I have been working with Universal chargeback for over a year now. All they do is tell me to keep sending emails and nothing has been done. I try to reach out and no one replies. This has been a waste of my time and money and If you are debating to work with them, PLEASE choose a different company. I have ZERO faith In them recovering any funds. Do your homework and don't be fooled.

After having my account hacked, universal chargeback has blocked my account. I wrote several email and they do not support.
I sent some emails and the answer was "you must write via the kontakt page...", but How can I do it if I can not log in?
Terrible customer service. Terrible designed. Now my account has 35euros locked there.
Basically means, I lost 70 euros for the hackers + 35 euros locked by them. Damage of 105 euro
Someone from universal chargeback keeps bugging me saying they have my money. Chargeback says they have severed ties with me 2 Years ago, but someone claiming to be chargeback keeps calling me by name, the amount. If not chargeback, someone gave away the details. If they could not recover the Funds from the Russian Crypto scammer in first year, Four years later nothing can happen. Wasn't my money anyways, but family. AVOID AVOID! SCAM ALERT...
While these crooks portray themselves as a RECOVERY platform, justifying themself, they wrote another scam letter. A few months ago they called me and told me to open an account on their fraudulent platform SMART WALET. They sent an email "As a result, the system has blocked these transactions and frozen the funds in your account, with a total holding of 127,563.00 USD. Please reply to this message at your earliest convenience to initiate the necessary steps to restore access to your account and facilitate the withdrawal of funds. Billing Department | Smart Wallet © " SCAMERS!
