Was extremely satisfied with my experience with Puma. I ordered a total of 3 pairs of shoes and received promotional backpack along with my purchase. With the free shipping my order came to about $150 (which is the same as buying one pair of expensive puma's with tax!) I plugged in my credit card information during checkout and soon received an email the following day confirming my order and providing the tracking number. My package arrived exactly when they said it would arrive and all of my products were exactly as described. I would definitely recommend others using this site if they want to buy puma shoes.
Sized incorrectly, won't offer exchanges, returns process is a full time job. Customer service is the worst I've dealt with in my life. I'm not a boomer... and they are so bad at their jobs, they made me feel like one.
I order one t shirt and I today is 8 th day and I am still waiting for my parcel and then I call customer service for help they spoke very rudely and blame everything on me for delay of packet they said someone in company made a mistake. Instead saying sorry they argument with me

Puma sneakers are really underrated. I bought a pair of Classic suede sneakers for less than $100.
For example Nike would cost me much more than that just because it's Nike. Adidas is the same thing. But in terms of quality Puma doesn't concede to both of these shoe giants.
I am a nurse and I swear by the Puma Prowl. This shoe should be the shoe that the nursing profession looks to. With the thick cut ankle socks. The rubber sole helps me react to emergencies faster by making it there safely and quickly. It is a pull on so there are no laces to trip over. The fabric helps my feet breath. I found this shoe almost two years ago and have worn it ever since.

I purchased a pair of puma 2.0. Thought they were comfortable and nice looking. However, the strip was coming off within 30 days. I emailed the company in Germany, and was told to take pics and return. I did. Ordered the same design thinking maybe it was a flaw at the production company. Nope, those fell apart too. I enjoy the new look, and design but I should be paying for quality. Those sneakers cost $90.00. Wont' be purchasing another pair.

I bought a pair of men's running shoes direct from Puma Canada. The side of the one shoe started coming apart. I called customer service and they instructed me how to sent in a report with pictures of the problem and etc. After sending in the report and picture I get an e mail saying they will give full credit back to my credit card and to expect it is 4 to 5 business days. After about 8 business day I did not receive any credit so I call again and they said they would put it through and it would show up in 2 business days. Now it is over 2 weeks later and NO CREDIT? They are now sending me emails asking for the same info I already give them? Terrible company to deal with.

The worst customer service and horrible delivery! Please don't bother order anything from puma. I been waiting for my package for almost a month. I call customer service they're a joke useless waste of time calling customer service all they continue to repeat is your package is with FED ex not with puma. Their way of taking zero accountability for any delivery issues. What makes the matter worse is they wont give you your money back until you go through all this red tape bull crap with fed ex updating a claim for delivery. Its not worth the stress to buy from puma.com. Oh yeah they'll tell you I would not have a delivery problem if I paid the extra $21 for delivery. They're a joke! This is why amazon is putting these companies out of business!
Where are my shoes?! I ordered 3 pairs and only got 2! However it says all 3 shoes were in the order and the order was completed. I can't get anyone on the phone, no one responds to their email and their live chat fails because no one is on the other line. Crap company. Stay away.
I purchased these shoes less than a year I want to say, they do not get worn regularly as I work in an office and have other tennis shoes...The SOLES ARE FAKE and the shoe cracks - These shoes are not in bad shape AT ALL. They refuse to take responsibility. Spend your money elsewhere.

I placed an order from Puma.com on the 28/06/2018, Items were on sale! Informed Puma via email on 16/07/2018 that the order had not been received. Response 3 days later to tell me they are looking into it and will contact me. 08/08/2018 no contact from Puma, another email sent. 17/08/2018 Still no response from Puma, so I called there Customer Services and I was informed that I would not be receiving the goods that I ordered and they would refund my money. I asked for the order to be fulfilled ( all items still in stock). Puma refused.
If you expect any customer service do not use this Company.
Amazing how quick company's take you're money but when they muck up, the answer is tough, we don't care.
At first, PayPal did not work on their website, after long hours of torment, I paid with a card. Then the Puma allegedly sent my goods, but after 20 days it turned out that the goods were not even sent. Support says nothing. Support chat, if they see that the problem is, then they just close the chat without explanation. Awful, very awful.
Had some stuff purchased with my credit card not by me, phoned my bank, later one of the packages oddly showed up to my home.
Phoning Puma they told me to send it back and they'll refund my shipping charges, I comply, ship it. Contacted Puma again emailing my receipts they take over a week to respond claiming my refund is coming. Nothing.
So now a month and a half later the phone support "Can't help" and the Email support that claimed to refund me will not respond.
Terrible. I asked for some sort of reference for this issue and they claimed it would all be attached to my name and address but now the phone support can't find this case.
This is first and last time ordering from Puma. The order came fast for my soccer cleats, but they did. It fit. I mailed them back the same day. Because I didn't want to order online again. The cleats were returned to them with 5 days. Called about my refund and was advised they received my item, but I have to give 10 business days to process my refund. On the 10th, no refund. Called again and was advised they will submit a request for the refund. This is such an inconvenience. Obviously I need my money back to but more cleats!

