I ordered SIX different styles of pants. I am a size 2 Or 26 in jeans, I got all size small petite. Most of the pants I could not even get over my butt. I am 5'2", the joggers were all too long and the boot cut pants were high waters. Never in my life have I been anything besides size small, makes no sense. My order was $300 and it was a waste of my time. The material was all just ok.

Returns suck

I will never order from this. Company again. I. placed a order online like I. Have done 10 times before. This is the first time. E I have ever returned anything and they charged me full price to return half of what I. Bought and then didn't refund me my full. Refund. I have been going back and forth with them over my refund and the items I returned still had the tags original wrapping, still had invoice everything it's a shame bow they would treat a loyal customer after all I have spent with them.

Awful return

I returned my uniforms for a refund and never received my refund. UA claims they refunded my money and even after sending them my bank statements twice showing I did not receive it they did nothing to rectify the situation. I will never order from this company and again and it's sad because I purchase all my uniforms through them

Sad and undecided

I love the quality and the process is easy. I enjoyed my first purchase so much I decided to keep ordering. I don't like that I pay so much extra for next day shipping and still wait as if I paid for regular shipping. I also didn't like that when I spoke to customer service about the situation twice I was told it was sent but still waited longer. I probably won't order again still undecided.

Returned two scrub tops for a size smaller than what I got. First they charge u for using their return label, so NO their return label is NOT free. Then they charged me an extra $17 plus. Then I was told after that that one of the tops were no longer available but yet they charged my card. Been calling for days now and still waiting to get ahold of someone. I saw a refilund of $1 and some cents. So where is the rest of my $15 plus. U ppl are ridiculous. So still haven't received the scrub top in stock nor my $15 plus. NEVER again will I ever buy from this company. Is this how u treat healthcare workers especially in a pandemic. It's been almost 8 weeks. Let's see if I'll get through to customer service on Monday cause apparently they don't work weekends.

It's been a couple of years since I had the opportunity to order scrubs based on what I wanted to wear to work. I spent a couple of years having to order from a company website, but now I can wear whatever scrubs I want to work, and Uniform Advantage has every major brand that I am interested in buying. Including Betsey Johnson, which was What I ordered most in my recent order. The first day I wore my new scrubs patients and nurses alike gave me compliments and begged for my clothes. Thanks, Betsey! You make me feel pretty while I'm covered with poop. Seriously the website is easy to navigate, the clothes come quickly due to being shipped USPS and I have loved everything I have ordered.

I lucked out 2 yrs ago when I ordered my scrubs from this site bc they fit great. This time however theyre horribly oversized boxy & unattractive. Im so tired of companies constantly catering to plus size ppl & not petites. Not everyone is tall & overweight.

While I was a student I needed special sizes of scrubs that I could not find anywhere else. I was thrilled when my order arrived and everything fit perfectly. I had so many options to choose from online. I had spent a lot of time looking elsewhere and was not successful with finding scrubs that fit me right. Now I I have a new job and need more scrubs I'll be sure to order from UA again! Thank you UA!

Uniform Order
November 15, 2022

I'll will never order a uniform from this company again. First of all, they treat the customer badly on the phone. The uniform cost me $45 and they charged me almost $200 just to insert my Logo. The logo looks terrible and when I told them to change they asked me to pay another $30. Don't order from this company.

Horrible!

Don't waste your money. Cause it's a waste of money. They do not refund your money back on orders that are returned and then they act like you never did return the item which is a lie cause I have the ups receipt that it was sent back. Just do yourself a favor and don't buy from here www.jannuu.com is a way better option and www.allheart.com with better customer service and no scams.
