont do a damn thing to assist me. The quality of these scrubs are less than trash. Due to the lack of customer service I will never order from their website again. Sad to know a large company wont assist their customers. Needless to say, don't buy their buttery soft scrubs, its a waste of time and money!
I order some uniforms, like two weeks ago... and they havent even send me the order, i had to talk to them like thousand times on the $#*!ty chat, and they always say some different $#*!, i request a fast shipping because of the mistake they made and they charged me TWICE the order! And still dont receive any tracking number... really, never going to buy nothing there, and if i could give them zero stars here i would!
If you buy anything from this company be very very sure it is something you will definitely keep! I bought klogs $70.00. I put them on initially and they did fit. I made the mistake of telling them that I wore them a few hours only to discover how painful it was to wear them. The Rep said they cannot take them back because I wore them. She offered 10% off next pair plus free s&h. That set me back nearly 100.00. Now I got a pair of shoes that's of no benefit and now got to find shoes for work. Amazon is the best safest option financially. Avoid them if you are unsure if you want to keep products

Uniform Advantage is glad to take back (for refund or exchange) unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Once an item has been worn or washed, however, we are unable to take it back because it is no longer sellable. Occasionally we do make an exception to this policy; for example, if the customer received the wrong size due to an error on our part. However, in this case you state that you did receive the right size, and the shoe did initially fit.
I’m not completely clear from your comments whether your new Klogs would be returnable or not. If you did, indeed, wear them (even if only for a few hours), they would no longer be considered to be in original condition and, as the customer service representative mentioned, would not returnable. If, on the other hand, you simply tried them on (did not walk around in them, soles are clean and new), they certainly could be sent back. Lost my package via UPS. UA had UPS put a tracer on it and said I would get resolution in 8-10 business days. I called back 16 days later and was informed UPS closed the investigation with no resolution so they would have to open another investigation and I would have to wait another 8-10 business days for resolution. UPS website stated package still in transit and investigation open and yet the supervisor had the nerve to tell me that the package was delivered! I placed the order over 4 weeks ago. They refused to refund my money until they received a UPS resolution in another 2 weeks. I finally just went to my bank and disputed the charge. There is no customer service.

Uniform Advantage has a great selection of scrubs and accessories. It has a variety of sizes and styles. I wear their butter soft stretch scrub jogger pants. They are so soft and comfortable. They have a great selection of tops. I work in pediatrics and I wear their character scrubs. When I go to their stores the salesperson are very helpful. I sometimes order online and it is so easy to find what you need. I highly recommend Uniform Advantage for all my uniforms and accessories.

Robin reached out to me personally and resolved the issue. I am sure she had many other customers to assist so it took a couple of days but I am just glad someone actually reached out to me instead of just acting like they were going to help. I was able to get the correct products I wanted without an issue.
I purchased buttersoft scrubs for the first time and they were so rigid and rough I felt so deceived considering I bought several other pairs of the uniform advantage buttersoft brand. I got one pair of the movement style and those are what I expected buttersoft to be. As many others mentioned, sizing really depends on you preference but I also found sizing to be a bit on the larger side. I used the size guide and found that the sizes are generally about 3-4 inches larger for the tops than the reference range. For example, size small is 33-36 inch bust (not exact but for the sake of the review this is an example) when I got my measuring tape and measured the scrub top it was 40 inch bust. So if you are in between sizes it is best to get the smaller size but again, I am the type of person that knows my measurements for this reason and it is frustrating when you try to get everything right and it still doesn't workout. Now I have to pay, nearly $10 in shipping that I was trying very hard to avoid. Not to mention there is a sale now and all of the items I purchased are at a discount and I don't see anything about price adjustments. I just re-ordered because it is likely by the time they process my return there won't be any of the colors or size options left for me because their returns process is so outdated. This is the only company where I still have to fill out a paper form. To have to calculate all of these things just so I can make a return is even more frustrating. I just think it is ridiculous to be paying an excessive shipping fee when I know this company is making tons of money with customers spending at least $100 per order.
I love the easy shopping. Everything is laid out perfectly. When you shop for a top the matching available pants and jackets are right there. Kinda like Granimals. So easy to shop. Love it. I have purchased 8 new uniforms and haven't been disappointed. Many many compliments.
