It took 2 days, but Joseph has been an excellent technician. He worked tirelessly to solve some thorny proplems and ended up giving me great confidence in my computer again which was plagued with viiruses and was unable to communicate with my printer. Joseph solved these problems and installed Norton Antivirus & Protection which is what I needed. I am grateful for his knowledge and skill in giving me back my computer as it should be. I highly recommend him.

I had problems right from the start from my credit card not being accepted on the site ( other sites ok) When finally downloaded, the activation code didn't work. Tech support took over and finally got things going, then proceeded to clean up some malware issues on the computer. Mary, the tech, was very helpful. I was surprised that I had to purchase an additional product in order to complete cleanup as I thought the Kapersky product would accomplish this

Good service. Helping to fix my laptop and microsoft issues. Courteous and patient in assisting with unfamiliar things on the computer.

The service I recieved from Armel was Excellent. He did a good job on follow up. He was punctual and helpful in many ways.

I found Armel to be very helpful. He was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions and concerns.

I received a really nasty e-mail saying they had my passwords and was threatening to expose all this stuff and wanted 4,900.00 not to put it on the web etc. The first thing I did was call the law, because none of what they were saying was true. they said they could do nothing so I called your office for help.
Thank you for your service. Now I will go back and change all my passwords and make them stronger.

Edmund told me it would take 2 hours, and it is now 6 hours later. Spent my whole afternoon and half of my evening getting this update, cleanup and new Macaffee installed. Way too long and I had to leave the house for an appointment, only to come back and it still wasn't finished. Have to do better with how long it takes. However the technicians (2) were helpful and polite.

Melanie Green is an exceptional technician and incredibly adept at her job. A very important point is that besides being a brilliant star in these dark days, she is sweet, fun to talk to and compassionate. I am the last live person out of the World Trade Center (North Tower) alive but barely. Her love for her job and" Our People" of the U.S.A. is to be commended. Your representative who answered the phone was impatient. She seemed to be in hurry and at first did not want to take my correct phone number to have a technician call me. In fact, i'd say she was rude! Technician more helpful and patient. I DO NOT wish to continue being a U.S. Global Tech customer.

The technician was professional and responded to my concerns. I am very pleased with his service. He had a "no quit" attitude in working with my cd player on my refurbished " Dell" desktop. I am a senior citizen who is challenged by computer language and instruction. I would personally recommend US. Global Tech to my friends and associates because of the service I received today from Jason.

This is a typical tech support scam ran in India. They've been sapping money from oblivious people to solve non-existent viruses.

I logged into the official Norton Antivirus Website, and I ended up at US Global Tech, who are a contractor for Norton Symantec; but thank you for your help. I'm not sure if they are affiliated with the BBB. You might want to do your background work on them. Other than that, all went well. A bit pricey !

Very easy to talk to Raj, very helpful in my problems, he help me fix my problems on my computer also with the printer and iphone

I am a senior citizen and was struggling to clean my computer in order to do some software and map downloads. The US Global technical representative was persistent in cleaning my computer and literally
Spent hours at this task. I have not requested any further service but the initial service I received was excellent.

Dan is wonderful. He cleaned my computer and was thorough at it. I am a mum of three so at times my kids spill over dirt on my computer. Dan made sure that he left everything clean just a promised.

Justin is an excellent Technical Support Representative. He guided me efficiently thru the navigation process to get my issues resolve.

He was also helpful in making the service very affordable for my budget. In addition, the entire Technical Support Team was helpful in keeping me updated on every activity during the process.

Overall, the experience was great and I feel more confident about receiving technical support for my PC.

Sarah quickly ID the situation and clearly defined the problem and her plan to resolve. One trail then another lead quickly to everything -printer, computer, AND scanner back up and running. I received a full checkup and maintenance and do believe the value and time spent was worthy. Highly recommend this service and do wish we could adopt SARAH and have her come live with us!

I was recommended by by a good friend so I called and asked for Justin who did a great job on cleaning up my computer the first time and the came back to do a finale clean p. Both time he was very professional and polite and explained every ting. He was good a call backs to make sure everything was running well. I will keep this number and will call again if I ever need help again. Justin did a great job

Once again they got me and my printer back online. It is a good day. So glad I have them as my tech team.
