The moving team treated each item with the care it deserved, from my book collection to my family's antique clock.Despite the long distance, they reached LA in record time and kept me informed. When we faced a challenge due to my new hilltop home's narrow, winding roads, the crew swiftly offered a solution: transferring my belongings to a smaller truck capable of navigating the tricky terrain. This extra step didn't shake their professionalism or humor.They made the transition smooth, and soon, my belongings found their place in my new home. Despite potential stress, the crew made the moving experience positive. I would recommend their excellent service to anyone. Moving can be daunting, but with the right team, it's an adventure. I was visiting my parents to help with an interstate move and this is the company my father chose to use. Unfortunately it's too late now, they got completely ROBBED, this company is a scam, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I had done research for them beforehand, but hindsight is 20/20 and I just hope this helps anyone else going through the stressful process of moving to steer clear and choose another company. AVOID UNITED REGIONS VAN LINES LIKE THE PLAGUE

I had the pleasure of relocating with the help of these outstanding gentlemen. They arrived promptly, worked steadily and carefully, and were very careful with my belongings. They made packing and relocating a breeze!
Sometimes I can get very forgetful, i told someone on the team this and they took their time to label the boxes with each item that ws in it. Now if that isnt thriving for customer saitisfaction, i honestly dont know what is. I never really thouhght id like the moving experience but United regions made it stress free and i think thats what made me enjoy it. Great experience
I had to move with my dad, therefore I needed help with the packing. My coworker advised I get in touch with these individuals. These men really went above and above to help us, thus I honor them for their commitment to their profession! I am really grateful to them!
885 miles cost me $11,000.00 DO NOT HIRE THEM they lie about cost of move & there isn't a climate controlled warehouse I have $5000.00 worth of merchandise stolen I paid for a 2nd pickup for things they left behind which I never received either the owner is in on this he promised a refund to me for merchandise they so quickly left behind which I never received. They only have Enterprise rental box trucks which aren't long enough to fit a 3 bedroom home & that's when they charge you for another truck on top of it all there not a long haul moving company and there 1st Moving company Nationwide Movers went under. Don't bother asking for owner he is in on the lies and stolen property & money.

They yell they scream they don’t like being confronted and I truly believe there taught this it’s not about a customer it’s about deception and it’s a game to them DO NOT HIRE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner praises them upon completion I went without what they left me with and bought everything again and slept in an air mattress for 5 weeks I’m disabled and it was very difficult they don’t care it’s NARCISSISTIC !!!!

Even though it was raining quite a lot on the moving day, the movers managed their time spectacularly. They arrived thirty minutes earlier and worked diligently from then on.
They provided excellent customer service from the minute I got in touch with them. The phone agent was pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding of all my inquiries.
I was quite impressed with United Regions Van Lines staff because of their expertise and efficiency. Thanks to their help, our interstate relocation went off without a hitch.

I hired United Regions Van Lines for a long distance move (price of $4,400). They delived my property on May 23,2023 and the the same day I realized a travel bag with ~$4,000 worth of ski equipment was MISSING. I informed Customer Service immediately and have been checking in on a weekly cadence to see if they were able to locate my missing travel bag. Each time I contacted Customer Service they told me they had no update and NO EFFORT had been made to look for the missing bag. After a FULL MONTH of no updates from the business, I resorted to filing a claim with my insurance company to get reimbursed for the STOLEN items. To do this, the insurance company asked me to file a POLICE REPORT claiming THEFT against United Regions Van Lines. Victim information notice is attached in this complaint along with photo of the missing travel bag. Please return my travel bag/ski equipment ASAP.

These guys know their stuff; they are amazing at packing fragile items and covering and dragging heavy furnishings. This moving assistance is their thing.
The moving crew was a bunch of cool guys! They worked fast and had my back during the whole process. Once everything was in FL, they arranged my furniture just how I wanted it.
