Please said I got 5000 hits And they didn't get one response out of 1 of this is a sad service is a total scam They did nothing and charge me a $140 I called them to tell them I never signed up for this they said well you created a password and a username so you're signed up Do not uses service

I am a new business owner and after signing up with Google my business I got a call from one of these thieves. THEIR ARE VERY SLICK in how they introduce themselves and I initially thought they were from Google because they say they were either sent or are working with Google but they arent. They started by verifying all my business info and had already looked up our IG and accounts for "verification." Then he went on to say about the $5 a month. I told the guy on the phone to send me an email because the persistence in my signing up right away didn't sit well with me and I wanted to see if his email had any Google business logos, which it did not, it had USDirectory so I let him know I was busy and to call me back (so I could research) which he did not like. Eventually, he agreed and now I can see how much of a scam they are! I will be telling this guy to F off once he calls me back!

Thought this was part of my Yellow Pages listing and was paying $5 a month for promotion. Turns out they also are charging $5 a day for this bogus Traffic report. Claimed I got hundreds of hits, but I NEVER GOT A SINGLE INQUIRY from all that supposed traffic. I wasted $100 when I thought I was just paying a nominal monthly charge for site promotion. Told them I was going to write them up, but was not offered any refund or satisfaction.

Really help mybusiness, and provide correct information to my biz partners... ITS been 3 months now and 36 agent, i have... thank u usdirectory and yolanda.

USDirectory called me and found my business on Google, I assume. The agent began the call by confirming my business's information and services then went into the pitch of what they could offer in terms of advertising. I asked to have a list of prices and costs associated with this service and he informed me that only his supervisor could give that information. I told him I did not want to move forward without understanding the costs involved. He said he would put me on a brief hold while he found the information, (I was not on hold I continued to hear the call center noise from around him uninterupted the whole time) after 30 seconds "on hold" he informed me that there was only a one time $5.00 start up fee. I then asked him about what the other reviews said about being charged per "lead" and he said he knew nothing about that.

I would recommend you use a reputable service to advertise your business such as Yelp or Thumbtack.

I don't mind paying but this company was not transparent about the costs from the beginning and that was the only red flag I needed to stop the call

Just don't do it... and don't give them any information... just research their name i google and you will see nothing but negative comments associated with SCAM.

Best service! The agent is good! Can't say enough good things about the service. Friendly, accurate, affordable, and GOOD RESULT I highly recommend these guys! :) I would DEFINITELY recommend using them and I would use them again as well...

This Directory helped me a lot with my business advertisement, i highly recommend this company specially for a newly business. Good Customer Service as well.

Self-explanatory. Cancelled account immediately after they tried to charge 5$ for a free trial, they did continue to charge me 49$a month for months! Worse yet, 0 leads, 0 calls, 0 business.

They called me and told me they will get me leads… NEVER GOT ONE LEAD! Charged me $140/m and then 3 months in charged a random $155 charge the next day after the $140 charge. TRUST ME STAY AWAY FROM THIS "Company"

In my opinion, the company improved with the change in payment, since it works for me and I made a profit and I feel satisfied with the service and they always treat me with kindness.

These people charged me over 300 dollars on my account after I canceled and now they are refusing to cancel my account I asked to speak to a manager they told me it would take up to 48 hours to receive a call they won't give me my money back they are saying I never canceled even with the proof I have given I'm loosing out on hundreds of dollars and they won't let me out of it they come up with lies after lies I do not recommend this company at all its all a scam

This company is a scam, once they get ahold of your account they will continue to use your account as a piggy bank... beware of us directory... tell everyone to stay away

Not happy with us directory they tell you how good us directory is and how good they are about getting you leads and phone calls they promise all this package deals how good theses deals are I haven't seen anything good come out off us directory yet other then I'm wasting money I see nothing good come out off this business I'm not only paying us directory now I'm getting a bill from yp sinch I didn't sign up with yp so they better get that straightened out like I said nothing good about this business I give this business a 0

Told me 5 man you only pay five more a month! Liars it's 500$ a year or some stupid crap! Some piece of crap hustler sales guy on the phone! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

When I signed up for USDirectory, the support person stated that I would only be charged. 25 cents per hit for individuals who directly opened my business homepage through the USDirectory site. The charge would max out at $3 per day. Google already provides me a monthly report on the number of people that open my homepage each month, so I thought the charge would be low and, if not, my business revenue would greatly increase, making the cost worth it. My business provides is a very specific service for select clients seeking my expertise, so on average I just don't get that many website hits per month. For each of the first three months of USDirectory service, USDirectory stated that I had so many hits on my website through its directory that the hit charge cost maxed out each and every single day, based on what I was charged at the end of each month. However, my monthly Google reports over the same period reflected no where close to the number of hits stated by USDirectory, and no increase over the months prior to using USDirectory. And I saw no additional business calls while using USDirectory. I learned my lesson. Learn from my mistake as a business owner. USDirectory is a total scam to take your money.

US Directory will charge you for each click on your website whether it was due to their promotion or not, so you get charged an absurd amount

Told me I got over ******* referrals and never got a single call other then from them. They are a huge scam!

They tell you it will only be 5 dollars then wait and charge almost 100 dollars in the middle of the night
