I've ordered 2 or 3 times from uplift desk and each time I've interacted with the same customer support rep, Avalon. She's amazing! Her communication is quick. She's polite, patient and always willing to help. If it wasn't for her amazing service, I probably would've ordered from a competitor. I will order from uplift desk again if I need more desk accessories.

I couldn't decide between a couple of standing desk brands and ultimately the quality and price point varied by very little according to online reviews and research. I ended up calling UPLIFT to ask further questions and had the chance to speak to Steven B. I really appreciated conversing with him because he didn't try to upsell me or swindle me into any extra purchases. He was authentic and really provided me advice based on his own experience with the product. Steven single-handedly won me over and I ended up purchasing a new desk that same day.

I placed an order for two Uplift desks and two cabinets worth over $2500. They didn't have a couple of accessory hooks I ordered in stock, so they didn't ship the desks for almost a month. They just charged my card immediately and sat on the order.
I got tired of waiting since my children needed the desks, so I cancelled the order. A week later they had still not issued the refund.

Amazing sales experience

Had a great experience ordering my new standing desk - worked with Avalon, and she was able to get me a nice discount on my new desk just by sending her a screenshot of the build. Send me a quote and PayPal link, and shipped out the next day - couldn't have been easier!

I am really happy with my new desk... and the process of buying it was really effortless. I wanted to take advantage of two discount codes, one for a free lamp, and another for a percent off a whole order, and Marianne offered to create the order on the backend, and kept me posted on updates... all before the end-of-year deadline to make it a ******* business purchase! I really appreciated their active assistance.

Excellent customer service!

I chatted with Avalon twice today. 1st it was so nice to have an actual person and not a computer response. Next Avalon was very helpful with making my choices for the monitor arms. After I received the estimate I wanted to upgrade the desk converter to a larger model and change the color of the desk and monitor arms to white. I simply started a chat again and was lucky enough to get Avalon. She quickly made the changes and I had a new estimate in no time. I made easily made the purchase and I am super excited to receive my desk and accessories. Avalon made everything so easy, I hope to do business with her and your company again in the near future.

Great Service - Great to Deal With
February 4, 2022

I was looking for a new Standing Desk, and was referred to Uplift by a colleague. I had an issue with the store, so called Customer Support.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Marianne who was able to prepare a manual order and take a payment over the phone to get the order going.

If the desk is half as good as the service, things will be great!
