In taking care of my elderly father on my own, I have found it to be a loving challenge. They give phone numbers and emails for questions and follow-up. However, they DO NOT respond. Don't waste your time or money with this sorry excuse of a company.

Taylor was the BEST to deal with when I purchased the 2 Pride Liftchairs for my in laws. Very professional, and they were delivered on time when promised. I would work with Taylor at US Medical Supply again!

The web site includes a good "product comparison" page for stair lifts. This provides a lot of information about the different models and features of the company's stair lifts, so the buyer can narrow the options to be considered. For do-it-yourself folks, there are extremely helpful videos showing how to install a stair lift. Phone support for questions and purchase was very good -- you get connected to a human being right away. Email exchanges about questions were answered promptly by the person to whom I spoke on the phone (thanks, Roger Adams!). The stair lift that I purchased (the basic Ameriglide model, used) arrived sooner than I had expected. Installation was straightforward -- thanks to the videos mentioned above. And, most importantly, it works very well after a month of daily testing of the stair lift -- I see no reason why it should not continue to work well for a long time.

Summary: a positive experience from web site to customer service to installation to use (for the first month).

Vandiver told him what we were looking for he went over what was available helped with the fine tuning took charge from their filled out the order with our needs with prices and everything we needed to know, had it shipped to our home our son installed it the contractor he works foe had done this befor everything was the with the directions a few hours later I was going up and down with ease the part that took the longest was waiting for the batteries to charge Mr. Tayler Vandiver did a great job taking care or our needs I would ask for him again if needed Thank you Paul Knepp

I had a terrific experience with this website and company. I needed to buy a chairlift for my mother before she came home from the nursing home, and I was under pressure to get it done quickly so that everything would be ready to go when she arrived home. Michal, the representative, provided the human touch I needed. We talked extensively on the phone several times about the different chair lifts and the different prices. I felt zero pressure to buy the more expensive lift. In fact Michael spent a lot of time letting me know the features of the lift with the used engine if I needed to save some money. I ended up purchasing the new Rave chair lift and we are all extremely satisfied with it. Michael made sure to get it shipped to us when we needed it, which actually was a rush job, but we were not charged extra for the rush; the installer in our area came out when arranged, and the lift is working perfectly.

Most importantly, my 89 year old mother is happily at home again. She keeps telling me how happy she is to be home, and she keeps smiling. This would not be possible without the chair lift.

First off, they failed to mention that they were removed from my insurance company network in the previous year so I paid $900 out of pocket for my first order of diabetic supplies. Insane. First order went ok. The second order they invoiced me multiple times for the same order. It was maddening. They arent able to track what was paid for by insurance vs what you pay for with co-insurance. This led to a multiple weeks long, several phone call, many online chat sequence where I was the one who had to explain to them how their accounting was wrong and I had in fact, paid the invoice in full. I mean, they wont even ship me the supplies before I pay so how could they possibly think I still owed them? I had to to do the investigative work FOR THEM and match up invoices and receipts. If that wasnt bad enough, this morning they sent me another "unpaid invoice" for supplies that were bought and paid for IN FEBRUARY! How do you keep making these mistakes? Luckily I have kept all my receipts and sent them back to cust service. Avoid doing business with these people if you can.

The stairlift is positivly fantanstic. I should have gotten it years ago, it's saving my legs and knees from tremendous pain. I can carry things up the stairs without effort and send things up without climbing the stairs.

I have been caught in a loop between my physician's office and these so called Suppliers! I have had documented proof that they have received faxes for a new RX from my doc. They give me the run around every time I chat or call. "We are still waiting on a response from your doctor." So despite actual telephone conversations with the office staff and multiple confirmations of the correct PH # and FAX# to use. Still 6 weeks out and I still do not have a critical piece of equipment! SO, I am going to tell you this. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. They give absolutely NO F*CKS for the patient. If I could give them a ZERO they definitely earned it. Go somewhere else if at all possible.

I try to order my diabetic supplies and they keep giving me a run around. They keep tell me that they are waiting on my Doctoor to send them a purscription. I had to buy my supplies on line. Andd I have Medicare.

The customer service is great - quick response, excellent service. The chair arrived 6 days after ordered! We are very pleased with US Medical Supplies.

