Ordered 7 pieces. Never received. Called to inquire, ended up cancelling order. Now will not reimburse $187. Keep telling me they don't have the authorization to reimburse even though they had the authorization to take it out of my account. SCAM! Don't order you will be sorry
I always shop my scrubs here and my Pediatrics patients love it. The fabric is comfy, colorful and perfectly fit I don't have to altered it. I always heard it from parents comments " look what's on her top scrub" when the kids started to cry because they don't want to go inside because of shots. I love to wear my scrubs everyday to make the kids smile
Very nice scrubs, I love all the different colors and patterns. I order approx twice a year quite a lot of scrubs and so far I'm pleased with my orders. The pricing is good and there is a lot of choice. I like to have different colors and they offer classic and seasonal colors which is great. I would definitely recommend them if you need to buy scrubs!
I ordered a scrub top that was less than $20 but after taxes and shipping, it cost $27. When it arrived...after over a week...i found it was huge although I I ordered the size recommended by the site. When I asked to return it, I found that my refund would be only $10. I was charged a shipping fee to return it. So after losing $18, I still have no scrub top.

We have improved our Return Policy to make it better for our customers by extending it to 45 days instead of 30 days and oftentimes when a customer feels like the items are not as per the size chart - we waive the $8.99 Return Label Fee as a courtesy for our customers but that isn’t always the case.
We have already instructed our return team asking them not to charge you for the return shipping. A full refund for the merchandise with sales tax will be processed upon receipt of your returned item at our warehouse. If you would like to exchange it for the correct size, we would be glad to offer free ground shipping on the new order as well.
Depending upon the carrier you use, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. All the returns are processed within 1-2 business days once we receive them. You will receive an automatic email confirmation once your return is processed.

I love the uniforms, Most. Companies like Harriet carter and carol wright are doing buy now pay later deal. I send them them a minimum every month. I wish you would do the same. Would you consider it.
I was getting ready to place an order and estimated shipping cost for international shipping was almost 300 USD. It was bigger than the final cost of my entire order. Will never think of ordering from this site again and do not recommend it to others from European countries.
Love your scrubs - however a lot of the time I am unable to find matching pieces in my size- large tall or med tall... also the basic shipping cost of 14.99 is way too high and I will not order as long as the shipping cost is that high.

I understand your reluctance to spend on shipping charges. I certainly try to arrange my own online purchasing to have little to no shipping cost whenever I can. Many of our customers order together with friends or colleagues in order to take advantage of promotions that require a minimum purchase amount. I'm not sure when their return policy changed but it's horrible now. You used to be able to request a return and they would send you a free shipping label. Not anymore. I had to spend $10.60 to return a top. Then they tried charging me $4.00 for a return fee. I was able to contact them to get the $4.00 back. Between paying shipping to originally get my order then having to return the top I spent over $18.00 in shipping for one outfit. I won't be ordering from them again.

I bought two scrubs from this company. They sent me a tracking number which indicates the package was delivered to my mail box. The package was no where to be found, I call my local post office they couldn't even traced the package. I call the company to find out what is happening their representatives keep telling different stories all the time. Avoid this company because there are just out to scam us. Right now I can't even get my package nor refund nor replacement. Very bad and worse company ever seen.

Without the details of the order, of course, I’m not able to say why you have not yet received a refund. If your merchandise actually shipped from our warehouse and was lost en route, a replacement order or refund would usually be called for. However, if, as you mentioned, the order was effectively *cancelled* (which would happen before it left the warehouse), no actual charge would have been made on your credit/debit card since we charge only upon shipping; in this case, the authorization placed on your card when you first ordered should have automatically fallen off within a few business days.
Regardless of the situation, however, you deserve excellent customer service.
