Great sales team and pick up team but after that it all falls apart. I cannot get a delivery date and dispatch is rude. No one will answer my calls or emails. We have been waiting 3 weeks with no end in sight. They have ruined our holidays.

One star only because of the guys that handled the furniture. As a company I found them to be liars and cheats. They low balled their estimate and then puffed up the packing to be able to charge more. Promised delivery 3 times before we actually got our stuff. Missing items and cartons but haven't been able to receive a reply from the office after several requests.
Worst experience.

I have moved for work over 10 times. This is the worst ever. Notified of delivery less then 24 hrs on a trip that they drove 5 days. I was told I would be notified when it was scheduled for pickup. I was notified today at 1:30 PM for tomorrow drop off. I can't be there as I am out of town for a few days. If they notified me when they promised to I could have given someone the keys to let them in. Every other company I have used has called said there going to load this day and provided a anticipated delivery.

The worst experience of my life. Still waiting for our things and all they want is more and more money. The terms keep changing. No communication from them. Started with a change to cost and then a broken contract, a broken truck and the changes continued. They said discounts would be applied. None were. The misinformation and conflict of information was just unbelievable.
Do Not Use.

United regional Van Lines which I call let's keep them all in the dark. They do not know when your furniture is coming. It takes them 2 to 3 days to load it on the truck. Once it's on the truck they don't know if your first second or third to be delivered. Apparently dispatch does not talk to customer service so customer service can't give you any answers. This is a company that doesn't communicate between separate offices. Seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. And ending I say do not hire United reading regional Van Lines if you are moving. My furniture was taken out of our home in Virginia the end of June it is now the end of July and no one knows when we will get it. Now we have moved on to it could take anywhere up to 10 days. For them to get it off the truck

When I found myself in a tight spot with a last-minute move, these movers swooped in like superheroes and saved the day! Everything was unpacked and in its rightful place. It was like they had tapped into the Room of Requirement and conjured up a perfectly organized home just for me.

The packers at this moving business were like magicians. They removed my disorganized mess of a closet and turned it into tidy boxes. Their ability to make even the messiest places appear ordered truly astounded me.

My relocation was completed seamlessly, without any bummer any hitches. I wasn't expecting that level of perfection and professionalism from a company that is cheaper than its competitors. United Regions Van Lines is worth the money.

They didn't give my dad all his stuff back nor did they even put it in the truck right. It was thrown in there. Missing tools and much more. Phots were taken. They had to use a u haul truck cause the driver didn't know how to back up into his drive way

I contacted United Regions Van Lines to transport my belongings safely and quickly. To avoid damage, they accurately packed my LCD and all sensitive luxury items in bubble sheets. Moreover, they delivered every item to my house within the committed time of three days.

We have used this company before, and we were satisfied with the service we received. This time around, the two men really stood out. They put forth a lot of effort to guarantee the security and kind handling of my belongings during the move. Gratitude to you, very much

The movers did a fantastic job. They worked quickly and efficiently, and they were very careful with my possessions while they packed and transported them. Absolutely, I would employ their services one more for my subsequent Endeavor.

Two guys arrived to help us move because our one-bedroom apartment was on the third floor without an elevator and it was too far for us to carry all of our belongings down the stairs by ourselves. They took extra precautions to keep everything safe while in transit, and they didn't stop until the task was done. They were consistently polite, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

These guys are outstanding, for sure! I treasure the furniture that belonged to my late grandmother; therefore I wanted it safely transferred to my new home. A smooth transition for my business! Jerry and Michael were superheroes during my corporate relocation from TX to KY. They flawlessly packed up my office furniture, from desks to filing cabinets, and set it all up in the new space. They even connected my computer and printer.

Their company and storage facility went above and beyond in caring for the fragile porcelain items I had to move and store. Before being deposited in a temperature-controlled storage facility, each was carefully wrapped.

We had hired a moving company for an interstate move between AZ and OH. Issues began when the two individuals from the company arrived on 04/01/2023. I own a 1222 lb. gun safe. This was told to the company when they were hired. The company only sent two people for my move with just standard dollies. In the past, it has taken at Least 2 people and specialized tools to move my safe. We were also told that we would owe more money since the cu. Ft. Was underestimated. Nothing was explained to me as far as the process of making an inventory. Both of the individuals were from the Ukraine and only one of them spoke broken English. They had to go hire three additional men off the street to move my safe. It was loaded on its side in the back of the truck. I had a grandfather clock loaded into the truck as well with the rest of my belongings.

I did not take delivery of my items until 04/27/2023. When they finally arrived, my safe literally looked like it was rolled off the back of the truck onto the ground. It has deep scratches, gouges, and scrapes on all sides of it. Also, one of the hinges for the door was bent. My grandfather clock was not on the truck, my grill had a large dent on the lid, an antique chair was split on the back, and my tv stand was damaged on the back.

I called the company and they outright refused to acknowledge that my clock was even picked up. I completed the claim process with the "independent processor" and was offered a grand total of $75.00. My gun safe cost over $4000.00 when I bought it in 2017. To purchase the same model now would be over $8000.00.

My grandparents' decision to transition into a retirement home and downsize was a significant event, and it was my brother who recommended URVL for the moving process. At first, I was a bit apprehensive as I was unfamiliar with them and also had a general unease about strangers handling our personal belongings. In fact, it took a lot of persuasion before I could agree to the idea. Choosing which items to pack, recycle, or donate felt like navigating through an emotional storm. I was also concerned that our uncertainty and emotional turmoil might delay their work, yet they were surprisingly efficient, adhering to their timeline. In retrospect, I'm pleased we chose to employ their services. They executed the job excellently.
