Was extremely satisfied with my experience with Puma. I ordered a total of 3 pairs of shoes and received promotional backpack along with my purchase. With the free shipping my order came to about $150 (which is the same as buying one pair of expensive puma's with tax!) I plugged in my credit card information during checkout and soon received an email the following day confirming my order and providing the tracking number. My package arrived exactly when they said it would arrive and all of my products were exactly as described. I would definitely recommend others using this site if they want to buy puma shoes.

Sized incorrectly, won't offer exchanges, returns process is a full time job. Customer service is the worst I've dealt with in my life. I'm not a boomer... and they are so bad at their jobs, they made me feel like one.

My sad saga started with me ordering a pair of womens Espera style shoe (slip ons) I'm from Canada but this particular style is not longer available here. I saved for almost two years for these particular shoes as I have owned a pair about 8 years ago and had loved them. I'm not wealthy by any means but had decided to splurge. With the exchange rate they wound up costing almost double. This is not my complaint as I was very excited to find this particular style and had saved for a pair to splurge on. However I recieved the incorrect style (full lace up)
When I contacted them about it I got the run around. First is was that the warehouse was out of my style so the sent something "similar". I was offered a % credit on my next pair. When I persisted that I wanted the shoes I ordered or a full refund I was offered and alternative shoe. I was in agreement as long as I recieved the style I wanted in any color as it was the particular style of shoe I was after and wasn't fussy on color. I was then told that style wasn't available in any color as they were sold out despite the fact that the website did, and still claims to have this style in stock online. At this point I offered to return the unworn and unwanted shoes for a full refund. I was then ignored until I filed a complaint with the payment company. I was again offered a meager % refund if I kept the incorrect shoes. Any request to return the shoes for a full refund have since been ignored. I am thoroughly put off by this brand since and do not recommend

It took me hours and I still could not submit my order because of website problems. And neither life chat nor help desk was able to help me.

I received absolutely horrible customer service today. I placed an order and I did not get free shipping, I called and asked for assistance with this because I would have rather added a pair of socks and got free shipping then had to pay $7 when I was only one penny under the $35 free shipping mark. I called within 10 minutes of placing the order and the customer service rep told me that she could cancel the order and I would reorder the shoes and add socks to get the free shipping. I did that, but I never received a cancellation email, so I called customer service about 5 hours later just to confirm that everything went through correctly and it turns out she never did cancel the order. So now I've paid for the shoes twice and I have to wait to get them in the mail and to return them to even get my money back on one of the pairs. Every person I spoke to the customer service phone number (the person who answered the phone, and then the manager who I spoke to named Randy) just keeps telling me the same thing over and over that she hit the button a few seconds too slow and it's just too late to cancel the order. I've spent an hour of time on the phone trying to get this resolved and got absolutely nowhere and was offered absolutely nothing to resolve the issue other than waiting for the shoes to come in the mail and return them. Oh, I actually was offered a refund for the shipping cost which is what the representative who I called 10 minutes after placing the order should have initially done. Getting a refund for shipping on a pair that I ordered that I didn't even need to order does not help the situation at all! This is the absolute last time I will ever deal with this company and I am very very upset about it because I have ordered many many things online and I have never had to deal with such horrible customer service!

Thieves! They don't send e-mail updates on every order/return, they delete the order history online so you can't look it up, split up the purchases and returns in 100 different ways on both bank account statements and e-mails, and mess up the orders/received items and returns/refunded money. This way, they make it super confusing for people to track what's going on and to dispute it with their bank so PUMA end up stealing money.

Here's the story:
At first, I didn't receive all the items I ordered. They sent the missing ones again (The ONLY right thing their customer service did for me). I used a 40% coupon on those items. I wanted to exchange some items for a different size, but they only allow returns and no exchanges. Customer service promised me they would later apply the 40% on the new order of the same items in different size after I make the order. Of course, when I called to get the 40% applied, they didn't allow it.

I made returns on that order and I was only refunded for some of the items. Although at this point it sounds so simple, they had made me already sooo confused on how much money I was supposed to get back with all the weirdly split transactions and refunds. The update emails did not match the money amount on the transactions in my bank statements. I waited 2 months until I decided to contact my bank for fraud. I got my money back but eventually somehow Puma was able to dispute everything and take the money back. And of course, I had no concrete evidence of anything to show to the bank because of how confusing Puma made everything and how little access I had to what was actually going on. Through the bank fraud dispute they were able to take back even more money, so in the end, I ended up getting 0 refund for about $200 of things I returned.

