I ordered scrubs on May 2, with an estimated ship date of May 6, Delivery around May 12. On May 10, status was still ready to ship. Service folks told me they'd ship next day, agreed to 2 day shipping. By May 15, they still had not shipped - still "Ready to Ship" status. I cancelled the order, and informed them that I'd file a complaint with the credit card company if the order was not cancelled, and reverse the payment. They told me they could not guarantee they could cancel it. I expect to receive the scrubs now that I have made it clear I bought other scrubs and do not need their product. I can handle delays or out of stock status - but I need to be informed so I can change the order if necessary. Worst on-line service I have ever received.
Prices are good as well as availability, styles, and brands, but shipping and customer service is a joke! I received an email 2 days after ordering that a set I ordered was out of stock. No big deal, because they would ship without it 48 hours after the email was sent if no reply. I didnt see the email until 2 days after it was sent so no big deal. Now we are 10 days later, I spoken with 2 customer service members who have assured me that the order will ship, and its still an open order with no ship date in site. Save hour money and order from someplace else!
I placed an order online, and requested 2-day shipping. I then called because the order was not shipped. They assisted me with placing the order again and stated they would give me next day shipping at no cost as it was their mistake. The order still did not arrive, they charged my cc. So when I contacted them again they told me that there was no indication of the rush processing and I could expect my order in 7-8 business days. I canceled the order, they stated they intercepted my cc transaction and would not be billed for it What a joke.

My husband has to wear a certain color scrubs and he has a long torso and short legs. Uniform advantage has the option to order tall shirts and short pants which works out fantastic for him! They're so hard to find other places!
I've been in contact with this company for two days straight. Due to my order being shipped in two parts I have been charged twice for one order. In which customer service refuses to directly contact my bank and release the hold on one of the charges. Due to this I am now in a negative balance in my account and they keep using me as a run around. I'm tired of this and dealing with this company.
So, I spent 227 USD to purchase uniforms from this company. The uniforms arrived on time with all the cheap materials. Sized one size bigger. The large is an XL, and the materials are cheap and see-through. I decided to return it, and I am charged for the return. On top of that, I am only refunded a certain amount of money. I requested for an exchange, and they said oh, we are sending you a link to exchange the uniforms, which never came. I am only giving them some time to work on my refund, and if that does not happen, I will report them to my credit card company, and they will refund the money. People, if you need your money back, go through your credit card bank and ask for a refund.

I always get my orders quickly and timely. This past order I actually ordered something that was out of stock, they notified me and let me exchange the item and even discounted the new item for the trouble. Fantastic service.
The pants were to big so if you wear a XL you should get a L. I went to exchange them inside the store and was charged more money for the same pants... it was only eight dollars but wanted them for work. Next time I will mail them back.
Uniform Advantage is my go to company for my scrub needs, especially Tooniforms and Cherokee brand which are my favorites. I just got my recent purchase last week. My order was shipped the day after I purchased it the evening before. Quick to ship and always an abundance to choose from.
So they tell a customer they don't charge until the merchandise ships. I just placed my order after hours of fighting with the website. Then I see that review. So I check my account... wouldn't you know, the funds of course have been charged within minutes of placing the order.
