Was extremely satisfied with my experience with Puma. I ordered a total of 3 pairs of shoes and received promotional backpack along with my purchase. With the free shipping my order came to about $150 (which is the same as buying one pair of expensive puma's with tax!) I plugged in my credit card information during checkout and soon received an email the following day confirming my order and providing the tracking number. My package arrived exactly when they said it would arrive and all of my products were exactly as described. I would definitely recommend others using this site if they want to buy puma shoes.
Sized incorrectly, won't offer exchanges, returns process is a full time job. Customer service is the worst I've dealt with in my life. I'm not a boomer... and they are so bad at their jobs, they made me feel like one.
Puma does not care to honor the quality of their products, bought soccer cleats and within 8 months their is a giant hole making the shoes unwearable and puma won't replace them or give any discount on future shoes.
They don't care about their customers only the money you spend.
PUMA made me loss $106... he quality of the item I purchased was poor, I tried to return the shoes to the Puma store here in Houston, they don't take items purchased on line back at the store. They very kindly emailed me a return slip; which did not give instructions not to put it in a drop box. The item was left on an unmanned counter by FEDEX because it was a ground package and not air. How would I know the difference. They said on line there is a disclaimer; but it was not included in the email or on the form. They won't even put in a claim, not there policy, and FEDEX says I have to get them to put in the claim because their name is on the return slip... Run around garbage... Don't every purchase there product on line... customer service stinks
Order 3 items from Puma online. Only 1 item arrive the other 2 still waiting and been calling them everyday to find out where's the other 2 but have to wait for the head office to reply. 5 days to wait. Bad customer service.
So I've ordered 3 items from the online store on the 5 of July, it is now the 15 and they still haven't packed my items nor sent out my tracking number, terrible store, I'm never buying from here ever again
I ordered my shoes 2 weeks ago and it said I would receive my order within 5 days. Every day I check the tracking and my sneakers are sitting in another state. They changed the date of delivery 4 times already and until this morning the past couple of days it couldn't give me a date. It says they will arrive tomorrow but if they dont I will be cancelling them and getting my money back.
Mrs. Tiana, the customer service manager saved my life. I placed an order on 5-19-18, only to find out on the 21st, my order was cancelled. Not to mention that it was for my birthday gathering 6-6-2018. I called customer service this morning and I received the best service ever. I reorder my items with Ms. Tiana on hold and she asked for the confirmation number. She then went the extra mile. She credit the overnight and taxes back to my card, which is more than I could have asked for. So now let's just cross our fingers that my items get to me in time.
I have bought a sneakers and I have never received the package. I have contacted the customer service, the solution offered was refund. I did not received any refund and still waiting for it.
It is a disaster, not recommend at all.

I specified the 2 day delivery on the order but did not get what I expected for a $7 shipping fee. When I phoned about the issue I was told 1) Any order entered into their system after 1 pm ET will not count as started until the next day. I was told that if I placed the order online earlier it would not count until THEY entered it... 2) Puma said they can take as much time as needed to get the order ready for shipping and the two day time would not start until it left their facility. In other words, it can take days or weeks before the two day clock starts! Would Amazon do this to their customers?
I still have not received a pair of sneakers my order was placed on April 24th. It's now may 26th I can't get any help trying to call is a hour wait minimum. My call was disconnected after waiting for 2 hours I've sent them 3 emails and no response please take my advice and stay away from puma I feel like they just took my hard earned money
I placed my order on 4/25/19, my order was shipped 2 days later. Somehow, FedEx lost or delivered my packages to the wrong address on May 3,2019. I called customer service, I explained that I never received my package but it was marked as delivered on the FedEx website. The customer service representative told me to not worry, that she would request a new shipment right away with next day delivery. The following day I received my package with all my items.
All of the bad reviews, might be because of the lazy unprofessional customer service representatives.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them during a 40% off promotion. I received an email confirming the order. Two days later I received an email saying that one of the items in my order was out of stock and had been cancelled, and only 2 pairs had been shipped out. When I placed my order everything was listed as in-stock, and I wish I would've been notified of the changes before the order shipped since the whole point was that my boyfriend and I wanted matching shoes for the gym and his order was the one that got cancelled. I called their customer service to see if there was a pair available in an alternate colour or if it would be back in stock soon. Their rep was extremely helpful and friendly, and I was able to place an order for the same style in a different colour with the price adjusted for 40% off despite the sale being over. I received the first two pairs of shoes about a week after I placed the order and my boyfriend's shoes arrived 3 days after that.
I placed an online order wiith 5 to 7 day shipping and minus the weekend non business days my package is scheduled to be delivered to me 13 days after I placed my order. I called them and was told they basically can take how many days they want to process an order and that's it. Unbelievable and unacceptable. They sure didn't take 13 days to charge my card. Horrible business tactics and customer service.
Bought my 1st pair of sneakers back in February. They were by far, the most comfortable sneaker I have ever owned, however, within 2 weeks of wear, I noticed the tops, above where your feet are, started wearing. Within a few days after, I had holes on both sneakers. I though it was a fluke, so I bought another pair, and those ones did the same thing, within wearing them after a few weeks! My coworker's did the same thing. These sneakers aren't cheap, price wise, but the quality is. I will no longer be purchasing. Pictures are of both pairs.