I appreciated the label of the box not giving off any information as to where it really comes from... each item was packaged separately along with invoice and return of need be... my delivery also came two days earlier than expected... will definelty order from in near future
Just a warning to anyone out there planning to order from pumas website. If you can find the product at an actual retail location or elsewhere definitely do so... placed an Order almost two weeks ago and it has not even been processed and ready for delivery. I think it's absolutely ridiculous considering I can order items off fashionova and forever21 and have my items within a day or two. The tracking and confirmation details given are also not always accurate.

They're return policy is the worst and as I told the third person I've talked to since I've not received my refund that was sent back and delivered to their warehouse on 6/29 that this is 2023 and they're running a business like it's 2000. Just an FYI they told me that they have up to a total of 10 business days to even start processing the returns which doesn't include weekends or holidays. So, Monday 7/17 will be the "tenth business day" before they start the process then I have to wait for my card company to apply it. My order was almost $600 that I'm still waiting on a refund. The last customer service agent started telling me unrelated stuff and I had to shut her up about people return cat litter in boxes as refunds so that's why they started doing the ten day processing. Literally the worst customer service ever in my life. I regret ever doing this one and only transaction with them.

Folks, stay away from this type of scammed world class website. Who force to give credit card information over phone even after you gave them during check out. It will end up creating security breach to your personal details and Identity theft.
I've ordered a couple of pair of shoes from the puma website several times and every time they give you a date of when your package will be there. It's never there on the day they say I will receive most multiple emails on the package date changing even if you pay for extra shipping. It is always the same. This will definitely be my last time ordering from puma
Ordered a pair of shoes from Puma 11/22/20 for 64.99. Saw them 2 days later on line from Puma for 54.99. I called customer service to ask for a 10.00 credit. Was told my request would be reviewed, even though according to their guidelines, it was done within 7 days of the order. Made a follow up call 11/27/20. Was told if it is approved, the credit would come in 30 days. Whatever happens, safe to say this was the last time I do business with this fly-by-night orginization.
I clicked "pay" and did not see a "review your order."
The confirmation email had the wrong delivery address, I contacted the email customer service noticing that and the next morning called them explaining the wrong address. They were not capable of correcting the delivery address nor canceling the order. So, I payed for shoes that someone else will get, delivered by FedEx. It's better to use amazon.

I returned my order with the prepaid label provided by puma. They made me wait 1 month + 2 weeks to finally tell me they wll not refund as their incompetent warehouse staff cannot find the package that was signed for and accepted at their warehouse! They even confirmed receiving it! Now i will contact my attorney to sue PUMA for $1,000
I ordered shoes and miss typed the last number in my address. I saw the mistake after I completed the transaction. So I immediately got on live chat and there was no one available. I called and there was no answer. So I emailed them. The next day no response so I called again, still no response. On the third day I received an email stating my package is being delivered and a little later saying it was too late to correct the address because the shoes have already shipped.
There was plenty of time to correct the problem but due to the absence of customer service my shoes are being delivered to the wrong house. I'm shocked that the puma company operates this way.

I do not normally write bad reviews, but I just ordered a pair of shoes for $140 plus tax. I selected the option "20% off site wide-no coupon code needed". There are no exclusions listed, no asterisk to alert you that there are exclusions. Absolute NOTHING. When I called customer service, they only offered an apology that the shoes ordered were not eligible for the discount, and asked me if I wanted to cancel the order. That is it.
Could possibly be my first and last purchase from PUMA

I have bought 5 articles from Puma website in Deutschland and returned all of them, but they did refund for 3 of my articles, because they claimed tat there were three articles in the returned box! Actually, I think they can be a good robber! Really? It is a modern way of stealing costumers' money? I asked even them to weight the box to make sure, but they refused.
I will never buy any thing from PUMA.DE. They can not assume their costumers are fool and can do whatever they want.

Great service I order one size big but the shoes comes with returns postage I just send them back and with in 5 working days I received refund. Also I order right one the same day and they sent me a 20% voucher very happy.
I bought shoes from their online website and asked if I could change the delivery method. I called customer service and sent them an email and they basically responded with "No. No. Nothing we can do. Have a great day!" Basically infuriating quick responses. Their customer service does not care about their customers and they do not care about pleasing them. Honestly don't buy from their website. Just buy in store. I loved their products but honestly customer service is 0/10.
