Ordered size large as I always do. I (foolishly) assumed these scrub pants would be a standard size large. I washed 3 of the 4 I ordered. I tried the 3 on after washing and found the length is only suitable for a professional tall basketball player - not for regular people. I am 6 feet 2 inches and these are very long on me! I returned the unwashed pair and had eat the cost of the return. Since I washed the other 3 pair I could not return them. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed in this purchase!
I just ordered some scrubs for the first time from uniform advantage. Great scrubs and quick delivery. I did need to return a few of them and replaced them with different sizes and scrubs. A couple of the ones I choose where not available so quick communication with them via email to let me know and provide an opportunity to choose different scrubs.
So I bought 4 tops and 4 pants and a jacket from the St. Louis Store. They did not have my size in store, so they had to send me out my uniforms. When I got them 2 of the 4 pants were a size to large. I spoke with online group and they said I had to return it to the store. I did. I NEVER received a refund for my pants, nor would they give me a credit other than 6 per pant when I spent 30 on each pair of pant. I fought with this company over a month. And they would not return calls, nor give me the correct credit. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone else! If you cant get in store, DONT BUY! This company is FRAUD.

20 emails 4 phone chats later. They tell me some of my order was nit available. I already paid so got 20off I thought. No come to find out they charged me again. Worse company ever. I will go to wallmart from now on. I wasted 160.00 on these idiots

I placed an order for our medical office, which I had done before, one of the ladies had to ship her shirt back. We already paid $11 to ship the order originally, then they charged 7.99 to ship a $11.99 shirt back. Seems we paid for a shirt we didn't get. Just know if you order from them and need to return something it's better to exchange or they charge you again! Will not being ordering from here again.
Very disappointed in the fit of UA Buttersoft. I ordered 14 UA buttersoft pieces & literally every single piece fit differently. I'm usually a fit between a SM-Med for tops so I always order a medium. Some of the tops fit like larger & I even had one that fit like an x-lg (all the same brand.). There's no consistency in sizing. I spent over $200 with this order & I had to live chat with the company to find out why they weren't shipping my order. Took almost a week longer to get my order than what was originally quoted as my shipping and receive date. Very disappointed in the company & will not be ordering again!

It certainly can be difficult to find the perfect fit when buying clothing online, especially when it’s a brand, line, or cut that you are not familiar with.
Our signature Butter-Soft garments come in several different lines (original Butter-Soft, Butter-Soft Stretch, Easy Stretch by Butter-Soft, Movement by Butter-Soft), each one with its own particular fabric composition and characteristics. I’m not sure if you ordered garments from just one of these lines or from various, but the fabric certainly greatly influences how a particular item fits.
Every garment that we sell (whether from one of our Butter-Soft lines or any other of the national brands that we offer) has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website. The chart indicates the body measurements that each size of that particular style is intended for; it also indicates the inseam length of the pants. This information is intended to help our valued customers make better-informed choices on what size(s) to order, and we highly recommend that our customers always consult this information for each individual garment when requesting new-to-them styles.
Of course, this Size Chart is only a guide, and personal preference on how we like our clothes to fit is also a big factor. Sometimes it’s only by trial and error that we ultimately find clothes that have the fit we are looking for. For this reason, we do all we can to assure that our return and exchange process is as hassle-free as possible.
I am also sorry that your shipment took longer than was originally projected to reach you. Without the particulars of your order, of course, I’m unable to research why this might have been the case, but I would like to follow up on it, if you’d let me. I have purchased scrubs from here a few times now. I have not been disappointed. They have a huge variety of patterns, styles and sizes. Scrubs fit great and look good too. I always get compliments on my new scrubs
I love shopping at Uniform Advantage. They have tons of options and styles. My current job didn't have a specific uniform color, so five different pairs for everyday of the week. My upcoming jobs has a specific color, so I'm about to make another order. My favorite scrubs to this day is the Cherokee Iflex scrubs. They are so comfortable and fit nice.
These guys are so awesome when it come AMAZING customer service. I love the variety of brands and the awesome sales you guys do. Keep it up! I highly recommend doing your scrub business with these guys.
