“Unable to reach customer service”

I have been trying for over a month to switch to US Med for insulin pump supplies. Can't reach customer service on the phone. Online chat is almost no help. Now I'm down to 7 days of supplies and the chat says they can't reach my doctor for prescription. How about keeping me in the loop!? I think I made a huge mistake changing suppliers!

Placed order a month ago, didn't receive, called and they told me they needed insurance information. I asked why didn't you get in contact with me? Requested over-night shipment of diabetic supplies, they denied. Still did not receive. Called again, they told me it was shipped. Still didn't receive it. Called again and was told it was "in process". I asked to speak with a manager and after a long wait was told all the managers were in a meeting. I requested a call that day. Never received a call. I called, finally talked with a manager who did apologize and told me it was shipped and I should receive it today as it was shipped from Wisc. I received a tracking number, but UPS could not confirm they received it. I called again and confirmed the number, and they said I should receive it on Saturday. I asked to have them remove me as a customer. I am through with US Med for very poor service and for being lied to more than once. I WOULD FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER UNLESS YOU WANT FRUSTRATION UPON FRUSTRATION.

The chair arrived damaged an inoperative. After 3 weeks replacement are about to arrive. Customer service hung up on me once. Never again

Very Very poor service! As soon as I put payment for my chair on my credit card, they wouldn't give me the time of day! I requested upon payment for them to send me a hard copy of my recept as well as the medicare forms needed, but to this day they have not ever sent them. I never heard from them when to expect delivery of the chair and began call and inquiring the third, fourth and sixed week, yer the sales reps. Reply was always that it's still being built and he couldn't give me a timeline of any kind. Then the day after I spook to him the sixth week, it arrives on my door step! Are you tell me that in this day and age they couldn't keep track of the factory procees or ship tracking! Then the guy delivering wouldn't bring it into the house and set it up, when it clearly states in their advertising, "Free shipping and set up" yet he stated it's only door yard delivery and left it out in the rain! Then I had to find help to bring it in and set it up. All the wires weren't attached and we had to figure out how to attach them to the power source, so it wasn't even in plug in condition! I was thinking of purchasing a scooter from them, but after said service, I will be looking elsewhere in hopes of receiving better respect and service!
The chair has heat and vibration, so I bought a $1200 chair, yet once they got my money, they no longer valued me as a paying customer!

I got on the website (also known as golden life, golden enterprise and several other name. I found what I thouht would be a great adjustable bed for my husband who has recently had severe neck surgery and needed to have an adjustable bed to come home from the rehab center to. The pictures of the bed on their internet site looked great and I understood that was what I was buying. I called and discussed the product and was assured it was what was pictured. I bought it. When it arrived it was nothing more than an inferior quality hospital bed. I wanted a bed that was a piece of furniture and would last for a long time. When I called to complain was informed that the "salesman" I delt with was no longer with the company and was given another salesman to talk with. I informed him that I wanted the bed removed immediately. They then told me that I would be charged $500 for the original delivery (was delivered and set up for free), $500 for removal and 15% restocking fee, and o yes, because the mattress had been removed from the plastic it was not returnable, but was included in the15% restocking fee. Total to return, over $1300. I told them I still wanted it out immediately. Arrangements were arranged and they sent a truck with one person to remove the frame. (Weighs approximately 300 or more pounds). The trucker called a friend who was approximately 50 miles away and we waited for him to arrive at which time they removed the frame. I have placed a number of calls to them and sent a number of e-mails to them but have received no answer from them (except for an e-mail to write this review for all to read.) I am sure they will delete it as soon as it arrives. Calls just go to voice mail with n return call. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company to try to recover some of the money it has cost me for this inferior product. I would not recommend them to anyone. Poor quality product, poor service and no pride in customer service.

You have to be kidding! Hang-ups, no call backs and six+ weeks with no lift chair. Still waiting...

Awful customer service i called last week following for my cgm order after i was on hold for 45 mins someone answered the call and went with her little routine question gave her my info was told she will check on my acct placed me on hold for another 20mins and another person picked up my call and have no clue what im talking about so i went gave her my info again and she told me that my cgm will be delivered in 2 to 3 days because its already shipped out and i had asked her to send a new rx and notes to my provider for a dexcom g7 she said Ok. Fast forward now a week later no dexcom g6 received i called them again following up same routine someone answered i gave her my info placed me on hold without even telling me and rang over to someone else again at this point i asked for a supervisor and was totally ignored and he then told me that nothing shows that any cgm was shipped for me and that they need office notes before sending anything. SO WHY THE HELL I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT ALL OF THIS IS NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD OF LYING THAT THE G6 IS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT. I EVEN TOLD THIS MAN THAT I DO TAKE INSULIN AND I ONLY HAVE ENOUGH TEST STIPS TO COVER ME TILL THIS WEEK AND IT IS NOT RIGHT THAT THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE PATIENTS SITUATION. TO TOP THE IT ALL NO APOLOGIES HE JUST WENT WITH ANYTHING ELSE U NEED. REALLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I purchased a Golden Lift Chair through US Medical Supplies in February 2018 and as promised the chair was "white glove" delivered 30 days later.
To date, I have a $2,000 Golden chair in my living room that doesn't work.
First, when "white glove" delivery men opened the shipping box they cut one of the chair power cables with their razor knife. I gave them tools to splice the wires and once set-up the chair won't recline properly. "White Gloves" delivery man called US Medical Supplies and asked for guidance since the product was defective. US Medical Supplies assured him/me that Golden was a reputable company and would stand by their product. Going on three weeks now and the chair still doesn't work.
Second, I'm 6'3" and US Medical sold me the Golden PR505 LRG DSC UNN Lift Chair with the impression that this chair size would accommodate my size/height. WRONG! The chair height, seat depth and length are not at all adequate for my stature. More frustrating is that these are the measurements Golden has come up with and I felt assured they would work for me. I have no idea how Golden came up with these measurements but trust me, this chair is way too small.
Given the fact that the chair doesn't work nor does it fit properly I want to send it back to US Medical/Golden however since I ordered the Brisa fabricate, which US Medial keeps telling me is a "custom" make, rather than refund my money they're convinced they can make the chair work. I have had token cooperation from US Medical re: these issues but will tell the world now, I have a $2,000 chair that doesn't fit or work and the only thing mattering to the Supplier and Manufacturer is the "sale" and not my satisfaction.
Moral of the story... you may save money buying on-line, but buyer beware!

Tip for consumers:
I hope this review helps potential buyers. Please keep in mind, the sales rep will sound like your best friend but their end goal is the sale, not your satisfaction.
