Make sure to continue to follow up on your order. They will not contact you if there is an issue with it I waited 5 days for the shipping information on my order and it never came. 5 days after I started my order I contacted them for them to tell me there was an issue call us at your earliest convenience so we can more forward with your products. Notify your customers of an issue so they can fix it promptly and get what they have ordered timely.
I just want to say thank you for all the items that I've ordered from your company. The uniforms ordered I love them so very much. They are comfortable and they are beautiful. The fit is perfect. I know they are going to be with me for a long time coming.
Never ordering again. I ordered a size too big (they apparently run huge) and it cost me half of the original order to return AND exchange. They didn't even do a fair exchange, I ordered the exact same thing just one size smaller and it cost $10 more. Terrible business operation

I bought two pairs of pants. Both the same size. One pair fits great. The other pair is so small I can't even get them all the way up. I am needing to get the bigger size. I feel it is unfair due to the fact that I have worn a XL in every scrub pants I have. This pair is obviously mis-sized and I still have to pay for the shipping for the exchange and then I have to pay the extra for the bigger size as well.

Unfortunately, I don’t know which specific pant caused you trouble, as we offer an extremely wide variety of scrub styles. Although one may generally wear a certain size, sizing occasionally does vary according to the cut of the particular style, line, or brand.
Every garment that we sell (whether part of one of our own Uniform Advantage collections or belonging to another brand) has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website. This information is intended to help our valued customers make better-informed choices on what size to order, especially when requesting styles that they have not worn before.
Of course, if an item were to be incorrectly labeled—which sounds like what might have happened in your case—following this chart will not be as effective. I apologize if you have received such a garment, and I’d like to correct any mistake.

I have gotten several tops, all of them the UA brand, and the sizing is not consistent from piece to piece. Each time I have to look at the size guide. Some say I should wear a medium, others say extra small. I like the quality but the inconsistent sizing drives me nuts. I would like to order one size from a manufacturer and know that each piece will fit the same.
I ordered a top and pants from them on 10/20/18 and it took 4 weeks to receive my stuff. When you check your tracking status you will see a message: 'Ready to ship' and it will stay there for 4 weeks.
Meanwhile I called the customer services to update the status of my order, all you can hear from them is "i dont know".

My graduate program requires a unique color and uniform advantage is the only place I can find it! I love the variety of brands that carry the turquoise color. My favorite brand is the easy stretch! The fabric is soft and it fits comfortably. Overall, they have great products and excellent customer service!
Ever since I got into the healthcare field, I've purchased this brand! I work long hours and need comfy scrubs to help get me along. I'm currently pregnant and this is the only brand I've found to really be comfy on my stomach as it grows. Love love LOVE this brand! 10/10 recommendation.
I wish I could give no star at all. I placed an order online using my credit card. The next day, I received an e-mail stating they put my order on hold because they had a "problem" processing the payment and that the info I entered did not pass their "system." They are requesting for some information which I was hesitant to give. I called my credit card company to see if there was any problem processing the payment and there was NONE. The amount they charged went thru and was authorized. Weird huh? So I e-mailed them back and told them they shouldn't have a problem. Few minutes later, they e-mailed be again and asking for a copy of my credit card and ID (what?!) or they will not process my order (No way!). So I cancelled my order, and it has been three days, the amount they charged is still on hold. I hope they can read this because I am very unhappy with their service. Ordering from UniformAdvantage is a big mistake. Whoever read this, just order somewhere else.
I got a pair of scrubs from them a couple years ago and was very leary on ordering online without trying on but was not disappointed! The shipping was so fast and when I got them the sizing was perfect! They fit just right and are super light and soft. Will always be a customer!