The sizes are never consistent. The customer service is poor. The delivery times are atrocious. Their online UX is pathetic. Their refund procedures are slow. I made an order. I received an order number with my details via email, but when I try find the order linked to my email it says it can't find the order, but it is exactly as provided in the email. I also made the order on my account and the order is not reflecting in my account. I've had to change my password numerous times because the site keeps telling me I have the wrong password even though I keep changing it to exactly the same password everytime. I am not inclined to buy online from Puma ever again. I am less than impressed. I want to get my refund if my last purchase and be done with this company.

Would give zero stars if it wS an option. I am incredibly disappointed in Puma's customer service. I placed an order on 4/26 and have yet to receive it after receiving an email that it was shipped on 4/28. I have sent 2 emails to Customer Service with no response 2 weeks ago. I also was promised a credit by 2 representatives I chatted with and have not received that either. The last repesentative I chatted with was obvious she was getting agitated as she started typing me in all caps and she ended the conversation without asking if i had additonal questions. I will never purchase a Puma product again. I am sure more people would feel the same if they ever had to come in contact with those that represent this company.
Just tried ordering online and recieved notification my card was rejected. I don't know why as it was a legitimate card with balance to cover purchase.
Later recieved notification from my bank about suspected fraudulant activity on my card with a charge of less than $1 from a US based shoe company. Highly suspect.
I believe this was from the Puma site as I had not conducted any online shipping for months, this was a new site and I was forced to use my card rather than through PayPal.
Shipping is horrendous, the worst of any major online retailer. Placed my order on Monday, it's been 2 weeks later and I still have not received all of my order. My order was split into 2 shipments. I have received only 1 of the shipments after 2 weeks.

I disputed a charge from my credit card company and have been permanently blocked from ordering. The charge was disputed because THEY charged my card twice. They sent the items and they were paid for... I always spend over $100 with them and now they just lost a customer over a PAID charge.
I've placed an online order and I had a valid coupon code. The coupon was applied and I paid. When I checked my bank statement I was charged the full amount. When I contacted the store they gave a refund that was less than what the coupon code gave.
The shipping was fast and a tracking code was provided. The cleats I purchased looked just like the image and fit very well. Ordering was very quick and easy and the shipping was free. I haven't played with the cleats yet but they seem very good and overall I have no complaints.

So i ordered a pair of shoes and three weeks later im wondering why they didnt ship. I was just thinking it was becasue its christmas time and its crazy for them. Three weeks later i call puma and they said that the order was cancelled because they were no longer in stock. They didnt inform me at all about them cancelling the order. Now two weeks til xmas i have to rush around trying to get a gift.
Ordered 2 items vie 2nd day. First they took 3 3 - 5 days to dispatch the order, then the order took over 10 more days (Remember this was supposed to be 2nd day) but due to the fact that my order was addressed for PR i didn't pay much attention so i let that go.
Received my order that was for only 2 items, they only sent 1. Open a complain, they replied fast and assured me that this time the order was going to go via 2nd day air and right now they shipped it on Nov 2nd and the order is scheduled to get here on Nov 30th.
Asked for a refund, but now they want me to ship the item ($30) back to them once it gets here on Nov 30 out of my pocket to then have to wait another 10 days after they received it to refund. They make it impossible for the customer.
Told them to keep the mere $30 bucks... clearly they value that much more then correcting the several mistakes that they committed. Im never ever ordering from them again. NEVER!
My family was on site at 9:30 waiting for 10 o'clock to buy the mb 01 galaxy sneakers for my 11 yr old and my 4yr old. Unfortunately at 10 o'clock the website crashed having to refresh the page 20 times we were unable to get the kids they sneakers we waited 2 months for. Not being able to go to a store to purchase and the website crashing at 10 o'clock is very bad for business! Something has to change in the process of new releases! I would like to speak with someone from Corporate. No reason at 10:01 after trying to get on the website they are sold out? My kids shouldn't have to miss out and be disappointed in Daddy when I did everything possible to buy the sneakers.
