PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I purchase a unlock for my iPhone 15 Plus, I was told it will take 72 hours and when the 72 hours pass I was told to wait a few more days and still nothing they got my money and phone is still locked, the bad thing about it is that I am being deployed overseas and I told them that and they said they would put on high demand but now I am being told that they are backup on iPhone, I will be putting out more reviews there and also report them is Cyber Fraud Police for false adverting to get peoples money.

I had a great experience with UnlockBase. Their communication before and after I paid was fast and friendly. They were quick to answer my questions. In the end the unlock of my iPhone took a few days longer than their estimate but they did in fact unlock it when I didn't think it could be done. I'm very happy.

Excellent Customer Service! This service is real! They unlocked my Samsung Galaxy s20 plus phone in less than 12 hours! I'm not a tech person but his is the easiest thing I've ever done on a cell phone! They were wonderful and extremely helpful!

The unlock code worked just like they promised.
Took a little longer than their promised time but when I emailed them about it they responded quickly and told me it was taking longer due to the vendor.

During this time, communication from UnlockBase was unclear, and it was difficult to get a straight answer about the status of my unlock request or the reasons for the delays.

Despite these issues, I must acknowledge that Sam, the CEO of UnlockBase, personally reached out to me and provided the assistance I needed to unlock my phone. I appreciate his intervention and the eventual resolution of my issue.

The unlock service is amazing the timing was second to none I was literally surprised because I expected to 24 hours-72 hours but it actually to less than 8 hours which was excellent for me.

This business is a real scam!
They pretend that they are professionals, the reality they are NOT.