The items themselves are decent quality, maybe a bit overpriced.

H.ST. 20 Men's Training Shoes - these shoes are great. I bought a pair. The price is ok as for me. They are very comfortable for trainings.

Nothing! Puma The worst company I ever work for. Nasty white men in underwear showing disgusting pictures making sexual jokes all day. Puma felt that hostile sexual harassment was valid #metoo.
Puma is a white male company. They treat blacks and Spanish workers like trash. The minority's do all the work and is subject to sexually harassment from disgusting white male perverted supervisors. Blacks work hard While white management stand around and gossip all day. They are so lazy it's ridiculous. Or they hide out in the back on they phone txting. Talking about video games and killing people. There was no valid investigation! When you report you was Sexuall Harass they blame the black and Spanish employees. PUMA ONLY DO DAMAGE CONTROL. There was only COVER UP these white man disgusting behavior. Puma felt like it was appropriate for a white male supervisor to come to work and show us pictures of himself in his underwear. No shirt or pants. Nasty hairy chest out. P$$$$$ poking out. If that was a black male supervisor he be fired. He even showed the picture to minors at the job. Puma never even contacted the minor parents to let them know a grown man. A supervisor showed a teenager inappropriate pictures. But what you expect from a company that gave a white porn star a clothing deal. PUMA is racist. And my experience is my experience. Eight employees feel the same way. Eight employees is not gonna lie about being sexually harassed. When you have a store that ran through over 15 different supervisor in two years. There is something seriously wrong with the manager and the company. Typical white people. They victimized you. Then play victim. Slavery been abolished. Stop using sweat shops to produce profits.

Purchase of Puma model *******-06 running shoes at DSW in late Nov 2021. Contacted manufacturer for info on product and strange failure. Used contact form at puma.com on 1/19/22. The "heel counter" had shifted (bent inward at dimple - see photo.) Never has happened in decades of running shoe use from Reebok, New Balance and a former pair of Pumas. I have no idea how it happened. Could not find general info on web to repair. I wanted to find out if any options for repair or warranty or even just if someone at the company knew about it (heck, maybe they had a defective batch and would want to know? They are only a couple months old and only used a couple times a week at gym since older pair were still serviceable for outdoors...) totally would have understood if they said no go for repair or replace, but really do want to know what happened. So first the bots ask me for all my info and initial question... chat box pops up with my name, but ignores my category of question and wants to offer me a menu of ordering-related assistance. Sigh. I click option to get a person. The 'person' responds like a bot, too. And can apparently see my name and info but NOT the original question. So here we go again. Still not sure if it was a person since all the responses were to most recent typed entry, sometime with a call and respond style. I told the 'person' I purchased at another store but was trying to get product info and options and got canned paragraph on normal wear and tear invalidating any warranty (ok, makes sense but not my query) and that if I took pair back to store, they would 'be happy to address my concern' (not if over 30 days since purchase!) In midst of exchange I actually typed to clarify that I wanted to know if I should be considering it a fluke or a signal of overall quality (that is, should I buy a new pair from them or someone else.) If the responder was a real person as Puma.com had indicated, they seemed not to care a bit that I might buy a different brand and certainly never helped me understand what the heck happened to the shoe in the first place. So I let them know they had been very helpful in determining my next shoe brand purchase - aka not Puma. But I still will never know why this particular issue occurred. Sigh. I wish I had checked Sitejabber before I got such poor customer service at the company site. Would have saved me all the time with the bots and having to write this review to warn others.

on puma.com watch out for the bots - even if they appear to be people

C'est un site qu'il attire des clients avec des FAKE rabais de 60 et 70% mais quand tu essaye de finir le payement, il te dit ta carte ne fonctionne pas. J'ai essayé 3 différente cartes de crédit et le Paypal mais, ils ne fonctionnaient pas. J'ai même appelé leur service a la clientèle, il n'était même pas capable de compléter la transaction.
Si vous essayez sur des articles a plain prix, ca va fonctionner mais pas sur des article en rabais.!
