Placed an order and charged right away. Supposedly shipped but tracking shows they are still waiting for the order 9 days later. Have sent two emails to customer service and still no response 3 days later. Called and put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Filing a claim with my bank. Will never order from them again.
Pretty incredibly bad customer service. They NEVER answer their advertised customer service phone number. Would not but more than a t shirt from them, if you want to reach a human about a return or denied return, you are out of luck!
I placed an order with O'Neill back on April 22nd. On April 26th, the wetsuit was delivered. Unfortunately, the wetsuit had some damage and I had to send it back. O'Neill received the return on May 2nd. Fast forward to today, May 13th. I am still waiting for the refund so I can order a new suit. After reaching out to customer service, I have been told that the return process can take 4 weeks! If that holds true, it will take roughly 6 weeks from initial order to receiving an actual, usable wetsuit. By the time I can order and receive a new wetsuit I won't even need one anymore this year. I've never seen a return process move this slowly. It's insane!
Bought a shirt but had to return as too large. Evri confirms return received. 6 weeks later, still no refund.
