This is a fine company that has a variety of products that are easy to find on their website. I have purchased many times and have always been impressed with quality of product and ease of ordering. I recommend them without question

This chair is uncomfortable it wore a hole in it in four months. Also, it was delivered by US medical Supplies not working. Presently, it's rocks backwards when it reclines like bolts on the frame are loose. This chair is extremely poor quality and way over priced.

Order 16 cases of infant formula, received 16 bottles instead, comprising only 15% of the order, but paid for 16 cases. Support telephone is non-operational and unattended. Email support is dismissive. Don't order from this scan outfit unless you want to be ripped off.

This is the second Pride mobility scooter I have purchased from this company and they are wonderful to deal with. My scooter came before the expected arrival date which was a very pleasant surprise. For any needs I may have I would not hesitate to order from this company again! I give them an A plus along with my scooter

For my diabetes supplies they charged me $1500 upfront and now, 3 month later, the claim is denied... they sent the paperwork twice to the wrong address... they still did not sent all the necessary documents to my insurance to get reimbursed...
When you call them, they have no clue how the status is and are unable to provide me with information or unable to help to get things rolling. Unbelievable.
Now, they text and email me to reorder even I did not check the box to allow to contact me and I just saw they charged my credit card AGAIN!?! I will never ever order with them again. Edgepark told me it takes just a few days and never had trouble with them.

Needing a lift chair for after impending surgery, I found U.S. Medical Supplies online and they were very helpful in my ordering of a chair to fit very short people. The chair arrived in a timely manner and I was able to get used to it before my surgery. The chair works very well but could use a little more padding in the seat and under my legs. Overall, shopping with them was a very pleasant experience. Timothy Worley was very knowledgeable about all my choices and led me to the perfect chair.

Hi-- I bought the cart for my wife. She has used it three times now and is very happy with it.
I a 73 and have no problem loading and unloading cart from our car, and I only remove the seat and basket.
Easy to operate and assemble.

I ordered the lift chair because at the time of order they said it would ship within 2 business days and I needed it ASAP. A couple days later I got an email saying it would ship in 18 business days. I counldn't wait that long so I tried to cancel the order.

Good luck with trying to get in touch with this company after placing an order, it can't be done. I emailed them 3 times with no response, so I tried calling. Every time I called I got voice mail and no call back.

I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company to get the order cancelled.

I've done a lot of online transactions and this was by far the worst customer service issue I've ever seen. I can only imagine how screwed a customer would be if they got the chair and had a problem.

Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from these people. Just bought a new outdoor stair lift from Ameri-Glide. Over two months later with installer working on it three times, it has only worked once. Apparently they have only one person qualified to install in all of North Texas. That I cannot believe. Now Ameri-Glide wants to charge for having it fixed by the same person who installed it wrong to begin with. This is a racket to fleece older folk. I am reporting them to BBB.

So glad I called! Dalton was immediately available, very knowledgeable, helpful and expedited my order! Ordered a Golden lift chair for my 91 year old father. Dalton helped me get the right size and walked me through the process. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience considering it was for my physically declining father. Thanks!

Ordered diabetic supplies over a month ago. None yet. Three weeks after the original order i called and they told me they couldn't fill it. All they do is push new glucometers. They are a horrible company! You can't get through to them. Their employees have no medical knowledge. They must be hired off the street. I'm looking for a new company! If anyone suggests this company, run like hell!

I have been holding off submitting a bad review long enough. The company charged my credit card with the promise of shipping my wife's chair in 12 business days. After the time was well passed I requested an update and the answer on October 24 was that the chair was back ordered and would ship on November 24. Since November 24 I have made four inquiries as to the status of the chair with no response whatsoever. I informed them that I would be disputing the charge if the answers are not forthcoming. Still deafening silence. I am giving them the rest of the week to respond before disputing the charge. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering the chair.

Had a lot of trouble with getting supplies for my cpap machine in 2018 and 2019. Always had to wait for supplies to come in for pick up, even when i called a month ahead of time. Was given what looked to me like used or demo equipment- discolored, dirty, ect. Thinking back i should have not accepted it but i waited too long to get these things and i do remember questioning these issues but getting nowhere and between waiting too long and driving out to get them, it just wasn't worth the effort. Today in 12/20 i found out that back in 2017 when i got my first cpap machine, they gave me a dated machine instead of a current one. I feel like i feel like i just cant trust this company and want to warn others. I just do not recommend at all.

First Fed X sucks. Their drivers are excellent. Now we tried several sites selling Rubex chair lifts. We chose Bob Mammino as he was polite, easy to talk to and not pressured. The support people you had were very helpful and polite. We installed two lifts and the first one we had many laughs and spent a couple weeks installing but the second one went in in less than 1/2 day. Have passed on our experience to a few friends and suggested they contact Bob before doing anything.

My old scooter was eight years old with a couple of batteries updated. It was slow and barely made it up the ramp into the house. My new scooter is faster (a bunch), more power and pulls up the ramp like it isn't there. Very comfortable as I use it in the house and in the yard - on grass - with no problems.

Wish I had purchased the new scoter a year or so ago. I would have saved the cost of a battery pack and a new cushion.

Great buy and made my life a bunch easier!

Love the comfort of my chair - my one complaint is that it came in two pieces - easy for some to put together but with my arthritic hands - impossible for me - had to wait to get someone over to attach back of chair to frame.

I did a lot of online shopping and this was the best deal offered. It was shipped right away and I put it together myself and I'm a 77 year old lady. I ride it back and forth to our pool and can't wait to take it on our cruise. I love it and most of my neighbors have tried it out and all agree. It's great.

My 89 year old mother needed a chair to sleep in as the result of back issues and we needed something quickly. We found and liked the lift recliner chairs from US Medical because my mom is short and some of the recliners are specifically made for short people, unlike most of the other chairs available online. When I called, Brian Bradshaw talked to me about the product, gave me some advice about the types of fabrics available and sent swatches out to me right away. We received the chair in a reasonable amount of time and my mom has been very pleased with it.

We recently purchased two Rave stair lifts from us medical supplies. The service was great and the agent that assisted us was very professional, kind, and helpful. He did not just sell us our stair lifts and leave us but assisted us in the installation as well. The stair lift are wonderful and serve a great purpose. I would highly recommend the rave stair lift to anyone who is elderly or has a disability in any way. The stair lifts make climbing steps safe and easy. They are great!

The website gave me the information to call the toll free number and get the questions I had answered. Once the questions were answered I ordered the bath chair for my wife who has had both knees replaced. The chair worked as promised and is great since now she can take a bath which greatly helps to relax her new knees.

We are senior citizens and when people ask us where we got our stair lift I tell them we ordered through the internet. Their reply is always "that's scary". Not at all. Tres. Our rep. Was so friendly and happy to help with our questions We never felt intimidated. The equipment came on time and was not difficult to install. Thats easy for me to say because we had a friend install it. The video was extremely easy to understand and when a question came up Tres. Was right there ready to answer. The second unit (we ordered two) was faulty. When Tres. Heard about it he was one steip ahead of us to get a replacement sent out. It arrived 10 days later. We couldn't be more pleased with our chair and the service we were given.

My experience with the chair lift has been very enjoyable. Once the installer got there and was able to adjust the chair lift to the stairs, we have been using it everyday and it is a God send. I was having trouble climbing stairs and this chair lift has made it possible for me to live in my daughters home and still have my own apartment. Thank you for making this happen.
