Terrible experience using this company. I ordered many items over a month ago with nothing to show for it. The customer service will not help me in any way. I've needed these items for school and have yet to get a proper response. I am devastated. The card I used for the order shows pending so I do not want to charge my card again for another order. Worst place ever.

Too big and poor quality

I received my order in 4 days. Very disappointed with the material, very stiff and it is not soft like they described. I ordered medium size and they fit me like XL Returning is a big hassle, we need to fill out the return form with each item number, color, size and reason code for all items that you return. I paid a lot to return, I am never ordering from them again.

We offer a wide variety of brands, each one with its own fabric characteristics, and I’m not sure which particular items you might have ordered. Our own Uniform Advantage Butter-Soft and Butter-Soft Stretch lines are designed to gradually soften a little more each time they are washed. The Butter-Soft collection is designed to fit more loosely, while the Butter-Soft Stretch is often a better choice for those wanting a closer-to-the-body fit. Our knowledgeable customer service agents would be happy to help you find garments that will fit perfectly as well as feel good on your skin. I' ve placed my first order on 10.01.2021 which it was supposed to arrive around 05.02.2021. By now, I haven' t received my items or updates of my order status. I emailed them many times and... no answer.
I' ve also noticed on my card details that the payment was made on 10.01 but it was repeated again on 02.02.

In reference to the activity you have seen on your credit/debit card, here is a brief explanation that I hope will alleviate any billing concerns you may have:
We bill for merchandise only once the order ships. If you saw the full amount appear on your card statement right after you placed your order, please note this wasn’t an actual charge. It was simply an authorization to verify that the funds are available. When the order physically leaves our warehouse, we apply the actual charge to the card, and the authorization clears (disappears) in a few business days.

I suspect that this is what has happened in your case, though I can’t be certain until I review your specific order. Please do contact me so that I can investigate and get back to you.

Order delay
May 24, 2021

I have ordered several time with this company. I do not know what is happening but I placed yet another large order (5/6/21) and this time... there was a shirt that had gone out of stock... so they sent me an email asking me what I wanted to do about it? Really? What can I do? It doesn't exist! Adjust my order and send the rest. Well... that didn't happen. I replied to the email saying remove it from the order. Then I heard NOTHING. I have called several times asking what the status of my order was since online... it kept telling me it was 'being processed.' After calling several times and getting answers like..."It's in shipping right now"... I don't see that you responded to the email... YES I did, the last guy said he can see that I responded... and now it's not there? So today (5/24/21) I called yet again and NOW 4 OTHER shirts are out of stock! So, I just cancelled the whole order. Very disappointed.

I love UA, they have a great selection of colors, sizes, brands, and designs. Any time I order from them I receive my order within the week. Returns and exchanges are simple and easy. I have even used their facebook customer service chat with ease. I continue to shop here because it is affordable and the scrubs are amazing quality.

I'm a little upset

I've waited months for a specific color- the orange sorbet pants. For some reason all you guys have showing is the petite & long- no regular! At one time there was only smalls. Would be nice to have the option to order- even if it's just on back order! I've looked on all the other sites for that specific color, so I can batch match!

I cancelled some items from an order and received a refund in under 4 weeks. Later I returned two items because their sizing was incorrect, and confirmed they received them on 3/30. It is now 5/12, and my refund of $37 is still "processing". I regret requesting gift cards for UA.

Love it

I love browsing through the various scrubs and choosing the ones I can't live without. It's easy to shop by color, style, size, print, or name brand. The ONLY thing I would change is the thank you gift I would love it to be extended maybe 3 months, not 2 weeks.

Awesome product

As the front desk receptionist in a small chiropractic office, I recently switched to scrubs from office attire. As a plus sized woman I was a bit nervous of this change, as scrubs are notoriously snug and don't leave a lot of room for movement, however this company has proven me wrong! Everything I've ordered has fit perfectly and all of my patients love my new attire! I definitely recommend Uniform Advantage.

Scrubs

Orders seem to be taking longer and longer to come. And it sucks that is Canadian customers never get any reduced or free shipping. I got a coupon twitch this order for free shipping with my next order- that I can't use. Kinda disappointing. But I do love the variety of uniforms they offer

We strive to delight our customers with an extensive choice of quality uniforms in diverse fabrics, colors, and styles, as well as at varying price points.

While most orders sent inside the U.S. ship out in about 1 business day, packages to our customers in other countries can take a few more days to go out. This is because our warehouse needs to gather and prepare the proper customs declaration documents for each individual order. Providing the correct documentation reduces the possibility of a shipping delay in customs.

Shipping times can vary depending on country of destination, time of year, and other factors such as the current Covid-19 pandemic. The increase in packages sent during the holiday season can also contribute to packages taking slightly longer to arrive. We apologize if you have experienced an inordinately long wait time for an order; if that is the case, I’d love to research the reason for that and follow up with you. I know it must be frustrating to see our U.S.-based customers sometimes get special deals on shipping which we, like most retailers, are unable to offer to our Canadian and other international customers.