My wife has had a GoGo scooter for myears due to inability to walk any distance without pain. I reached an age where wallking was difficult ( early 80's. After visting many dealers in peerson and on line I happened upon U>S. Medical Supply website.

The scooter I had been quoted as anywhere from $900.00 to $1,200.00 was listed as 467.00 delivered!.
Eric was our initial contact and all information was given up front. I liked the scooter, price and terms. I bought it and am very happy.

From the moment someone there answered the phone, it was an excellent experience. Mr. Kelley and his staff(whoever else answered) were all very helpful and efficient. They did not put me on hold, They were straight forward with all answers to the questions I posed. There were no misleading or hidden statements made and the prices of the equipment I ordered was the best deal in the world. I searched and called many places. I ordered a couple of stair lifts and exactly what they told me is exactly how it went down. 3-5 days to get to me and the support to assist us in the installation. I find it rare, these days, for companies to be straight. These folk are like an arrow, a truthful, transparent one at that. I strongly recommend them. They remind me of the days when service was good, when you could trust someone you talked to, remember that don"t you.
It was a long time ago, but Dylan and U.S. medical supplies is where and who I will go to for all my medical equipment. I want to go there and buy something everytime I think about them, because it was such a satisfying and perfect situation from start to finish. They saved us thousands, sent quality equipment, and kept their word. Refreshing. I swear by what I am writing about them and assure anyone reading this that they are the best place to go for the equipment you need. I am George.

I have not had a chance to install this yet, but I am highly upset I was required to purchase a docking device that consisted of 3 straps and hooks for 229 $.

Kieth at USMEDICAL was most helpful. He helped me through the purchasing process with a profeshional attitude. He asked the correct questions to help me get the correct lift chair for some one my size and weight. I got the lowest cost that I had seen either online or at stores here in Mi. My chair was delievered in less time that I expected and was very easy to assemble. If I ever need to purchase another one its back to USMEDICAL. Tom

Had no problems w/them at all. Ordering was easy, but you must pay extra for items to be delivered INSIDE & set up. Golden lift recliner I ordered is very comfortable & love the velvet fabric.

Great help finding the perfect chair for my mom for her specific measurements and needs.

This is very helpful and works well my only complaint or disappointment is that the setting area is small compared to the back high but again the price I guess made a difference on each product on the market

This chair was bought for my husband who has a hard time getting to a standing position. He loves this chair. It has made his life so much easier in helping himself. The chair arrived in 1 week.

340 Golden scooter was ordered and promptly delivered-within a week of ordering (amazing!). Scooter was very well packaged, however, shipping invoice from US MED stated 'Residential Inside Delivery' and was delivered via semi truck on the street in front of the house. The driver was very helpful and with the added help from a neighbor, the driver and neighbor transferred the load to the neighbor's pickup and then to the roofed patio. The driver was very nice to offer the extra help and explaining his shipping docs didn't show the same explanation of delivery.
Upon unpacking, it was noticed the rubber bumper material on the lower outside perimeter had begun to fall off. The batteries didn't charge as they were supposed too. We called US MED and was given a phone number to Golden Tech. Golden Tech scheduled a Technician which promptly came to the house, replaced the bumper and one of the batteries which he said was faulty (at no cost to me!). Very good, friendly service!
Scooter looks Great and Runs even better!

I purchased the AmeriGlide Premium Bath Lift for my 91 year old mother. She had been using a bath stool in her tub and wanted to be able to take a full bath. I also purchased the swivel chair glide for her so she wouldn't have to step over the tub. The bath lift arrived just a few days after I ordered it. I put it together myself in about 20 minutes and it was extremely easy to do. My Mother has a standard size tub with very little texture on the bottom, and the bath lift fit right in and the suction cups worked well. My Mother loves the bath lift and says she can finally enjoy a bath again. Because of the height of the lift the water does not cover her up, but it goes to about waist high and she is happy with that. I recommend the swivel seat for all users who are unsteady as it makes getting in and out much easier. The battery connection is oval shaped to make it easier to plug in, but my Mother seems to have trouble doing this, so I have been charging it for her once a week and this seems to work just fine. Justin in Customer Service was extremely helpful when I ordered the product as well as following through with shipping. So far, this has been a great product and I was impressed with the company. I would highly recommend this product.
