My favorite site, I will no longer order from, adding another 20 plus dollars to ship to Canada and then getting dinged with another 30-60 dollars for customs just makes it very over priced. I just wanted you guys to know this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order is missing. The first day I live chatted they couldn't help because it had only been 22 hours not 24. So today I live chatted because my order was still missing. Then instead of refunding me or replacing say they have to do an 8 business day investigation. I work at a big hospital in Vegas and need new uncontaminated scrubs because of COVID and now I'm literally stuck. You guys say you help frontline hero's but you obviously don't. Because now I have no scrubs before Monday and have to somehow buy some before Monday. Over one measly cheap order when you guys make millions. Amazing.
I would give Uniform Advantage a zero if I could. Please be warned: take your business elsewhere! I ordered scrub tops for my daughter and her roommate on Dec. 10; it is Jan. 2 and the order still hasnt arrived even though the company estimated delivery on Dec. 15. But what frosts my panes most are the lies customer service tells you while being belligerent and arrogant. They blame the shipper, but they never send email advisories, they offer to refund shipping and send it priority, but then they dont. I have little power - they have my money and my daughter had nothing to give her roommate on Christmas but a hollow promise - but I can beg you to take your business elsewhere. Please.

Good quality uniforms and shoes. I spent around $500 replacing all of my uniforms and shoes. Overall I am happy with my purchases. I absolutely love scrubs advantage! I find that their products is the best fit for my body type. I like to look classy when I work and their scrubs give me that. I work into work feeling comfortable and confident. Usually gets lots of compliments too!
I bought 4 medium petite scrub outfits... they all fit perfect! I am very satisfied with the quality and the fit as I have a very difficult time getting decent scrubs. They are usually way too long on me. And... they have great "character" scrub tops... very cute.
